This is a very precise warning in your life, don't take life for granted because nothing in this life belongs to us it was given for such time and season.Don't spend your life holding on to vanity, vain thing such as money ,houses, car, education u name it.it's Good to have all those but when u start putting ur trust and worshiping them thats where u fall...but do Good and love the LORD and anchor ur soul in him..

  • Tye on Ecclesiastes 3 - 11 years ago
I thank God for this passage, recently trying to understand God’s plan for my life, and make sure that I am in the position to receive. Not only that but to make sure that I am ready to walk through whatever door God has opened for me. It's my season to plant, it’s my season to build up, it's my season to throw away that which is not godlike. So I will be ready to receive what he has for me. IT’S MY SEASON, AND I AM READY TO WALK IN IT.
  • Chris Ashiaby on Ecclesiastes 3 - 11 years ago
I'm truly blessed and I'm so ready to share with all my families and my friends and that the word of God may keep spreading, so that everyone may know him that he is the beginning and the end, he is first and the last; and also he is everywhere in the world.

  • Sue on Ecclesiastes 3 - 12 years ago
Thank God for his words in Ecclesiastes. It is good to know that there is time to everything under the earth not because of any. Once power makes you rich or poor but is because the time comes. Indeed it is very Good to know the TIME OF GOD SO WE CAN WAIT.
  • Timothy Wayne George on Ecclesiastes 3 - 12 years ago
Ecclesiastes 3 is a very good chapter of the bible, and one that is often used for funerals. Truly God knows the end from the beginning, and makes all things beautiful in His time. Since we don't know when our last day on Earth will be, we have to pray that the Lord will help us to know our end, so that we may number our days in wisdom. Every deed that we do, must be to the glory of God, because in the end we will have to give an account of our lives before God at the judgement. Romans 8:28 tells us that all things work together for good, to those who love the Lord, and are called according to His purpose. So God used all of our experiences in life, good, and bad to work together for our ultimate good. We were created to glorify God, and give thanks to Him for all of the many blessings that He gives to us. No wonder the saints say God is good all the time. Praise His holy name.

  • Mokhethi on Ecclesiastes 3:1 - 12 years ago
Sometimes we end walking before God and end up thinking God is not there cos the truth is without him there is nothing we can archive without him. So let's wait for God's time
  • CAROLYN WHITE on Ecclesiastes 3 - 12 years ago
I LUV THIS WHOLE CHAPTER OF ECCLESIASTES, BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH RIGHT NOW , OR WHAT YOUR ABOUT TO GO THROUGH, GOD IS THE SAME GOD ON THE MOUNTAIN TOP, AS HE IS IN THE VALLEY BELOW. WE ALL WILL HAVE TRIALS AND TRUBLATION AS WE WALK THE CHRISTIAN LIFE, BUT WE MUST ALWAYS REMEMBER GOD IS IN CHARGE OF OUR LIVES. JUST TRY TO PLANT GOOD SEEDS FOR ALL OF YOUR SEASON, AND LET GOD DO THE REST. LORD KEEP ME STRONG IN YOUR WORD THAT THE SEEDS I PLANT WILL BE GOOD SEEDS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE SO THAT YOU WOULD BE PLEASED WITH ME AMEN.
  • Anaasa on Ecclesiastes 3 - 12 years ago

  • Unicesha on Ecclesiastes 3:1 - 12 years ago
I love it. . . I say this because there is always a season for uplifts, downfalls, and etc. But the most important thing is what and how we approach our seasons. We can do great things in a season to be blessed and highly favored. Or you can be nasty and rude and that can determine a season you walk in. We make a season before we enter in a season. You can sow for your seasons; you can sow good or bad not with just money, but with how you act. . . You reap what you sow. . . Think about it. . . What season did you just walked into? Spring is here. . . How you going to step into your next season which is summer? Blessed or Cursed?
  • Andy on Ecclesiastes 3 - 12 years ago
I am very grateful to have the word of God to look to. I have been very blessed in the past and I came upon a hardtime and wondered what I was doing wrong. I guess I just needed a reminder of who is in control. Through my whole drought I was still very blessed and did not realize it. I serve an awesome God and I should be all smiles to know that he is in the drivers seat and not me. In Jesus name I am very thankful. Amen
  • Debra on Ecclesiastes 3 - 12 years ago
This is for a fact....God is in Control of all things; your life, circumstances, situations, but in and through it all, our Faith in Him sustains us as He is with us and teaching us and revealing himself to us through it all. Thereby growing in Him.
  • Jackie on Ecclesiastes 3 - 13 years ago
Of all the verses in the bible this is the one I have turned to in my most difficult times of hardship. It states plainly that all these things will and do happen but if you read with faith you also read that the bad times will pass and you will laugh again.
  • Carol on Ecclesiastes 3:1 - 13 years ago
Accept the reality and passage of everything, unavoidable, and knowing all happens for reasons not to be questioned or understood by us. All things happen exactly as they should and when they should and give the results they should.
  • Denise on Ecclesiastes 3:1 - 13 years ago
This chapter is so reflective of our every day lives. Whenever I am for the New Year, I always read aloud Ecclesiastes 3:1-10 for encouragement, inspiration, and uplifing.
