I I think this book ought to be among the canonical books in our current bibles. However, this translation obscures the meaning of many verses. The NEW ENGLISH BIBLE with the Apocrypha of the Oxford Study Edition - copyright: Oxford University Press 1976 - has a clearer, easier to read translation. The section on disciplining a son in this chapter - v.1-13 is the longest, most detailed instruction on the topic I have read in the Scriptures and it would change our destinies if ibeyed. Thanks for making this book available on your website, though.
