God protects and cares always.

A set time for God to fulfil His plan. His is God of promise and fulfillment. This is part of God's plans for Abraham's seeds. HE revealed future plans Gen 15 vrs 13 -14.

GOD worked in mysterious ways, in other to save Israel.

I think it is awesome how GOD protects HIS CHILDREN (us).HE respects the obedience of those who do what HE says, even EGYPTIAN midwives, and blessed them. GOODNESS!

I BELIEVE WE SHOULD STILL FOLLOW THE TEN COMMANDMENTS EVEN THOUGH MANY SAY WE DON'T HAVE TOO DUE TO CHRIST DYING IN THE CROSS FOR EACH OF US. AND WE ARE FORGIVEN BUT HE DID SAY FOR GENERATIONS IT SHALL BE KEPT.....ITS JUST TOO WHAT U WANT TO DO AT YOUR WILL

I believe Shiphrah and Puah wanted children and a family and were barren from having husbands however because they obeyed God the Lord blessed them with their own families.

Judgment day is ready.

Pharaoh had evil thoughts towards the children of Israel, but God turned it to good. It is good not to follow multitude to do evil, this is what the midwives did and God rewarded them all.

Judgment is real.

Simply, Exodus conveys a powerful message; God is sovereign and His word prevails over all things or powers. No matter the circumstances, his children can be assured of divine help to survive.

Exodus portrays God's supremacy over the affairs of men. How His plans can never be thwarted even in the midst of troubles, difficulties and even death.

The more afflictions the people of God have, the more blessings are bestowed.

I do not understand it, but I will go and do with what is in my power to get my answers, I will not rest until I do. Amen..

The book of exodus is a powerful and motivational Bible book which an individual can read over and over again, and ask God for more Grace in doing his work.

A man might have bad plans for you but God always has good ones for us, this is why midwives could not kill Moses.

No matter what trials we are facing, God is always in control. We need to understand that God will never fail us, like men do.

A great thing is God's wisdom. Israel was captive in the greatest empire of the planet at that time. While they suffered the enslavement they became strong and multiplied like God told Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

God should be the only one that gives life or takes life. Every human being is important to God. No matter whether you are black, white, hispanic, or indian. We were all put on the earth to fullfill a purpose in life. Lets remember God's commandment, thou shall not kill.

Wow, every baby cast into the river to drown. So sad that someone would do that.

God will forgive you but man wont.

There is definitely a big difference from what I read here and from what I read in my bible (New Living Translation). In my bible I can see that there's either whole sentences added or taken out! This breaks my heart.

GOD WORDS NEVER CHANGES ,ALWAYS THE SAME ,LOOK AT THE TREES ,NEVER MOVES FROM ITS SPOT,THERE,S LIFE AN THE WORD OF GOD.........

i am 44 years old and have only recently begun to read the good book but have always believed in the main man. i guess i am astounded to realize that i have ALWAYS BELIEVED WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING. i can guarantee to anyone that the creator is real regardless of religion, believe or have an open mind and he will prove it to you.

I learn how chidren of israel sin and and od forive them.and no matter how your sin is God will still forgive you.just look at the way God appear to the children of israel but they stil behave stupit.But God of mercy still forgive them.

I am painting a picture about Genesis and Exodus 1 where the Hebrew children build the pyramids. Verse 11 of Exodus 1 describes where they built the pyramids and they were the slave labor!

I understand women were considered more property then anything, but DINAH was a daughter of JACOB and no more was mentioned of her after GEN:34 -

Entering into EGYPT mentions the sons - Surely, she had sons and daughters.

17 But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive.

In todays time we can apply this verse. - Is it better to obey a command/order/direction from a Superior that goes against GOD'S WORD. TOO many times the deciding factor is MONEY/POSITION.

These TOO MANY TIMES are the factors that makes us disobey GOD. PEOPLE TAKE IT LIGHTLY. - THE LORD SAYS: "it is better to obey then to sacrifice". Not obey MAN but GOD.
