Joseph truly showed a forgiving and humble attitude. Instead of taking matters into his own hand and getting revenge, he left matters in God 's hand. Judging belongs to God and we should leave matters in His hands.

We should always forgive and do good to those who wrong us

I have a question about what happened to the body of Joseph in Gen 50, before the Exodus?

No matter what God will always visit us at the fulness of time .So regardless of the cir***stanced and the challenge of life that we normaly face our God remains faithful and true.

God has blessed humankind with the gift of freewill. If josephs banishment by his brothers is the work of god to prolong the sons of israels existence then is that not a contradiction of the concept of freewill?

How many questions and wondering on all the sex, adultery, incest and violence of Genesis - Realize that there was NO law until Moses brought the Chosen People out of the land of Egypt! It was not until YHVH gave the ten commandments to Moses that retribution for iniquity, or sin against the Father, was exacted of man.

GLORY TO GOD, FOR HIS KINDNESS AND LOVE FOR HUMANS AND ALL HIS CREATURES, IS IN INDEED THE ONLY ESISTING LIVEING FATHER, WITH AN ENDLESS MERCY AND LOVE, WE ALL HAVE TO ALWAYS YIELD OUR THOUGHT AND AS WELL AS OUR LIVES TO GOD, ALL THE TIME, BY FAITH NO MATTER WHAT COMES, AND NEVER TO MAKE AND DECISIONS, WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, FOR GOD IS PERFECT, AND CAN NEVER DECEIVE ANY OF CREATURE IS A GOOD GOD, AN UNFORGIVEN HEART IS EQUAL A WICKED MAN,WE MUST LIVE IN FORGIVENESS, BY ANY MEANS, SO THAT WE TOO CAN FIND FAVOUR ALWAYS IN THE SIGHT OF GOD.

This quote is from Psalm 2:7.
All this is for certain but I am not sure if there is a connection with Genesis 50:23.

What dose it mean when the word says ,T hey were born upon Joseph's knees?

The life of Joseph amplifies the scripture Rom.8:28 All things work together for good to them that love the Lord, called according to his purpose. It is so tender, seeing Joseph weep for his brothers. When our hearts tender and yeilded to God's will, then whatever comes whether life or death, where abounding or suffering need, amoung friends or lonely--- God is in control and it is God who works in you both to will to do His good pleasure!! But as for you, ye thought evil against me; [but] God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as [it is] this day, to save much people alive.

GOD is in charge of all situations.
