Habakkuk chapter 3 verse 18 19, These verses really lift my spirit in all the circumstances that seems negative, I always believe confess them, this left my spirit at rest knowing that God gives me strength in all situations.
Chapter 3 is so powerful! In my weakness God is my strength. As I come to him with my problems and concerns trembling I leave him in glory and high praise feeling awesomely thankful!!!
At this moment verses 17 19 is my strength, i will always praise and give God thanks in spite of my circumstances. God will always turn darkness into light and what is meant for evil He will turn into good
What we consider to be our high place ,is our low place to THE LORD..That's when we tend NOT to talk to HIM. When we are in a low place "valley"..We tend to talk to THE LORD and HE LIKES THAT.
it is the only place we can get strength and having legs as an hinds you can cover many distance and also have great speed and even have have high places in our life
With the reference from Mark 4vs26 which says the sabath was ment for man not man for sabath we wil see that its us who depend on the Lord not the Lord on us
Habakkuk--a faithful servant!!! He is not like the people who lose their faith when difficulties, trial come!!! We should trust God/Jesus in every circumstance!!! We should not only praise God/Jesus in a good times--but praise him in crisis as well. We should all prepare for the worst--and never deny Jesus our savior during persecution, trial,and tests.
@Mohamed,
Of course verse 3 clearly says that ‘’God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah...’’. which means the Holy one coming from mount Paran is God himself.
Though, in many instances in the Old Testament, angels (God’s messengers) were taken for God himself, the verse clearly states of God coming from mount Paran.
However many aspects in this chapter have their ultimate fulfillment in the life of our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
You can learn more of the ultimate fulfillment of the scriptures, which means how the Old Testament tells the life of Jesus Christ, in researching ‘’Jesus Christ the red thread’’ via Google.
God bless you.
This passag helps us understand that there is no hope enywhere except in the Lord. He is the guide, the fortress and the tower of refuge. When everything around you crubles, when you reach the deadend, when all things fail, when you have no where to go - Remember ... the Lord never fails, He will never let us down. He draws us closer to HIM. Rejoice for He lives - we live also.
No matter the type of sins one has commited, he/ she repent from it n never sin again n ask God 4giveness, God being a merciful father will 4give dat person.
I love God/Jesus all the time!!!
