Isaiah Chapter 10 Discussion

  • Mishael - In Reply on Isaiah 10:18 - 4 years ago
WattRudy: it's a blessing to find someone else who studies the small things. I was fascinated with:

    Proverbs 6:6-8 And. Proverbs 30:24-27

It kinda shows you that nothing escapes God's interest in His creation.
  • WattRudy on Isaiah 10:18 - 4 years ago
Failure is due to the neglect of fineness, and success begins with the importance of small things
  • Obbie Beal on Isaiah 10 - 6 years ago
(at this point in time) GOD executed a judgement on HIS chosen-people (using a heathen nation to do the execution); then GOD execute a judgement on the heathen nation. The tread that binds these 2 groups of people together is their sin's. WOW! WOW! WOW!
  • A disciple on Isaiah 10 - 7 years ago
"O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation. I will send him against an hypocritical nation, and against the people of my wrath will I give him a charge.." God said that He will let the wicked have all their evil imaginations without restraint, because they will not receive the love of the truth;yet in all the plagues because of their sins they won't repent!
  • Bill Franklin on Isaiah 10 - 7 years ago
Ref. V 13- Exactly the same theme and attitude as the Progressive Movement of our day 2017. We seem to think because we are so smart we don't need God anymore. That goes for our nation and the world. This verse supports an end time prophecy "Knowledge shall Increase".
V 21- God saved a remnant then and He is going to save a remnant again in our generation. (ie) the Rapture of the Church

  • Shenika Chapman on Isaiah 10 - 7 years ago
God is strong enough to defeat anything confusion that's beyond my power. God is the weapon in destructure
  • Loveth Eberechukwu on Isaiah 10 - 8 years ago
I think in verse 27, God has the power to liberate his people from any satanic bondage by the power of the Holy Spirit being present in His anointing. If only man will change from his evil act and return to God in sincere repentance and humility.
  • Lilian on Isaiah 10 - 9 years ago
God gaves us his heavenly manna the word of God. He who eat the word of God will find the truth and the truth will set us free. We must obey his words and accept his words as God 's words can give us peace, life, joy, abundance and can save our soul. We are already covered and washed from Jesus precious blood that shed for us. We must be thankful and praised Jesus for everything he have done in our lives. We must follow thy way, we as a sheep must follow Jesus as he is the good Shephered who lay down his life for us, protecting us and comforting us. We must live like Jesus and follow him and believe him that he is the Son of the Living God. Jesus says i am the way the truth and the life no man comes to the Father except thru me. We must be found in the church and hear God 's words until rapture. Jesus loves us so much that you cant imagine
  • Harycollins on Isaiah 10 - 10 years ago
The verses 13 14 of this chapter is showing us of how stupid we human can be some times, trying to take the glory that is due to God Almighty. In every success we archive in life let us learn to put pride aside and give God the glory for our success, for him alone has made it possible.
  • Beth on Isaiah 10 - 10 years ago
Thank God for the Precious Blood of Jesus. The Precious Blood has Atoning and Annointing power. The completed work of Calvary has set forth forgiveness of sin, healing in our bodies, and deliverance from every form of bondage.
  • Remi Okeke on Isaiah 10:27 - 10 years ago
we are reminded here that anointing is all that it requires for one to be free from that problem. That as we move from one prayer house to another, we should be praying for anointing.Once it falls on us, salvation follows, deliverance follows, breakthrough follows, prosperity, power, good health, every good gift becomes our portion
  • Onealsha on Isaiah 10 - 10 years ago

If you had gone out into the streets where my poor people are you could have brought a change of heart
  • Cheri on Isaiah 10:14 - 10 years ago
This prophetic piece of scripture is being fulfilled even now Church the hour grows late be busy doing the Lord s work for the hour of our redemption draws near
  • Jude Humprey on Isaiah 10:27 - 10 years ago
I believe this part of the scripture is trying to let us, to be aware of the power in the anointing. That when we see the presence of God following, we should make all posibility to be connected, for the presence of God goes together with his anointing and their and then, can every yoke be put to piece, not even the strongest proplem in u life can stand the anointing from God, for it is the source of imposibility changing to posibility.
  • Apostle Raboteng on Isaiah 10:27 - 11 years ago
The anointing here it was not the oil, but someone whom God has appointed to deliever Israel from the yoke of Assyrians and bring harmoney and prosperity through the Power.

The anointing or the power that is working in us is the same power or anointing that God used when he raised Jesus from the dead.
  • Edeborah on Isaiah 10 - 11 years ago
The Lord is my refuge and strength and a present help in time of trouble. HE will remove our enemies out of our way and let us shine in their presence.
  • Sigismund on Isaiah 10 - 11 years ago
This Chapter of the Bible is clear that as many in the world including Christian leaders who are making decrees against the word of God will not go unpurnished. The same sex marraige acts inacted in some USA states and other countries against the will of God will be brought to judgement. Christians, children of God and through believers should take note.
  • ApostleJohn Harris on Isaiah 10:27 - 11 years ago
There is not a problem or cir***stances too hard that can be broken or removed by the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
  • Annie Lee on Isaiah 10:27 - 11 years ago
Every burden that the enemy puts on us will be destroyed or vanish away.
  • Madalitso pasulani on Isaiah 10:27 - 11 years ago
I think the verse says burden shall be broken because of anointing. Not because of fatness, richness or the neck has grown so big.
  • BARBARA MCCRAY on Isaiah 10:27 - 12 years ago
This scripture has been in my spirit for 3 days. I am applying it to circumstances in my life and others’.
  • ColleenDurgan on Isaiah 10 - 12 years ago
I know with out a shadow of a dotted that my God will surely bring his people out no matter what they are going through he said the battle is His say the Lord we just got to believe and trust in the Lord with all our heart and mind and strength
  • LEBB SIMONS on Isaiah 10 - 13 years ago
verse 27THE YOKE SHALL BE TAKEN AWAY FROM MA SHOULDERS AND I SHALL BE FREE INDEED.WHATEVER THING THAT EVER TROUBLED ME, IT SHALL BE DESTROYED AND THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TROUBLES I GO THROUGH SHALL BE SHAMEFUL.BY THE TIME THE ENEMY SMILES AND THINK THAT THE LORD HAS FORGOTTEN ME, HE SHALL APEAR AND SHAME HIM BY LIFTING ME HIGHER THAN ANY SCHEME OR STRATEGY THE DEVIL THINKS OF BRINGING MA WAY
  • Wiseman on Isaiah 10:27 - 13 years ago
i believe God has taking way our problem and also has deliver us from our burden and from the hand of our oppressors. he has equally anoint us, so we are above human destruction and their evil acts
  • Anonymous on Isaiah 10 - 14 years ago
There is such a thing as rightious anger no matter what the Lord does for his people they still rebel against him and he is so good to those who love and Trust him. Sometimes the Lord has to bring us to our knees before we turn back to him and humble ourselves and im so glad Almighty God loved me enough to do this i lost two children and i can tell you that was the first thing that made me get on my knees and cry out to him now while i say this i dont mean that the Lord God took my children people seem to forget that there is a devil out there who goes about like a roaring lion seeking whomn he may devour thats who i blame for the loss of my children but it back fired on him for the first thing i did was cry out to my Lord and Saviour and he heard me for the Lord God filled me with an inner peace that no one only the Lord God can give Praise his name ann
