In 1st John 5:6 it states " even Jesus Christ referring to the blood and water. So not only Jesus Christ's blood was on the cross 2000 years ago but the blood of every human on earth. Therefore drinking the blood and water of the son of man is acceptable in order to receive the Holy Spirit ( John 6 : 53). The son of man refers not only to Jesus Christ but to every human being on earth. In other words you have to drink your own blood and water which belongs to Christ and it is not your own blood and water according to 1st Corinthians 6 : 19. Now I know because of your unbelief you will ban this paragraph from being posted on this Biblical site. Like you have done with my previous paragraph because you think it is demonic. Will you continue to trodden on the blood of Christ ? Hebrews 10 : 29 !
  • John Bazzanella on John 6 - 3 years ago
I made an error, it was 1st John 5:6 and not 2nd John 5:6 which does not exist in scripture or anywhere.
  • John Bazzanella on John 6:53 - 3 years ago
John 6:53 and 2nd John 5:6 are the key scriptures to receiving the Holy Spirit !!

In some passages, the Bible says that Jesus is God ( John 10:30, John 1:1 & 14, Isiah 9:6, John 14:9), but other passages don't say that Jesus and God's are the same ( Luke 9:44, Luke 9:58, Matt. 16:13-17, Luke 18:19).

Are Jesus and God the same, or is Jesus God's Son?

How can I explain this to someone?
  • Wenmar - In Reply on John 6:53 - 3 years ago
Hi Tiffany...but to read the Word of God daily is such a privilege and is so refreshing to your spirit! Don't miss out! Everyday I learn something new, or understand something that I did not before. Our Lord IS the Word, and we are to take Him in daily for He is the bread of life...is He not? God Bless and keep.
  • SkipVought - In Reply on John 6:53 - 4 years ago
    Greetings, Tiffany.

The Bible IS meant to be read, studied, meditated on, discussed, acted on and obeyed. And probably many other action verbs.

It is The Word of God. Jesus said, "If ye love me, keep my commandments."Joh 14:15. How can you know what His commandments are unless you read the whole thing?

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul:

the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart:

the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.

The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever:

the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.

More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold:

sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

Moreover by them is thy servant warned:

and in keeping of them there is great reward.

    Who can understand his errors?

cleanse thou me from secret faults.

    Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins;

let them not have dominion over me:

then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

    Psalm 19:7-14

If you got a love letter from your fianc, would you just open it up and randomly read a sentence and then put it away until you wanted another shot of love? No! I can tell that you're excited about becoming Mrs. Basile Johns III, and have devoured every bit of knowledge about what he likes and doesn't like and dozens, neigh scores if not hundreds of things about him that enchant you.

What of The Love Letter, so to speak, from God, that tells of His love for us and the extent to which He has and is going and what He is preparing for us and how He wants you and me to be ambassadors for Him. Can you imagine that?!

Read it every day not just going to where you are lead, using it like a ouija board.

The bible is meant to be read by going to where you

are lead .. a scripture came to me when i was a new christian... in church.. then it just spoke to me as if it was in charge not necessarily the one at the pulpit.

Christ came to save the world from sin and death. In a the world you so heartily proclaim, is it not noteworthy to proclaim the salvation that is in the body of Christ. The signs of the times, you need not declare, all you have to do is look into the children's eyes. When a Christ centered lover of the gospel comes around Satan and all his angels flee! Reconciliation may be possible only if we live in the hope of his salvation. We do not know, nor the angels ,when the day shall be. Seems , the biggest problem I see, is that the church does not tell the whole story. It is like , they want you to keep coming back for more! Buy more books , make one think his works are more important then Jesus words!

  • Patricia on John 6:63 - 4 years ago
by laying on the hands i was told BIG angel is standing with you! why would i be afraid? i ran out of the alter call to my pastor and i was afraid, my pastor at that time said to me, " wow! i like to have that spoken over me! I search God for the call on my life back in 2002. i am a messenger of God. i have seen the prophecy i done heard from the Spirit of God to go do this, say this, which i did, and yes it came to pass. i walked very close back then. i was wounded in church and i left the church but the holy spirit still gives me directions and knowledge today. what is it that got me now feeling stuck in a situation to do His will. i'm afraid that i've failed my call on my life. i was also told that the anointing on my life is very powerful but yet i'm afraid. how will you know if God has turned away from me?

FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD AND EVANGELIZATION

The Word of God is God ( John 1:1) and not for any private interpretation ( 2 Peter 1:20). If it records in Rev. 12:9 that this whole world has been deceived, it did not speak of a particular country, group of people, person or religion, it meant the whole world.

Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God ( James 4:4).

The believers are not of this world. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith ( 1 John 5:4).

    Additional readings as confirmation.

    John 7:7; 8:23; 15:19; 17:9,14,16; 18:36.

    Romans 12:2.

    1 Cor. 2:12; 3:19. 2 Cor. 6:17.

    Galatians 1:4.

    Ephesians 2:2.

    1 John 2:15; 4:5; 5:4.

The Word of God is God ( John 1:1) and the scriptural references we use serve as confirmation that it is not us that speak, but the Spirit of our Father that speaketh in us ( 2 Samuel 23:2; Matthew 10:20; Acts 4:8; 6:10).

The believers and followers of the true Christ do not involve themselves in the affairs of this world.

    God cannot be received by this present world and so-called world evangelization (global unity) is a deception at the highest level and the workings of the spirit of this world ( John 1:5,10; 8:23; 14:17,22; 15:19,20; 17:9,14,16,25; 18:36; Rom. 8:7; 1Cor. 1:20; 2:4-8, 12-14; 1 Thess. 3:3; 2 Tim. 3:12; James 4:4; 1 John 2:15; 3:1; 5:4,19; 2 John 7).

It should be noted that in over 36 years of service we have never collected/received, solicited or requested donations. The gift of 'Life' was freely given and freely do we give to all those that believe ( 2 Kings 5:16; Matthew 6:26; 10:8).

Seek, and ye shall find ( Matthew 7:7).

    In His Service.

Is that your favourite verse? I wouldn't consider it wrong to show someone John 6:66 but if that person should enquire about it's significance, maybe you could point him to Revelation chapter 13 & alert him to the coming time when the Anti-Christ will demand worship of him & all who do so are rejecting God & will suffer the Wrath of God ( Revelation 14:9-11). It could be a good lead in for presenting the Gospel.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes on him shall not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world ,but that the world through him might be saved.
  • Abraham39s Two Sons - In Reply on John 6:53 - 4 years ago
The Torah and the Bible have recorded Gods dealings with Abraham, Sarah; Hagar; Ishmael and Isaac.

In the King James Version of the Bible: chapters 16-21 are recorded the covenants and the blessings on Abraham's seed: Isaac and Ishmael.

    Ishmael: see Genesis 17:18-26, 17:24-26

    Genesis 16:11-16, Genesis 21:12-18

The Covenant of the Land of Canaan (Israel)

    Genesis 17:7-8

God never meant for history to have experienced all the wars fought in the Middle East. He made Covenants with both of Abraham's sons. Through Ishmael was gained wealth, lands, commerce with powerful princes and kings descended through Abraham.

God had already decided to bless the son born between Abraham and Sarah, even before Ishmael was born. In Gods permissive will, He allowed it; and later gave a covenant inheritance to Ishmael.

Gods Perfect Will was continued through Isaac and his descendants.

He's God. We don't get to tell Him how to bless his people. The Bible says of God: I change NOT.

God chose every human being that was directly involved in producing THE MESSIAH, that would save all mankind that would receive Him.

This is all going to bring everyone on earth, to the Book of Revelation. I know, not everyone accepts it, but it's still there like a gigantic signpost at the end of this road we're all on. It's not going away. Even if we burn all the books and launch all the nukes; it will still be there. That is not me talking; it is the words of the Bible; carried and protected, throughout history. Also known as the Dead Sea scrolls.

Jesus was, and is the Messiah. He wants all sons and daughters of Abraham's seed to trust their mortal and eternal lives with the promised Messiah. All must have their names recorded in his Book of Life. (Read Revelation)

  • Bob Grove - In Reply on John 6 - 4 years ago
Yes we are seeing the falling away as it seems to be getting much worse , society is where it is noticed most , churches have been in delusion for many years . There are some good people caught up in them , if they turn to the scriptures they will notice things are not right and leave them .

We are to gather with those that call on the Lord with a pure heart , that's important. If they are believing false doctrines or practicing sin they will have an effect on you .

Separation can be lonely at times as far as people go . But the Grace of God is so much better .
