The means by way we enter the Kingdom is one way. And that was preached to all ages starting in Genesis 3:15. And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

In the old testament teachings they was to look for a savior to come. All the services was a foreshadow of Christ. In the new testament teachings we look back and believe on him has come.

"And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."
The Kingdom of God or of Heaven (only Matthew uses the term Kingdom of Heaven, which actually doesn't alter anything) begins within us since it is God who is our King and His rules that we obey. But after the second coming of Jesus Chist there will be a literal Kingdom on (the new) earth that God is going to create (also in the millenium).
How does one enters that Kingdom (the spiritual and the literal)?
John 3:5
"Jesus answered (to Nicodemus), Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."
The greek for Gospel is Evagelion, it means Good News, the good news of salvation of mankind through the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is unique, it hasn't changed and will never change. The same good news were preached by Jesus to Hebrews, the same by the disciples to the gentiles, till nowadays. I think that is a cornerstone doctrine for all christian churches (denominations), or for the majority of them. .
Now the day's coming after the church is taken out of this world when that gospel of the kingdom - "the kingdom of heaven is at hand" - is going to go forth again, because He's going to be coming shortly after the announcement has been made. Somebody may argue, "Well, maybe there are some people today who are preaching the gospel of the kingdom because they've got some inside information that maybe He's going to be coming in the next two or three years." Well, some of them have been preaching it since 1915, and, friends, He hasn't arrived yet. So I think maybe they ought to take that record off and put the record on of the gospel of the grace of God. The gospel of Christ. The gospel that saves men and women. That's the gospel that it's important for us to preach today.
I understand there's different views of this. I just wanted to show that this is not anything foreign!!
It's widely held and very important to understand, and is actually where a lot of confusion can be resolved.
I agree with you on the two Gospels being preached. Where some get confused is they think that means there's 2 means to salvation. But that's not so.

The gospel of the kingdom is the preaching of John the Baptist: "The kingdom of heaven is at hand" ( Matthew 3:2). We do not preach that gospel today. The Lord Jesus preached it when He first began (see Matthew 4:17), and He sent His disciples out, saying, "Goto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand" ( Matthew 10:6,7). These men went out and preached that, but the day came when that changed. After His death and resurrection He said, "Don't just go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, but go now to the world" (see Mark 16:15). And to the world was to be preached the gospel of Christ. Paul mentions in Romans 15:19, "I have fully preached the gospel of Christ." Read his epistles and you'll find that the gospel he preached was that of the death and resurrection of Christ. He wrote to the Corinthians and said, "I delivered unto you first of all the gospel. And the gospel I preach is the one that you believed in, the one that saved you." Well, what is it, Paul? It's "that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures" ( 1 Corinthians 15:3). That's the gospel, it's nothing but the gospel, and nothing else is the gospel. Even if an angel from heaven appears to you and preaches any other gospel, Paul says let him be accursed! (See Galatians 1:8.) Because there's only one gospel that we are to preach today. We do not preach the gospel of the kingdom. I wish we could get that through today to a great many who are talking about the gospel of the kingdom.
It is alright if you do not believe in two gospels, but this does not change the fact that there are two gospels, the gospel that saved our spirit teaches the death, burial and resurrection, also known as the gospel of peace, the gospel of salvation, the gospel of God and the gospel of Christ, however these names do not change the gospel. But when we preach about the gospel of the kingdom, we are not teaching about eternal life, we are teaching about a kingdom based upon theocrasy, where the Lord Jesus owns the kingdom and all the people in the kingdom. All of the Lord's parables are not about getting saved or being born again, they are about the kingdom of heaven, this is the gospel of the kingdom, when the Apostle Paul wrote in 1 Cor. 6:9-10, Gal. 5:19-21 and Ephesians 5:5 he did not teach if Christians live a sinful lifestyle they cannot go to heaven, nor did he teach they will go to hell, he taught they will not inherit the kingdom of God. This message is about the gospel of the kingdom, although all Christians will go to heaven, not all Christians will enter the kingdom of heaven, being the millennial kingdom at the second coming of Christ, nor when we start the new heaven and new earth in the final kingdom of heaven, the city New Jerusalem. All of this is about kingdom theology, so if you call it the kingdom of heaven, or the kingdom of God, or the kingdom of Christ, this does not change the dispensation, nor the manifestation of the kingdom. I agree with you, Alex. Jesus' death and resurrection was for all humans of all times, past, present, and future. That is the good news that every person needs to come in contact with and come to faith in Jesus.

The Lord Jesus taught two different gospels in vs. 14-15 all Christians are familiar with the gospel that brings about salvation by faith without works, but most Christians are not familiar with the gospel of the kingdom by faith with works. The main message of the apostles while the Lord Jesus was alive was the gospel of the kingdom, Mat. 10:7-8 they never preached the message of the gospel as long as Christ was alive, yet the Lord Jesus taught both gospels while he was alive. Christ Jesus dying on a cross for the sins of the world, causes the sinner to become a Christian, on the day of salvation his spirit enters the kingdom of God, during the first dispensation from the time the Son of man died on the cross, until the Son of man returns. However, the next dispensation which is for a millennium, no Christian has a promise to enter unless he meets the conditional promises spoken of by the Lord Jesus and the apostles. Mat. 7:21, Acts 14:22, Mat. 5:10 After the second dispensation has ended, the new heaven begins with the final dispensation of the kingdom of God, not all Christians will be able to enter that kingdom of God if they have buried their talents, Mat. 25:14-30 or they do not have on a wedding garment, but only those believers who received glorification as all others will be outside that kingdom of God, the city New Jerusalem as dogs, needing the leaves from the tree of life for the healing of the nations. There are a few. However, the one that jumps out immediately is John 14:6. Jesus told us, "I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me".
John 1:12 would be one place in scripture. But please note that it says receive, not accept. A person must receive Christ. I don't know of any verse that says to accept Him. The Bible does say that we must receive Him. There is a difference between accept and receive. To accept just means to mentally agree with something.
I like the story when Nicodemus comes to Christ in the night! Nicodemus ,afraid He would be found out by His peers, Knows there is something He must find out about! His question of being born again and re entering His Mother's womb? This story in the book of John you will find as you begin reading from the first chapter. Many wish to know the hidden truths even like Nicodemus. Understanding Christ words would require complete "submersion" in His words!

In John 17 Jesus prayed to the Father. It is some of my favorite scripture. What is frequently referred to as the Lord's prayer is found in Luke 11:2-4 and Matthew 6:9-13
Matthew 6:9-13 gives us the principles of prayer. This is known as the "Lord's Prayer" theologically, but in reality it is called the Disciples Prayer because Jesus is teaching the disciples to pray.
The real Lord's Prayer is found in John Chapter 17 where Jesus prayed in intercession for His people to the Father. That is the real Lord's Prayer. It is His prayer. This is the prayer for the Disciples in Matthew Chapter 6.
There is another version in Luke 11:2-4, but it is a different presentation from what we have in Matthew. In Luke there are no Hebraisms because Luke's Gospel was written to the Gentiles.
For instance the first one is "Our Father, which art in heaven." Luke, even in the oldest manuscripts, it is just "Our Father." There is no phrase, in heaven.
So basically, Jesus again taught the same principles, but one in Jewish form and one in Greek form. And so you can see that it was not used as a formula for reciting, where everybody gets up and says the same prayer all the time every week. It is not a formula prayer!
But there are principles that Jesus laid down to teach us. He says, you want to know how to pray? Here is what you do. And there are three parts. But again, this is not the Lord's Prayer in Matthew. The Lord was not praying. He was teaching the principles of prayer to His disciples.

Hello, the Bible says it was a fruit and never said it was an apple. Sometimes artists draw an apple, but that means nothing. Apples don't natively grow in the middle east from my understanding and think the fruit was more likely a fig or something else that is common there. Of course the garden of Eden was special and could have even had fruit not found anywhere else on earth, but the scripture only says fruit.
When I read the word without being told what that means or go here or there. I could not find the word APPLE in the book of Gen. I did wonder why a fig leaf over the loyns not a apple leaf over the mouth, led me to just read the word. That changed my life, and truth rules not some scholar saying different. I truly hope and pray that we all check out what God says not a pastor, teacher,dad, mon, or who ever. Checking them out may save one's soul.
I'm not sure if you follow manuscripts or not, but Matthew 17:21 is actually an addition. It is not in some manuscripts, but it actually describes what Jesus said about praying. Howbeit this kind goes not out except by prayer and fasting.
What He means by that is bring him to me. He is not saying that prayer has some magical work to it, like pray over them and the demon will come out. He's saying it's through prayer, give him to me.
I understand that fasting serves two purposes. Number one: To become physically weak in order to be spiritually sensitive. That's the religious meaning for fasting. You go without food and your body becomes weak in order to become spiritually sensitive.
But also, you fast in order to lose your physical strength so that God's Spirit can use you. And that's Jesus' emphasis here, bring him to me. Make sure that you're not involved, that your flesh is not at all involved, and bring him to me.
And again in Mark 9:29, just like the Matthew text, that little phrase "and fasting" was added to many manuscripts. Originally, it was just prayer, but if we keep the fasting in there that's not a problem.
The important thing we need to know is that it is not part of a formula. What is the first thing Jesus said? He said the answer is, bring him to me, and if I am not here, pray! Bring him to me!
Rsv bible mark 9:29 & matthew 17:21 have lost "fasting and prayer" that jesus said in kjv are both necessary to cast out evil/ demons.
