16:3 The signs of the times - The signs which evidently show, that this is the time of the Messiah.
Mt 16:3 Can ye not [discern] the signs of the times. They could read the weather, but were blind to the events (signs of the times) that showed the fulfillment of prophecy, the end of the Jewish dispensation, and the establishment of the Messiah's kingdom.
