Thank You sometimes the wording in the Bible confuses me

It means he never had sex with her until after Jesus was born.

I am confused the end of chapter 1 it says Joseph knew her not until she had brought forth her newborn son Jesus. what does that mean he knoew her not?

Why do we have the genealogy of Joseph and not of Mary?

What did Jesus say about it? He said that we all maybe saved the shedding of His blood and Him being the sacrifice for our sins. He suffered for mankind that means all of us. The Lord says in His word He is no respect of persons. He also said don't add to His word and don't take away from it. God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are real.
