Simply to believe, pray,praise and have faith in Jesus Christ daily.Then fast whenever the Holy spirit guides you too.Following Him as an example because that was His Nature.God bless you.

What I personal think of Matthew 11:30, is, when I have Jesus caring my yoke and burden, my load is lighter and burden is not heavy. Thank God for his gift in giving Jesus to forgive us for our sins. Jesus life death burial and resurrection is our redeeming life. May grace mercy and truth be with his believing people of God. Amen. Btes.

It's a call to everyone. It's a promise of release to all who suffer. It's an expression of unconditional love. It's about acceptance and letting go.

V.27 - the Son (flesh, Jn.1:14; 1 Tim. 3:16) reveals the Father.

You've pretty much got it right. The 'it' refers to the message of John being the spirit of Elijah/Elias. The N.T. was translated from the Greek lang. - as that was the lang. of that day. The Jews knew that lang. - hence in the Greek, Elijah becomes Elias.

I have been studying Elias in Matt 11:14, After looking up scriptures I believe that Elias may be Elijah, because Mal 4:5 says he will be sent, but then when I read Matt 11: 14 it says "And if you will receive it.... this is Elias. So I don't know because "it" would not be a person, it would be more spiritual. Does anyone know about Elias?

He is truly the Fifth Cup revealed in our day and time who will be sent to Baptize His chosen elect Zion with the everliving Fire of His Holy Spirit as He is truly our Blessed Lord's Minister of Fire indeed and, get them up and running once again in part, to His everlasting Glory now and forever more, Glory Amen and Amen indeed. its nice I'm just doing it for a school bible test but I also don't get exactly what that verse means cause I usally read the kids bible with pictures that I understand it and I also read the teen on

I think it's awesome. I don't read at all. I had trouble with the dialect but that's to be expected. I love the bigger text and how clear the over all message is. Thanks for improving the quality but never changing the scripture

I' m to be yoked up with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to be yoked with believers : to not be unequally yoked with unbelievers : I can have no fellowship with the works of darkness : not possible. I get myself yoked up with Jesus : we have fellowship and working toward a common goal !!! With believers in Lord Jesus Christ we are going and doing good !!

When I first read Mathew Chapter 11, it struck me that the greatest prophet born of women doubted that Jesus was "the one", even though he proclaimed earlier that "Jesus was mightier than him", Matthew 3:11-15. It struck me because it was a time in my life where I doubted for a while. As John doubted for that short time, Jesus reassured John who He was. And, just as He assured John, He has assured me who He is through His word and His Holy Spirit. I praise God for who He is, what He has done and for what He is going to do.

11.28 Is my home base. When the world leaves me confounded : I return to Matthew 11.28 It is my home-coming: to my loving Saviour, my triumphant moment !!

I am glad that my Lord and saviour loves me and has already lifted off my burden.

If it wasn't for God who died on the cross for our sins and so can have everlasting love of faith but we all know God is not died he is still alive

My life changed after I discovered and started using this verse and I like the msg bibles version the best. Jesus invites us to live life the Kingdom way as children of the most high and learn from him by copying his style. Graceful, easy, not worrying, believing and having Faith that all we need and require will always be provided for as long as we have faith and relax into his arms! What a relief to pass all our cares onto Jesus! To learn from him mastery over all types of adversity. I love this verse from 28-30! Wishing all God 's children more love and more light!

Jesus is saying my yoke is easy, the pain you get for being obedient Is less in comparing to being disobedient

This verse is a great comfort to me. I do believe the other verses that follow are part of a great statement our Lord made to help us in our hours of needs.
