Hi Mannaseh,thank you for your prayer concrning my life,people of God your prayer for me is very powerful.I heard that I will be promoted soon as you have said in you prophecy to me.I love Jesus.Am beging you people of God to keep praying for me so that a devil can not interfear the process of promotion which is in the process right now with the Blood of Jesus.

That is the kind of prayer we ought to be praying daily

Does anyone notice that our "LORD's Prayer could be a very condensed version of this prayer

Thank you for providing this moving prayer which deep sinners need as a guide for hope in God in times of despair. As an Orthodox Christian, I am very thankful that this blessed chapter remains in our Bibles.

David is correct in his comment as well, i.e. "cannot life up mine head" should read "lift" not "life".

Very powerful read. A treasure that should have never been removed from the collections of scripture. Typo: "I cannot life up mine head"

Even at our worst, Man***eh's prayer inspires us that all is not lost. God's comp***ion and mercy will save us. God even gives us the grace to repent.

It is a good pray,one that fits me, I am praying,that Jesus will accept this prayer from me,and fix me .amen,.

I assume you mean, why was it’s taken out of the Bible? The more important realization is that it doesn't need to be part of the Bible or inspired, to be helpful. The books within Scripture are very specific in nature, which is why the Apocrypha clearly doesn't belong. I don't want to take up space here arguing why this is the case, but many of these uninspired books are still very beneficial to read. Unfortunately, the reality that they are not inspired has caused many to believe they have little value.

This was great, why would it be taken out? I am a ex-addict, drunkard saved by Jesus Christ who has changed my life. I have been clean for 6 years, or better and saved for 5. This would have been of a great help to me and will be a help to people I know now.

A very in debth prayer..One that is very inspiring. I like it and plan to stay that focused for it helps to keep the soul body and mine together.
