Psalm 102 is a prophetic description of the prayer and overview of the Jewish Saints in the time of Jacobs trouble, the seventieth week of Daniel. It is the the last week of the tribulation where the chosen of God are being prosecuted and feel abandoned by God. Israel is regathered in the land and the whole world is coming against it but Christ returns and executes vengeance on the nations, because it is time. The end time of the gentiles and the satanic oppression of the jews.
I don't think that it is appropriate to print the words of this prayer to Mary. It is easy to find the words elsewhere, such as a local Catholic Church. I do not recommend that anyone pray to anyone dead or alive other than God the Father, His Son, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit. We can certainly ask others to pray for us, but we are to ask people alive on earth to pray for us, not those who have died.

Psalms 109:2
For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful
are opened against me
Or "of deceit" F24 itself; most wicked and very deceitful men, who sometimes flattered and pretended friendship, as the Jews did to Christ, when they designed ill against him; though at other times their mouths were opened, and they poured out their calumnies and reproaches very freely and largely; traducing his person, and aspersing his character as a wicked man; blaspheming his miracles, as if done by the help of the devil; charging his doctrine with novelty, falsehood, and blasphemy; loading him with invidious names, as Samaritan, madman, &c; representing him as an enemy to the state, as a seditious person, and a disturber of the nation's peace; particularly their mouths were opened against him when they called for his crucifixion, and would have no denial; and especially when he was on the cross, where they gaped upon him with their mouths, and poured out their scoffs and jeers at him; see ( Psalms 22:14 ) .
They have spoken against me with a lying tongue,
false witnesses rose up against him, and laid things to his charge he knew nothing of, and which they could not prove, ( Matthew 26:59-61 ) .
Hello Cindy. The Psalmist (it doesn't indicate that it was David), is seen here in great anguish in mind & spirit. From verses 1 to 11 are his groanings about his plight. We first see that in verse 4, his pain is so great that even hunger eludes him. Then in verse 9, he gives us a picture of him writhing on the ground, in the dirt (& probably in dust & ashes that were often used to indicate deep sorrow), moaning & weeping. In his pain & drawing of breath, he takes in the dust & ashes; these becoming his food instead of real sustenance. Likewise, his tears flowing down his face into his mouth, becoming his drink. While in this sad state, he couldn't care about his welfare, rather he was overcome with grief & pain, that death was near his door (vv23,24) - food & drink could come later when God would see his pain & answer his prayer (v17).
The nondescript person here uttering a complaint sounds much like the author of Lamentations mourning over the situation during the Babylonian invasion. There is great similarity also to Job during his sufferings. There perhaps is the greatest meaning in the time when Christ returns (v.13). Daniel states that there are set times; and even Antichrist can't change times and delay Christ's return and victory over him ( Daniel 2:21). Once again; as in earlier Psalms the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord (v. 15). The prisoners will be set free ( Isaiah 51:14) as v. 20 indicates; and during the Millennium God looks down from heaven (heavenly Jerusalem) in v. 19. Eventually, the earth shall perish and be changed (v. 20) at the end of the period; and at the time of the Great White Throne judgment. ( Rev. 20:11). Then there shall be eternal glorified saints continuing forever (v. 28). This could indicate those already in redeemed bodies from the church age; as well as those natural men that live physically with their descendants (seed) during the 1000 years; who live throughout that period and are translated into eternity.
i also suffer from residuals of several head injuries. I too have become very perceptive and can feel the pain of others whether they are present or not. I have started praying for those people. I believe God has finally gotten me to a place where I trust nobody but him. I have no strength left. My only hope is truly in Him and him alone. Just keep praying, keep trusting, keep putting your hope in Jesus alone. Remember how spoiled we have become.

If the hair is long or thin & brittle, keep it shorter till hair health is better. Google a Diet that supports a healthier scalp. Take a daily multivitamin for you. Boost your immune response.
Apple Cider vinegar (50/50 with water) fattens the hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse it out.
I'm not a doctor; so see a dermatologist soon. All this worry is not good.
There are Many verses you can be praying over your body, Every Day. Our prayers are straight out of a Bible. Move your true dependence on God, through the BLOOD of His beloved Son: Jesus. When your stress level soars, say out loud:

Patricia, I am praying with and for you asking God to restore you hair quickly and better than before. My devotion this morning was in Ephesians 3:20-21 "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus." He is able, we are trusting in God's power and His love! I will also pray that our understanding of quickly be comprehended with Jesus' timeframe. Connie, you are right. My doctor did not tell me that I was going to lose a lot of hair and have bald spots under a surgery he suggested. I cry and cry. I hope I'm not being wrong in claiming verse 2:...answer me speedily. Also 13...time to favor her, yea, the set time, is come. Year 2020 could be one of the most challenging times of our lifetime. But this inspired word of God written so many years ago is so alive and applicable! God does remain the same! He provided though trials then and now and forevermore!
God’s timing we are blessed with. My last storm seemed so difficult, but I remained in his Word and vine. Year (s) later, looking back I see His handiwork and love for all. I couldn’t imagine this positive retrospect during the storm, now realizing I’m even a better witness. And my past storms brought those things prayed for, often decades later! we are all afflicted one way or the other, only God knows. I recently lost my dad and family drama is so terrible. I pray that God will favour my mum and siblings, even though we lost a father. God Almighty will favour us so much than we can comprehend. Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour us is now. Amen.

PSALM 102:13. I give glory to the uncreated Creator in whose palm is ocean of wisdom source giver of wisdom , in His whispering cometh understanding His word or the entrance of His word gives us an aspiration into a high level of spiritual knowledge . It is indisputable fact that GOD walks with time that HE also operates in season. But the rhema in this particular verse 13 of psalm 102 is that GOD do step out of time season in most cases or situations. In this context,i have been inspired by the holy spirit to understand the fact that a set time may or does not necesssrily mean a specific time programmed or a particular season appointed,but it also mean when the situation is beyound human control or capacity this can as well be considered as a set time for GOD 'S intervention.A set time can also be liken to a storming time or period where u find yourself in an indefinite situation such as spiritual,physical,medical,financial, and even academical quagmire that defiles human or professionals ability.

God 's Word encourages us to pray. Prayer is asking and receiving. Jesus is our Shelter in the time of storms. He tells us to call unto me and I will answer thee. Seek Him early in the morning. Commit your ways unto Him and He will direct your paths. Nothing is too hard for God. Don 't be afraid of asking for your needs. He is rich in mercy. Ask and you shall receive, knock and it shall be opened to you. Pray, Pray, Pray. Thank Him, Praise Him. Trust Him.
