Psalms Chapter 119 Discussion Page 13

I see that many take what they want and apply it in many different ways from 119. this is about the WORD of God, the living Word, The WORD that given to Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Moses... This same WORD that gives us life. The same WORD that was made flesh and showed us how to walk in the WORD, LIGHT, have LIFE through his ways... The only way to walk in spirit and truth is to follow the instructions of God. 119 is constantly conveying that to those that want to follow him. Jesus said to follow him AS HE does the will of the Father.

His word will illuminate our way as we are going.waiting on his leading is usually as we go on our journey we invite the Holy Spirit to show us how we can put into practice his word we have hidden in our heart . He wants his light to shine in us and through us and let the sword cut those things out of us that we don't need .

I learn more about Psalms 119, more especialy vice 130 that the entrance of his word giveth life and understanding, to have a valasting life u must alow the word of God to get inside u,and dwell in u.

This is my favorite verse and I will always charish it's words and love them all of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This verse is a true inspiration to me. It reminds me not to worry about my life and go on with my life. Good job!! Now that's a good job!!

I am blessed when I keep His word. The word of God is my Life : I cannot live without Him . Jesus spent much time in prayer to God to be able to do His will : so must I; I cannot be blessed unless I have a prayer life unto My Lord to be able to do what He wants and desires to have done in my life : I miss it; but He gets me back in line . If I stay close to Him : like driving a car :that steering wheel only needs to be turned a little bit to stay on the road : Praise The Lord !!!!

The only way that will make ones life upright,clean,holy is keeping and obeying GOD's commandment.By doing so your ways will be strengthed.

I will keep the word always in heart..satan will try to disrupt our lives so we must be ready with the word of God to fight..store the word daily..

Ps 119: 11. Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against. I believe if we study the Words of God, the Bible and practice what it teaches the Lord will remind us and help us when we are tempted to sin. With His words in our hearts we will be focused on Him so it will be a bit difficult for us to sin. Let us continue to study and live out His words in our lives!

This verse tells how gracious is He and that we need to stay intact with Him(God) as we were formed by him and all we need to do is to obey His commands

We will not fall into sin,if we love and respect God,seeing God's law is HIS character

The word means in order for me to live without sin or to always do what God expects of me, i must be a friend with his word and in that case the devil will not have a chance in my life.

God word is so powerful that it can change a man's life for ever.

I need one

The p***age speaks to me at 2 levels. The first is that Jesus (the Word who became flesh) lives in me and is hidden there, and the second is that the word of God is hidden in my heart so that no matter what is going on in my life, I have a resource to remind me who I am and to keep me strong in my faith and my identity as a Christian and follower of Christ.

The word of Jehovah,brings life,to the dead God,the father made everythng through the Word whom is Jesus himself

Thank the Lord for His judgments, and for His faithfulness in our affliction. The Psalmist said before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I keep thy law. God always has a purpose for allowing trials and tribulations into our lives. He always wants us to become better Christians, and not bitter. That is why James said count it all joy when you fall into diverse trials, and temptations, knowing that the trying of our faith produces patience. So rejoice in the Lord always.

King David said I thought on my ways, and turned my feet toward thy statutes. Jehovah God wants us to consider our ways, and make sure they are in step with His commandments. If we go astray, we must be quick to repent, and turn our feet to the statutes of God. The scripture teaches that if God kept a record of sin, who would be able to stand? Yet there is forgiveness with God. So create in me a clean heart, and renew a right spirit in me. By doing this we keep our feet on the straight and narrow pathway that we must walk.

In order for anyone to remain pure for the Lord is to keep or apply his word in our life's daily. We need to continue reading and walk in faith. Our Lord is seeking souls that will obey him and that he can use for his Glory.

This verse means to me, I just cant make it without Jesus and I dont even want to try, so I need Him and His word to know how to live, to be strengthened in my faith and help me not to do wrong by Him, in Jesus name God I love ypi Lord, help ALL 4 of my kids, our whple families, friends, enemies, pastor and his wife, oir chur,h and church families and my husband and I in Jesus name amen and amen!

He who goes after godliness is the wisest of them all, including God's and others highest reputes of wisdom, understandings and knowledges.

My awesome God how wonderful is you name. I am so glad that my God is always and will forever be on my side, and I am so glad that Jesus loves me. Let all rejoice and be glad that we are fortunate to have such a marvelous God!
