Rick on Revelation 12: It is talking about Jesus being Michael, there are only 15 references of Michael in the KJV bible..They are all talking about human men except for these 4 texts: Daniel 10 21- Daniel 12:1- Jude 1:9 and Rev.12:7, these texts are referring to Michael as Jesus Christ.

There is no such scripture. The child spoken of in Revelation 12 is NOT Michael, it is Jesus Christ. The woman referred to in Rev 12 is in fact the nation of Israel. Look at the imagery in the scripture. A woman clothed in the sun, with the moon at her feet, and crowned with 12 stars? It is almost exactly the same wording used in Genesis, in Joshua's dream Genesis 37: 9 .

Revelation is a past and future event. The woman is Israel, the twelve stars are the tribes of Judah, the child is Christ and the dragon is the devil. The future part is in verse 6 where the 144,000 of the tribes of Judah are going to be hid during the tribulation. Did not love their lives unto the death? I a suffering severely and I question whether i m being persecuted for Christ! Many people have gotten the book of Revelation wrong, because it has been a book in which many people refuse to examine or read. It is not taught in many churches or translated with God's wisdom or understanding, instead man has used his wisdom to try to translate this precious book.
