My friend, in a sense you are right. But here it is talking about salvation, not just the presence of God, as sin can separate us from God, but never completely take him out of the picture.

To believe what you just said you'd have to disregard so many parts of the Bible. The Bible says otherwise. It clearly says it is for everyone: Romans 10:12-13, Acts 2:21, Galatians 3:28-29, etc. Do you believe these scriptures? If not, why not and to whom are you putting your trust?

Sin separates everybody from the Love of God-up until they receive Jesus. Once we receive Jesus He reconciles us to God by His own blood sacrifice for our sins and cleanses us from all our sins. Then once we are saved, nothing and no one, not even our own mistakes sins and shortcomings can separate us from the Love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
