    Your right.

I have spent about two years correcting atheists view point that there are contradictions in the bible. Every alleged contradiction they claimed I showed them that it wasn't a contradiction. they just take a verse out of context and make up their own story about it. I have never found one of their alleged contradiction to be true.

Romans 8: 30 I believe you have the wrong interpretation of that verse. the bible says we have to believe in the Lord Jesus, Act 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. It is not the individual that is predestinated. It is those who have already accepted Jesus, how do we know this, because those predestinated are already justified.

We all have sin in our flesh. Jesus imputed righteousness keeps us from being separated from God. The Holy Spirit is our seal. He preserves us until the day of redemption. Nothing can separate a born again Child of God from God. That counts us.

Sin can separate us from the love of God

The love of God is suprim and the benefit of standing with God is The Road way to eat the tree of life and all that God want from us is true love which I promised myself I will love God and abide in him.

Jesus is our Lord, he went to the cross for "our" sin, we were given freely the gift of salvation, and the Grace of God. We repent and seek His will be done through us, allow the spirit who is greater in us then he that is in the world to work through us, not what we would like in a worldly, fleshy, minded body. We gave so much to be thankful for always love with a grateful heart, Glory be to God

Paul is actually revealing a deep message in this chapter. God who is all knowing has predestinated because He foreknew who was His children. Jesus spake my sheep KNOW my voice and will not follow another. How can you know His voice except it be revealed by the Holy Ghost. Many are called but few are chosen. Paul is revealing a great mystery that God's children were known from the beginning.

Praise God if we are a child of the Lord "All things work together for good if we trust and walk as the Bible instructs us to do." Paul tells us in Romans to obey the Lord and let our light shine to let the world know we are the children of an awesome God! We are blessed to be a Christian.

The love of God is clearly put in words by the Apostle Paul, anyone keen would see that the spirit of God dwells in us making us sons and Christ being our first born.Nevertheless,we are made heirs and as such no condemnation falls upon us as no charge can be brought against us.Brethren, the Almighty living God is made manifest in our lives in a mighty way as has never been before in any time.
  • Ann on Romans 8 - 5 years ago
This chapter is saying that if Christ lives in us he will do the work in us that needs doing so that we are slowly changed more and more into Christs image. It is through choosing to let go and ask God to change us that Gods spirit works in us. It is not an act of works. We are reborn by Gods Spirit.God says that as we experience life success failures nothing will separate us from his love.
  • Teri on Romans 8 - 5 years ago
One of my favorite chapters in the bible, Paul is so good here to point out that we are free from the law of sin and death and alive to live by the spirit. although we are still in carnal bodies, we can now overcome sin, guilt, feelings of condemnation etc...and live a confident, victorious life that conforms us to the image of God's son. Even things in our past have been for a purpose.
  • BSP on Romans 8 - 5 years ago
No force can separate us from the love of Christ and the love of Jehovah God. We have to choice to keep our integrity no matter what and we will remain in their love.

Someone suggested that the second half of verse 1 was a condition ... if after reading Romans 7 upon which the first word of 8:1 depends, (Therefore), one thinks that, one has not learned to read in context .... the 2nd part, 'who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.' is a statement of fact, for those in Christ Jesus ...

Have you ever gave it a thought about Jesus coming to judge us? Think back on your mistakes. Now think about how many times you asked for your Father's forgiveness. How many times He was there for you. How many times you praised His name, by thanking Him from the bottom of your heart. And how many times you let Satan take over instead. Now, before it is too late-- get on your knees!! Praise Him!!!

The wicked, hiding vainly within many earthen vessels, behind many names (divided, as a fabrication of many fabrications;) only seeks to destroy faith by confessing not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. The wicked has not the Spirit, nor understands the water, yet it knows Christ IS COME. For it is written, There ARE three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the BLOOD:

Romans 8 is letting us know that God is our way. our way to peace. our way to love, joy. it lets us know that as long as we seek his face and stay with him we can don't have to worry about man. let nothing separate you from the Love of GOd because at the end of the day GODS LOVE conqueror all.

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angles, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things Present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the Love or God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Fight on my soul be on thy guard, ten thousand foes arise, the hosts of sin are pressing hard to draw me from the skies.

The creature in vs. 19-23 is talking about Gods creation our mortal body and earth and things of the this earth. The book of Revelation tells us that day will come when all believers will get new body's and also God will destroy this universe and bring new heaven and earth we will live with him in a new heaven and earth forever.

Society PREYS ON THE VULNERABLE: THE: UNBORN: SENIORS: DISABLED: HUMAN LIVES HAVE NO VALUE AT ALL! GOD WILL JUDGE!

I particularly love vs 31 to 34.Sometimes we have no response to what life throw at us but all we can do is remember that God himself and the whole of heaven is backing us.Indeed if he is for us it doesn't matter if family friends are in fact against us because we are in the right and are safe in his hands
  • Ivy Jihnson on Romans 8 - 5 years ago
What a Chapter: Every verse is so practical: especially 30-39: Thank God for the mighty way he used Saul. Whose name was changed to Paul(from sin to Peace): Hadn’t it been for our Brother, Paul, we wouldn’t be Blessed with so many Books of the New Testament. Thank God for His Damascus Exodus We all have one of these moments, might not have been as drastic as our brother Paul. He was obedient:

Romans 8:17 explain the creature...Is it the devil, or a place? like the 3rd heaven or the 2nd heaven?

  • BSP on Romans 8 - 5 years ago
The Mosaic Law was perfect and as such imperfect humans could never fully fulfill that law and the result would always end in death. The Law of the Christ offered forgiveness of sins based on the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ and those exercising faith in the ransom would have an opportunity to gain everlasting life.
