Hithpa`el Perfect הִתְגַּלַּע Proverbs 17:14; Imperfect יִתְגַּלָּ֑ע 18:1; 20:3; — disclose oneself, break out, 17:14 subject רִיב; break or burst out in contention, strife 20:3 subject כָּלאֱֿוִיל; similarly 18:1 (followed by בְּ against; Grl.c. proposes יִלְעַג or יַלְעִיג).
