Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. Leviticus 18:22

Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. John 3:7

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 21:8

I am warning you. Repent! You are kindling God's anger.

    Dear Alex,

I do believe that the Jesus marries the church. Paul says it is a mystery, so I do not think we really know in this life what that exactly will be like. Your comments on the purpose of this marriage is so that Jesus can sow His seed is your interpretation, not the words of Jesus. Have a good day.

Streetpreacher, I appreciate your reaching out. Please read the following with a gentle voice, as that is how I am "speaking" these words:

Some of your suggestions are a bit askew. I'm not asking for instruction as there is so much more to what I'm doing and how I'm doing things, and the context of responses and reactions occur with the neighbor. The kids are HER kids. I'm not going to go into detail of where those kids are in regards to my heart. That's not the basis of my initial note.

I'm not seeking instruction but rather prayer, prayer, prayer.

As you can see, even with your response, when others' perspectives get involved, subjectivity reigns.

Please - I'm asking for prayer to cover this spiritual issue happening that affects everyone involved - me, my daughter, the neibors, and the landlord. Cover us in prayer - don't try to interpret from your perspective what is going on. I described to give context to help you know what I'm seeking prayers for. Please - that is all.
  • Jacquie - In Reply - 2 years ago
Cindy - hi and thank you for your comment. You are understood here. As a Christian, one of my gifts is bringing others to Christ - I'm very good with that. I'm not really seeking instruction as much as I am seeking an expanded prayer layer over this situation - just prayer.

I actually have perceived a glimpse of goodness in the young man. Though I'm this subjective statement, I believe the female is controlling and has entrapped him into fear of her. He has demonstrated indirect and direct assistance, or attempts of it, only to experience the female interrupt his efforts. I always pray for him for an opportunity to reach out to the guy, as I feel he would be the way to engaged her with God's power. I truly feel the guy is the way for that as multiple attempts toward her have been opportunities she has made to go against me. I fully understand what is going on here - I'm just asking for prayer, The opportunity to saturate this issue with prayer.

I don't have such evil objects in my home: the problem is coming from the outside, but even perhaps the energy of the landlord who owns the house is hovering here. There's so much more to say that I'm not saying here, but that's irrelevant. It's not about detailing what they are doing, but asking to to bring this into a cover of prayer only. I wold like that.

My Brother in Christ S Spencer:

    Galatians 2:16

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

I understand the feeling of working to be holy in this world. My Spirit ask me to send this your way.

Also, you may want to meditate reading Colossians Chapter 2.

I love all the saints. Grace and peace unto you from our God, and of the Father and of the Lord Jesus Christ.

They have absolutely no business behind a pulpit and the congregation needs to speak up. If your member has deacons or elders -- it's best they consider the scripture below from the Apostle Paul's 1st letter to Timothy (written whilst Paul was in prison one of the first times)...

    1 Timothy 3: 2-10

"A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil. Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre; Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless."

A bishop would be the same as the role of a pastor today. Look at these key words or parts: "Blameless" "Not given to wine (this can refer to any alcohol)" "not greedy of filthy lucre" and the majority more.

I hope this helps! God bless!

Gi Gi ...have you neva read 1 st Cor. 15 : 53 ....This corruption must put on incorruption....And this mortal must put on immortality....Gi Gi immortality is Godliness living forever etc....Death is gona be swollowed up in victory.

......But Gi Gi is saying oh no we will neva share his glory or his divine nature...We will neva be married to God...oh no

......When the scripture plainly tells us to whom the word came it made them Gods...

......Gi Gi you are in essence saying we should not believe every thing the lord said....A marriage is when 2 are made 1 and no body can make that void...As Jesus said My words cannot return unto me void....They don't refer to Jesus as the bridegroom for nothin he has a seed to sow in our hearts and to whom the word ( his seed ) came it made them Gods....

......But I know that you do not believe everything Jesus taught us....Simply b/c your Church does not teach it....And thats y God has to send an angel to preach the everlasting gospel to all that dwell on the earth in the last days...Simply b/c too many folks are carnal minded....Being spritually minded is a problem for todays churches....Its uncouth for todays preachers to be Spritually minded...love ya Gi Gi....lemme go

  • Bro dan - In Reply on Isaiah 58 - 2 years ago
    Hi Charrisse,

Amen. Very well stated, including the scripture you presented regarding the need for present day Christians to observe the 7th day Sabbath.

Contrary to what many modern day Christians profess, Paul did NOT change the 7th Day Sabbath. Paul didn't teach a different gospel of law or grace than Jesus Christ and the other apostles. Paul and the Apostle's totally respected and followed God's commandments - per the scriptures, and Paul always displayed total respect for the Sabbath Day - per the scripture!

Paul's teaching of the early churches included both Jews and Gentiles, and regularly took place on the 7th day Sabbath. The scriptures PROVE that Paul personally kept the 7th day Sabbath, and he certainly taught the Gentiles to do the same. Paul did not teach a different gospel or different approach to the law or grace from what Jesus Christ and the other apostles taught.

The churches-whether made up of Jews or Gentiles, that were established by Paul and the other Apostles observed the Sabbath.

    Acts 13:42

"And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath."

    Acts 13:44

"And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God."

Those that feel that Jesus/God or Paul changed the requirement to no longer follow God's Commandments including the 7th Day Sabbath, is not supported by the scripture.

    God Bless.

God wants every day holy not just the sabbath...Every day is the Sabbath Day under the new Covenant....We must abide in him every day. As Jesus said the branches have to abide in the VINE everyday or the branches will wilt and DIE..This New Covenant is an every day covenant...24/7 every day and all day long its a marriage with Christ Jesus....His disciples followed him every day not 1 day a week...The sabbath was fine in the O.T. But under this New Covenant its a marriage, Everyday is the sabbath under the new covenant...When Jesus said abide in me in me and i in you means a marriage 24/7 forever....Thats y he was telling them the branches have to abide in the vine 24/7 or they will wither and die....I am the true Vine and you are the Branches....Thus he has to know us thats when the good seed is sown in our hearts resulting in a birth of a baby Christ in us and that which is born of the spirit is spirit which is the Child of Promise the H.G..

......Thats y the woman is giving birth in Rev 12 : 5 kjv....She was impregnated by his seed the words of the lord...That New Covenant...A birthing Covenant...you must be bornagain of an i incoruptible seed etc....The Child is the H.G THE CHILD OF PROMISE.

.....Whosoever receiveth one such child in my name receiveth me....In my name implies he is the Father of the H.G...The Child of Promise . An Israel of GOD....

......That Woman in Rev 12 is a perfect picture of what the good seed will accomplish...And thats y he has to know us all as Isaiah said knowledge shall cover the Earth as the waters cover the seas...Meaning he is gona KNOW us ALL...Thus the babes and sucklings he mentions....Unless ya receive the Kingdom of GOD AS A LIL child you will in no wise enter there in.

I am Praying that all of these things are not an every day thing, considering tne gas prices and all. Also, please pray that the Lord will heal her eyes. Thank you. May the Lord bless each one of you. AMEN

'Behold, thou hast driven me out this day'

These are Cain's words to God. From these words we can see that he was banished from

ever entering the camp of Adam and Eve again. His banishment was complete. He did not

take anything with him. Note: not even the seeds were allowed to go with him into exile which

meant that any crop growing he attempted would be inferior. see Genesis Chapter 4 verse 12 'When thou tillest the ground it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength.'

If he was not allowed to take the seeds do you really think that he was allowed to take a family member?

But that is not the issue here.

Since God has cast him (solo) out, to say that he returned would be to suggest that God changed his mind.

    GOD DOES NOT CHANGE.

The only evidence we have is that Cain's wife was an inhabitant of Nod.

  • Cindy - In Reply - 2 years ago
Dear Jacquie, these other replies are sound advice. One thing I'd like to add. We are commanded by Jesus in Mark 16:15 "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." You can't obey His commandment by obliterating unsaved sinners. We are to be strong enough in the Lord to walk among them without letting their ungodliness influence us into joining them in their sins, such as sex, drugs, alcohol, etc. Even Jesus ate with unbelieving sinners. Do fellowship with other Christians, but don't close out those who aren't walking with Him for you may be the only conduit to bring them to Jesus Christ.

Pray for me I was once like you.

Be kind and loving to me that's how I would have treated you.

Remember I was once someone's parent or spouse I had a life and a dream for the future.

Speak to me, I can hear you even if I don't understand what you are saying.

Speak to me of things in my past of which I can still relate.

Be considerate of me, my days are such a struggle.

Think of my feelings because I still have them and can feel pain.

Treat me with respect because I would have treated you that way.

Think of how I was before I got Alzheimer's; I was full of life, I had a life, laughed and loved you.

Think of how I am now, My disease distorts my thinking, my feelings, and my ability to respond, but I still love you even if I can't tell you.

Think about my future because I used too.

Remember I was full of hope for the future just like you are now.

Think how it would be to have things locked in your mind and can't let them out.

I need you to understand and not blame me, but Alzheimer's.

I still need the compassion and the touching and most of all I still need you to love me.

Keep me in your prayers because I am between life and death.

The love you give will be a blessing from God and both of us will live forever.

How you live and what you do today will always be remembered in the heart of the Alzheimer's Patient.

StreetPreacher: my Dad died from it. My family acted like he was dead already. Me and my brother went every night, to spend time with him. My Dad was loving and worked hard all of his life. My siblings all signed a DNR without my knowledge. The night he died an angel came in the room and spoke: "Let go and leave the room; I'm taking your Dad NOW". I will pray that for you too. It's not easy to let go and let God do what is best.

Romans 10:2-5: "For I bear them record that they (Israel) have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them."

Again, "For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth". To all who put their trust in Jesus, Christ's coming ended the Law that should have brought righteousness but failed. Nothing wrong with the Law - the problem was with man. The Law failed to achieve it - but faith in Christ & a new birth did, ending the demands of the Law that only brought death.

And there can't be any syncretism, coming under both the Law & under God's Grace. We cannot be justified by the Law - even keeping or trying to keep one Law & still claim Grace. Galatians 5:4; Romans 4:13,14. And the keeping of the Sabbath is just one of the ten Laws. Whoever wants to keep the Law is bound to keep them perfectly (all ten of them) James 2:10 - and there remains no avenue to claim Grace when under the Law.

May we walk in the Spirit, obeying the Spirit, that the righteousness of the Law might be fulfilled in us ( Romans 8:4) and not bound to the letter ( Romans 7:6; 2 Corinthians 3:6). The Sabbath Rest is not found in a day set aside for physical rest, but in a Person Whom we have sanctified in our hearts & lives. Blessings.

    Page 1.

Thank you for your response Charrisse. As much as I appreciated the manner in which you presented your arguments, I would raise the following:

    a. what Scriptures would you use to show that Noah or Abraham observed the Sabbath?

    b. Colossians 2:16: "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days" (days in italics). In the Greek, it is written as 'Sabbaths'. And though there was the 7th day Sabbath, there were also other five other Sabbaths that were observed. I believe that all five plus the 7th Day were referred to here, but Paul is stating that not observing these things (in v16) should not dismay them as those under judgement from others. Why? Verse 17: "Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ": all these (food, drink, moons, Sabbaths) were only a shadow - Jesus removed that shadow, fulfilling all things.

    c. Which then leads us to Hebrews chapter 4, where many Israelites died having failed to enter into Rest (the Promised Land) because of their unbelief. Then we read that, as God rested on the 7th Day (v4), there must be a future day of rest for His people. Joshua (v8) couldn't give them that rest even though many made it through to Canaan. Even David (coming after Joshua), spoke of God promising another day of rest (for those who've not hardened their hearts as earlier): vv6-8; Psalm 95:7-11. "There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God" (v9).

    d. So are we talking about a Sabbath Rest here or a Spiritual Rest that would come to those who no longer are wearily trying to justify themselves before God by trusting in the Law to be acceptable? The Rest those in Christ now enjoy have not only crucified the flesh but have their trust & hope in the One Who was crucified for them, to put an end to the Law that only brought death & punishment & never gave Rest.

Back in 2010 I was at a job where I was being put through a lot of psychological and emotional abuse by my manager and boss. I also had a friend who was stealing money from me and using me. I was going through so much I said if God exists he doesn't care about me at all. Now I was raised in the catholic Church and always loved Church but with everything going on I stopped going. I Got diagnosed with anxiety disorder And asthma. I was the heaviest id ever been and I was borderline diabetic. On Christmas Eve I was laying in bed contemplating suicide or doing an act that would put me In jail for the rest of my life. But I said no I'll give Church one last try. I sat in the pew and I remember saying out loud if Your real help me. I got a warmth that started in my heart it flowed throughout my entire body than exited my fingers. I took a deep breath and started to cry. 5 days later I went back to get checked on my asthma and the doctor said my lungs were clear. He asked me what happened so i told him and he told me I had been healed by God. fast forward to 2015. The second Sunday I. October of 20015 was the first time I heard the Gospel and that day was when I gave my life to Christ.

You are a Christian and apparently none of them are. What is inside of you (Holy Spirit), frightens the evil spirits (demons) inside of them. What is happening is an invisible battle (read Ephesians 6).

I believe you have your armor on. Stay away from them; kids too. You need to Google "Spiritual Warfare" until you understand the REAL situation.

You can do warfare prayer in your house. Like the walls of Jericho in the Bible; walk around your dwelling and PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS over doors, your car, every corner of the building. Hang sheer curtains do you can see out, but they cannot see in your place. They're speaking word curses over you.

Repent from any anger, for reactions, interactions. Apologize to your manager. He may not be saved either; that's explains his reluctance. Ask God to lead you in the spirit of reconciliation.

I have experience with this. Go through every drawer, closet, paintings and posters that the Holy Spirit cringes over. Books like Harry Potter, and "magical themes for the kids"; Quija Board games. You are their (kids) head, so the evil spirits use those books as a permission to get at you. Take those items some other location to throw them away. You'll feel that cringe when you examine things.

John Hagee has a video on YouTube about demonic assaults. You should watch that. When you see 1/2 a church go forward for prayer; it's a problem.

Now you can ask God to send some angels to guard and protect you from conflicts. As Eph.6 teaches the spiritual world is invisible. They have FRUIT: wars, rumors, the accuser is Satan. If something happens Pray and ask the angels to bring peace to every situation.

MOST IMPORTANT: schedule home Bible reading with the kids. Start with Proverbs, Psalms, Joshua. Evil Spirits will LEAVE if you speak the Bible audibly. 30 mins is long enough. Pray for Gods favor in ALL THINGS.

Occasionally drop 1 Bible Comic tracts on the ground in the parking lot. Get the Sampler from CHICK dot COM.
