A few weeks ago I was studying a new chapter. It was a really good chapter. The chapter that I was studying was called Judges. It's a really good chapter. And if you are looking for a study in the bible, I would study through Judges it's really good. It tells you what was going on with Israel. When I was reading through out Judges it was talking about how many of the armies were worshiping idols and God had other armies attack other armies and the other armies attack other armies because they would not quick worshiping idols. Also God talks about that in the 10 commandments which is amazing I got to hear about this study and it was so exiting and I was very interested in it. I was happy to read about it and I hope when others are looking for a study and stumble over judges that they took a bright look at it. It was supper sad because a lot of the people died. I would say that it was good and then it was half way okay. I will tell you a little half of this story it's pretty sad. So these people were visiting there family, for a long time. And after they were done visiting there family they started to travel. They were getting tired the first time and wanted to stop. So they stopped for a while to get rest. So when they went to seek for rest they found this village called Gibeah a village in Benjamin. So as they arrived in this place they were going to sleep outside of the houses because no one wanted to take them in, a person that was traveling went past them and asked if they wanted to come in and stay in the house. And they said yes so that grab there stuff I don't know exactly what animal it was but they took them in. The person grab the animal brought it inside and started to feed there animals. And people cam knocking at the door telling them, that they wanted the man in the wife to come out so that they could rape them. And the man inside that owns the house said that you could take my daughter and the man' wife. I think this was horrible the lady was dead.

I'm not sure you are correct to say Jesus came out of David's loins? The history of genetics, refer to the "house of David" not the specific seed. The specific place would come through Mary, who also was of the house of David. This may not seem important, but could afford those who look at David as the most sinful and forgiven in scripture! Therefore would put Christ outside the immaculate conception.

The Holy Ghost being the seed and not "from the "loins" of David".

Otherwise, I like your example of the trinity being woven into the History of Israel! "I like the analogy of the womb being "the Place" or the house and lineage that the Lord uses". How graciously the Lord weaves the salvation of man in the midst of the sinful nature! Being part of it, but not of it! This being Devine in all . A seed in all who believe.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Water is the natural birth, the Spirit is the spiritual birth. If Baptism in water would save a soul there would have been no need for Jesus to die on a cross and raise again.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. -- (Adam dies and we become a NEW creature sons of God)

We have 2 great signs in the bible for the trinity which is the Godhead....1st was ABRAHAM ISSAC AND JACOB...3 distinct beings but the 1 singluar Father of ISRAEL...But they were 3 distinct beings...Father son and granson and God needed this Abrahamic trinity....Without it there cd not have been the nation of ISRAEL...All the world heard of how God delivered his ppl Israel from Egypt..From Pharoahs bondage etc...But there wd have been no 12 tribes or the nation of ISRAEL without this Abrahamic trinity which was Father Son and GRANSON that was multiplied as the sands of the seas...A type of the Godhead that is gona be multiplied as the stars of heaven...That great Promise

....2 nd was Jesse David and Solomon that Davidic kingdom which was Father son and Granson...Without this Davidic Kingdom trinity the great temple wd have neva been built...Most all the known world came to worship in this Temple...And God Almighty said he wd record HIS NAME there for ever...And our lord said he was the root and the offsping of DAVID...The root being Jesse and the offsping of David was Solomon...Even the Queen of Sheba came from far to worship in this temple..And they even placed the ark of the Covenant from wall to wall in this great temple that Solomon the Granson built...God wd not let David the son build the temple only Solomon the GRANSON...It was spoken by the prophet that a special Child wd come out of DAVIDS LOINS...That wd reign over the house of ISRAEL FOREVER.

....Whats the meaning of all this,...Its prophetic that a special Child is gonna come out of Christ loins ( his seed ) that is gonna build a great Temple in our hearts and God is gona record his name there forever...As Jesus said the Kingdom of God is gona be with in you via his seed etc...I will walk with them and talk with them and be their God and they shall be my ppl...And we are gona be married to God...As a young man marries a virgin so shall thy God marry thee... Adam Jesus said outta of the hearts of man proceeds ALL manner of evil..Satan...And there was none righteous no not one.. the curse of Adam was applied to every man...Not 1 single man in ALL of humanity cd escape the Curse of Adam thats y Jesus said you are of your Father the Devil...In Adam we all die but in Christ we will ALL live...Thats y Jesus had to die to wash away the Curse of Adam ( Satan ) which was applied to every man....By the disobedience of 1 man sin ( Satan ) entered the world..But as David said he will make his enemy his footstool....which is our carnal mind which is Satan's seat.

.....And thats y Jesus said outta of the hearts of man proceeds all manner of evil ( satanic ) ...Thats y he refered to Peter as Satan simply b/c of Peters old adamic nature his carnal mind etc....which is in rank with Satan.

....Adam seems you wd understand that all wars are of Satan...Aman cd not kill innocence woman and Children unless Satan was in his heart...right...When Jesus told em you are of your Father the Devil that speaks volumes of mankind having an satanic nature prone to sin...There was none righteous no not one simply b/c satan is in everymans Adamic Nature

....Thats y God wants to give us ALL a New HEART and a New Spirit....Simply b/c our old ADAMIC NATURE is in rank with Satan

Abigail, the Bible is the word of God. If you have to ask, you don't understand the Lord. Please turn your heart and soul, your life to Him. Faith will show you how. Talk to your pastor, rabbi, or another Christian. I'll pray with you. May the Lord reach out and touch your soul.

Indeed brother Daniel, not only the Genesis Flood account, but a whole lot of other instances where the Lord had either destroyed, commanded Israel to destroy people (including children), animals, & even the destructions yet in the future, can all be considered. From our view, even from the moral command not to kill & that any killing of another human being is murder, we can easily apply that to all instances of taking of life. When man takes another man's life, the plan & execution of that act comes forth from an evil heart. Now, can we apply the same with God? Does God need to first have such "evil thoughts" to both devise & execute His Plan?

If no sin can be found with God (for if there is, then He ceases to be the God Who we know from the Bible), then there must be another aspect about Him that differs from sinful man. Without making this too long, my mind is always directed to Jeremiah 18:1-10. I learn from these verses, that the Lord can do what He pleases with Israel as well to the nations. And by 'nations', we must include its inhabitants, old & young, its governments, infrastructure, culture, etc.; anything that could mean a complete annihilation of a people given over to wickedness. And Israel was not exempt.

"Does the creator have evil thoughts?" If those thoughts are based on righteousness & justice (which sinful man could not have), then I could not conceive those thoughts to be evil but are determinations according to the standards that God sets, Whose Standards cannot be disputed. If they appear evil to us, it's probably that we're looking at the matter in human terms, with human minds, from our fallen state, rather than from a Holy Creator's View & Understanding - One Who does all things well even if we decide to the contrary. Blessings to you brother.

Love this chapter. What I love also, is Matthew Henry's commentary. How he could see Christ through every scripture, even in the Old Testament. When he talks about the Eternal second of the Godhead, it makes me sit back, and just think about Gods Glory. How many times, do we just sit back, during our Bible reading time, and just spend 10 minutes, thinking and relishing in GodsGlory, and all that he is

Father God, how wonderful to know that You have provided all that is necessary to live a godly life in Christ Jesus. Your grace truly is sufficient to supply whatever needs and necessities we may have to face, and thank You that no matter how difficult the circumstances that arise in our lives, nor how lonely the path may be, Your grace is sufficient for Your strength is made perfect in our weakness.

I pray, that You would provide all that I need to face today and that You would renew my spirit within me as I rest in Your love. Strengthen me in every way I pray, emotionally, physically and spiritually, and thank You, Father, for Your wonderful promise that, "they that wait upon You shall have their spirit renewed and mount up with wings like eagles." Thank You, Lord, and praise Your holy name that You are my strength and my God. In Jesus' name I pray,

    Amen

As Jesus taught in John 3, the Holy Spirit comes alongside of you for your education, comfort,

To keep us straight by convicting us about sin and judgment, things to come.

He helps us to pray. He comforts us.

He comes alongside of us in difficulties.

We're very blessed to have the Holy Spirit. He is a person. Third person of the Godhead. Roman's 1:20

He can be grieved or quenched by our behavior.

I mark his verses in the Bible with blue color pencils because of how Jesus describes Him as like the wind, in John 3:8

Dear Adam. If we had the money and transportation to move to a lest expensive place we would have never set up a GoFundme to try and get help. We have enough money to stay in a cheap hotel for 5 days. There is no one that we have not reach out to for help. We have been trying since last year to get help, like I said before we have been told that we have to be homeless on the streets before anyone can help us. I have even look for a job to be a live in housekeeper but I can no longer drive, because I have a brain condition that has effected my ability to drive. Thank you so much for praying for us.

Ephesians 6. Familiar Spirits (which are invisible as the text says), follow things like that wherever they go. In hope that the receiver will fear disaster and forward it. It gives "them" an opening to persecute you spiritually. "Make" things happen.

You can defeat those spirits by tearing the chain letter to pieces, in the Name of Jesus, and disposing of it. Put the money in an envelope and donate it to a feeding ministry.

Have faith in God who is able to save your life from all harm.

Hello Brother, I concur that we are in the image of God in some way, but not gods. Our God has the only divine nature, as there is only One who created all things before creation, Only one God existed. We are creatures and our nature is human, not divine. We will never be a nature other than human, but in the resurrection, we will be glorified humans, like the humanity of Jesus, but we will not be Jesus, just akin to Him in that we will both have glorified humanity.

Jesus alone is both wholly and eternally divine and fully human, having his humanity born and matured, suffered, died, buried, and raised. He ascended to heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father. He alone was God who came from heaven to earth incarnated in human flesh, lived, died, raised, and then ascended back to heaven. We will be brought to heaven by Jesus, but we cannot resurrect ourselves nor can we ascend to heaven ourselves as Jesus did, because He is God the Son. We are not.

Sometimes people blur the lines between God and creature, which diminishes our view of God and elevates our view of man. But God has clearly revealed that He is elevated, far above everything created and we are lowly in view of His greatness, in need of Him. But He does not need anything. being children of God by adoption is such a privilege. We do not deserve that.

I am not intimating that you have blurred the lines. No, I think you clarified this matter. Thank You.

This verse has nothing to do with a spouse or marriage in the sense of a husband & wife. The topic throughout the chapter is WISDOM. The writer, Solomon, is on the topic of WISDOM when he uses the "wife/woman/she/her" type references.

Thank you for responding to my comment. I was confused by John 14:22 because I wasn't aware that there were two apostles named Judas. I only knew of Judas Ascariot. After reading all of the scripture you referenced, it is now clear to me that the Judas referred to in that verse is Judas Barsabas. I also looked up the names of all the apostles, which I should have done before hand.

Thanks again, and God bless you.

In the Search Box on this website, I look up words to verify if they are in the King James Bible. Whatever is the written word is what I go with.

I've tried other Bibles, like the DAKES, NIV, ESV and I cannot study in them. I'm really sensitive to how the Holy Spirit leads me in a lot of things. If my spirit feels Him cringe, I repent right then. It's been like that 36 years. I'm used to His leading. I'm not able to stray off like a cat if I wanted to. His love so envelopes my being. It feels like Song of Solomon in some ways. My soul craves His presence.

I've become an alien to this world. Confusing things make me flip to WHO is the author of chaos and confusion? It's a default setting.

I see my Bible on the table and I think, Come and Taste the Goodness of the Lord.

I gave the Godhead Scriptures. One being my favorite, Isaiah 6:1-5. GiGi, I'm not delusional. I saw the Lord the day I was saved. I'm trying to get people into the kingdom. That's it. Faith has to grow. It hurts me when they get hung up on a nail by non-words. Non as in, not in the KJV Bible. Those other words are not in it. Forgive me.

I'm not a scholar. I knew at 4 yrs old, someone was with me. Maybe an Angel? I was almost killed (on the farm) many times. I remember everything. When I think how often Jesus rescued me, I am filled with aching Love for my beloved.

In this room, we should all be who God chose us to be. Believe me, he has granted strength in us that defies explanation. I really admire Chris and Alex and others with the skills I don't have. The Body of Christ. I'm feet.

I hope you are feeling stronger day to day. You are so blessed to have a mate to share things with. Children to pray for. Mothers prayers are like cruise missiles.
