I am just rejoicing with you in your very speedy recovery! Sometimes, as I look back over the years of my life, I am amazed at the things that the Lord has healed me from, from the 'usual' things like colds and flu, to more serious brushes with health issues! NO medicine or doctor or surgery would be effective apart from the Lord's blessing on it, so I just give Him the glory! He truly is still the Lord Who heals us!
It's so cute what you said about your hubby taking care of you! It is VERY good for husbands and wives to minister to each other! Two are better than one! I know how you feel though. It's easier to be the 'care giver' at times, than to be the 'care receiver." I am not the type of gal who likes manicures, pedicures and that kind of 'girlie' stuff. :) So yeah...I'd rather be the care giver for sure; I'm very comfortable in that role. But then again, in my younger days, I was a health care professional...so..I think it goes with the territory! It's just how I'm made!
That is awesome that you are gaining mobility so fast in your feet and with your hand, and now you can type 2-handed again! The rate you're going, you'll be out in that garden in no time! Praise the Lord!
I'd love to be out in the garden..but it's going to be in the 30's again for a couple of nights this coming week. I hate to set plants out when we're still getting such chilly nights for fear they'll freeze! Oh well; this gives me a chance to grow some of the lovely fruit of patience! Ha ha!
In any case, it's good to hear from you Gigi. The prayer will continue for that full recovery! I like how Charles Spurgeon often noted that 'God does nothing by halves.' When He does anything, He does a good, full job! Praise Jesus!!

We need to act out on what we confess; to prove what we possess. It is easy according to James to wish someone to be warm and fed or any other accolaides without doing anything. Surely we need to provide for physical needs as well as spiritual. We also; surely need to preach the truth in love; we can't separate these actions either; as it is not loving to tell people just what they want to hear; nor is it to bash them with truth and not care about the person. Much is the same principle with the Lord; those who love Him will obey His voice. ( John 14:15). He asks why people call Him Lord, Lord and do not what He says in Luke 6:46. We are not of this world; but need to be salt and light; for that is the preservation from total destruction which the Restrainer utilizes in the Body of Christ through the Spirit's current operation. We are told that he who doesn't care for the needs of his own are worse than an unbeliever and an infidel ( 1 Timothy 5:8). Mark 3:35 states that those who are His brother and mother; etc are those who do the will of the Father. We were given works from before the foundation of the world ( Ephesians 2:10). The Holy Spirit works within us; putting to death the deeds of the flesh as a fit vessel
His wife sort of represents the parable where Jesus said that he who turned his back on the plow was unworthy ( Luke 9:62). Those who are caught up with the cares of this life; and ensnared by riches will never produce fruit and therefore are unsaved according to the parable of the sower. As to her eternal fate; I am not entirely sure it can be determined.
As to the daughters; their fear was that perhaps the whole world was destroyed. They got their father drunk; which wasn't exactly the same as seducing them out of fear of no offspring. It is possible at that time also there was no rule set about having such relations; if it is a sin it is not on the level with their son in laws who likely were engaged to them only at the time and disgracefully acted like the angels were mocking them. It should also be remembered that the rampant sexual behavior probably made eligible men a rarity in that region.
In any case; this incident shows us that some escape as through the fire and others are wise enough to be taken out as Enoch and Elijah. May we be the same at the rapture. God knows what He is doing; thankfully all those who are in Him will be saved. Let us be careful not to lose our rewards- Rev. 3:11

As you pointed out our people believe the words in the Psalms are the words of David; instead of believing they are THE WORD'S OF CHRIST.

In John 3, Jesus told Nicodemas he must be BORN AGAIN from above to see the kingdom of God.
When you call upon JESUS to save you (be born again), He seals you with The Holy Spirit. The Spirit becomes many things for you. He is your TEACHER. He reveals Jesus to you_through the reading of the Bible. He speaks to you through your born again spirit, that is within you.
The Bible is hard to understand without the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. He opens it up, makes it plain and helps you understand it.
You'll be so excited to be wrapped up in Jesus, by the power of the Holy Spirit, you'll know who it is who is teaching you! Jesus is very much alive.
He teaches everyone in this room. It's exciting so we can't wait to get in here to share with each other, what the Lord is opening up today! :)
There are millions of people who do not know yet, that Jesus is still speaking to people TODAY, all over this planet.
He could be returning soon because He is not going to allow any nation "to nuke Israel off the face of the map."

1a. Rapture occurs before the appearance of antichrist
2a. Rapture occurs in the midway the seven years that antichrist will rule on earth. Immediately after rapture the tribulation will take place.
Violent Faith shakes heaven ceaselessly until the answer manifests on earth.
A testimony:
I had a violent migraine headache after I had rented a carpet shampooer! I had a new book, "Healing the Sick" by T L Osborn. I read a few chapters. I prayed to be healed of the headache. I'm still laying flat when my son races in the house & upstairs to get a toy.
I realize I have to do SOMETHING with my baby faith. :0
As my son starts to race out the door, I call to him to lay his hand on my head and pray for my headache.
He lays his hand on my head and says, "Jesus Heal This Headache." And he runs out the door to play.
The book says to release your faith_that you Have Been Healed. What Now?! I slowly start testing by moving my head side to side. No pain. Then I lift just my head; no pain. I sat up; no pain. I shook my head side-to-side violently. NO PAIN!!
Our faith has to touch God for it to Work.
I had faith in Gods Word that God wants to heal me. I had faith that He could heal me. Obedience says I have to do something with my faith.
My son laid his little hand on my head AND THE PRAYER OF AGREEMENT healed the sick.
So I was jumping for joy, and I fired up the shampooer and cleaned those muddy stairs and got the shampooer back to the store on time.
Whatever you ask God for, you have to ask in Faith, Believe God wants to bless you; the prayer of faith will heal the sick.
HAVE FAITH IN HIS WORD AND EXERCISE IT
Matthew 18:19-20
That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, THERE AM I, in the midst of them.
Mishael: as often as we obey this, you can be healed.
Having therefore these promises,
dearly beloved , let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit , perfecting holiness in the fear of God .

I am not saying Genesis is in any way inaccurate. Moses's would write a portion down; and come back later and pick up the thought a 2nd time. He had all of the Jews complaining about everything. As we do (are we there yet?) Flip forward and read of Moses's problems administrating to so many people "yanking on his robe". He finally appointed co-leadership to deal with the problems as they came up. So try to understand his dilemma. He HAD TO SIT BEFORE THE LORD, to hear how to write the 5 Books. He had the people complaining about the manna, etc.
You can see the breaks in continuity. It also shows us that principal__no man/woman is an island just unto himself/herself. We need interaction with others to help us complete tasks. In Moses's situation, his appointees relayed reports of what was happening.
Moses was a man just like us. When we need assistance, we ask God for our help__first. And then listen till the answer comes. When I noticed those "skip backs" in scripture, I just pencil a note to in my Bible where it happened.
The Bible was canonized this way. Others saw it too. However it in no way changes the thought or the record. There are no errors in the Bible. It is divinely inspired. That's why this one book has survived "6000 years."

The witness concerning Peter in Acts and in his letters clearly demonstrate a redeemed human person, not Satan, who is a fallen angelic being.
