Matthew 12:34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
Stay in Jesus, love u in Chrit
Are you sure about that?
Moses murdered an Egyptian guard, of which he never felt remorse for, nor was he arrested by Pharaoh upon his return to free Israel. Is Moses not going to heaven? Then why is Jesus with Moses in the garden? Why would Jesus associate with murderers?
Did Peter spoil his chance to get into heaven by denying Christ? No, Peter was made the head of the church!!! If you read the gospels with an unbiased mind, you might come to the conclusion that Christ's apostles would all be worthy of death. Jesus picked flawed men over perfect men because flawed men provided us with teachable and learning moments.
Did Judas, prior to hanging himself, absolve himself on earth as he wept, and confessed his sins to God? YES.
Why did Christ say to the thief crucified next to him, who spent a lifetime sinning and harming others, that they would be together in paradise!!! Christ read the thieves heart, and immediately accepted him in heaven. How can our salvation be much different?
1 John 3:15 Has two parts to it: 1) if you hate your brother, you are a murder, and 2) no murderer is in heaven. The second part, there are no murderers in heaven because everyone is RESURRECTED. What seems like a threats are really a future tense, every scripture review reflects that, otherwise, it doesn't make sense. They, in that state of resurrection, can't possibly sin.
At the Great White throne, we all have a chance to confess and make it in. Who will tell God, "no, forget you, I'll go my own way down to hell"? Will God say the demons on earth fooled you, made you to err, now you're gonna pay"? Haven't we paid enough? Does my soul have to pay for never ever asking to be born into this satanically driven world? I don't want to be here, living in sin, but that's what I'm programmed to do. Everyone is worthy of eternal death, but the love of God, and Jesus' sacrifice saves us. Heavens gate to Jesus is narrow, but miles wide for us.
NWO one currency one government Beast system you can see for yourselves how it playing out cancelled culture smoking mirrors nation will rise against nation teaming up together the KJV Bible the Holy Book is never wrong To lose ones life to gain your life eternally. Keep all GOD Commandments keep the Sabbath Holy even though we are saved by grace through faith We must still keep the commandments and forgive and love one another just like Yeshua love his Father confess your Sins to the Lord your GOD Jesus (Yeshua )not to men and kneel only to GOD no angel or false Antichrist and repent before it's to late. We are fighting against the unseen evil spirits Fallen demonic world when the seals are broken the 4 horseman will increase in power and destroy with greater force but we will be with the Lord our GOD Jesus Christ
Thank you
Though the phrase "this too shall pass" isn't listed in the Bible, there are several verses that closely resemble this term and could be interpreted as sharing the same sentiment.
Most notably is 2 Corinthians 4:17-18: For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
It can be seen that "our light affliction, which is but for a moment," could easily be connected to "this too shall pass" in saying this issue we are dealing with now will soon be behind us. Many know the verse from 1 Corinthians 10:13, reminding believers that temptations will not overtake us because, "God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it."
Mishael: I believe trials strengthen our faith. We don't always appreciate it, but it accomplishes it's task if we allow.
These days, I pray often to remind me that God will never abandon Israel; nor the grafted in believers in Jesus.
This is the time of the great Harvest. Pray to the Lord of the Harvest.
You know, this year Amazon Prime is showing Mel Gibsons film: the Passion of the Christ. When Jesus got to the hill of Golgotha, his resolve was mind blowing. It will unleash a flood of tears you cannot stop. He endured the sins of the whole world. Israel will receive their Messiah. Pray it, because he wants us to.
It seems more and more common for some to bend over backwards in order to appease the culture and go along with the world's values instead of God's values. This results in some completely disregarding some scripture as if it doesn't even exist, but it does exist. We can't deny what is written. As Christians we risk being unpopular by following God's word and sharing it. Maybe 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 makes someone uncomfortable, or 1 Timothy 2:11-14, but I believe God's word is truth and we must honor God over honoring man. Who are we going to follow? But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
Should a woman be a pastor or preacher? God's Word says the answer is no.
[ There is a lot faulty etymology out there about the English word "woman". It has been said that a woman is simply a man -- with a womb. In other words, some "well-meaning teachers" (falsely) believe that "woman" is a compound of the English words "womb" and "man". However, even a quick study of the etymology of "woman" will prove this idea to be false.[5] Though being a womb-man appears to be harmless and perhaps even edifying, this concept has and can cause a great deal of damage to the many marginalized daughters of the Most High.]
I didn't find anything in Greek or Hebrew, which I consult to prove or disprove.
I also heard a teacher say, when Adam woke up from his deep sleep, that he sat up and saw Eve laying next to him; and he said: WO Texan=Whoa!!
Where do these questions come from, lol
(To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.) How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?
3 Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
4 Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.
5 But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
6 I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
I am sorry for your loss at this time. I comfort you. Everything from the hand of the Lord is good and not to be refused.
1 So Abijah slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David: and Asa his son reigned in his stead. In his days the land was quiet ten years.
2 And Asa did that which was good and right in the eyes of the LORD his God:
3 For he took away the altars of the strange gods, and the high places, and brake down the images, and cut down the groves:
4 And commanded Judah to seek the LORD God of their fathers, and to do the law and the commandment.
5 Also he took away out of all the cities of Judah the high places and the images: and the kingdom was quiet before him.
6 And he built fenced cities in Judah: for the land had rest, and he had no war in those years; because the LORD had given him rest.
7 Therefore he said unto Judah, Let us build these cities, and make about them walls, and towers, gates, and bars, while the land is yet before us; because we have sought the LORD our God, we have sought him, and he hath given us rest on every side. So they built and prospered.
8 And Asa had an army of men that bare targets and spears, out of Judah three hundred thousand; and out of Benjamin, that bare shields and drew bows, two hundred and fourscore thousand: all these were mighty men of valour.
9 And there came out against them Zerah the Ethiopian with an host of a thousand thousand, and three hundred chariots; and came unto Mareshah.
10 Then Asa went out against him, and they set the battle in array in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.
11 And Asa cried unto the LORD his God, and said, LORD, it is nothing with thee to help, whether with many, or with them that have no power: help us, O LORD our God; for we rest on thee, and in thy name we go against this multitude. O LORD, thou art our God; let not man prevail against thee.
12 So the LORD smote the Ethiopians before Asa, and before Judah; and the Ethiopians fled.
13 And Asa and the people pursued them unto Gerar: and the Ethiopians were overthrown
Whereas post Cross, as Peter/Paul baptized & also the Church did so since that time, water baptism had a different meaning to John's baptism. Christian baptism now looks back to the Cross & with an identification of the new believer with Jesus, indeed the Godhead (Father, Son & the Holy Spirit). As Jesus instructed His disciples to baptize (in Matthew 28:19), so His disciples would do accordingly. But when we look at Scriptures such as Acts 19:1-5, it appears that the Trinity formula is missing. But as we read, the believers at Ephesus had only received John's baptism & not 'believers' baptism'. So then Paul baptized them in the Name of the Lord Jesus. I don't believe that the 'trinitarian formula' was specially avoided, but simply a notation that the two baptisms were different, i.e. one was according to John, the other according to Jesus (i.e. His Sacrifice). Some believe that the formula has since changed, avoiding the 'trinitarian Name', but I see nothing to prove that was the case - nor would it even matter? I wouldn't throw a fit if I heard it this way. The significance of baptism shouldn't be lost is what's important, I believe.
:)
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
the Book of Psalms was written by many writers. A Psalm is a Song. Many people have recorded songs with Bible verses.
It is the presence of the Holy Spirit that helps us praise. You show yourself to be very blessed.
I even sing Psalms, through tears, when reading of the difficulties King David experienced-so much like my own problems.
I much prefer music on YouTube that is all scripture so I can hear the Melody. I like John Michael Talbot and his brother, Terry's music sometimes. See what you think.
'Troubadour' means singer. John has an album called Troubadour.
In the battle against The Walls of Jericho; the Singers were in the front, the musicians next.
Psalms 22:27 And all the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
There are going to remember when they are resurrected back to their flesh and judged by Christ and his ELECT.
Isaiah 26:9 ....for when thy judgements are in the earth; the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.
Christ judgements are not yet in the earth:
Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature (creation) waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of GOD.
Romans 8:21 For the creature (creation) ITSELF also SHALL BE DELIVERED into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
Revelation 2:26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth MY WORKS until the end, to him will I give power over the nation:
Revelation 2:27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessel of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
1 Corinthians 15:28 And when ALL THINGS SHALL BE SUBDUED UNTO HIM (at judgement), then shall the son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that GOD (SPIRIT, LIFE, TRUTH) may be ALL IN ALL.
1 Timothy 4:10 For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we believe in the living God, who is the SAVIOUR OF ALL MEN (even those saved at judgement), especially those that believe (during the age of grace).
GBU as we come to the TRUTH of God's words.
Maybe Chris will know the language used in that. It was something I heard at church.

Judah's firstborn son Er has died, killed by God for an unnamed wickedness. Since Er died without leaving children, Judah has told his second oldest son, Onan, to take Er's widow Tamar as his wife. His responsibility is to have children with her, raising those offspring on behalf of his brother. This was a strong custom in the region at the time, and it would be part of God's law for the nation of Israel ( Deuteronomy 25:5-6).This would ensure that the departed man's line could continue. It would also provide for the woman's care, giving her children to support her as she aged.
Onan doesn't like the idea. According to this custom, the children will legally be considered heirs of his dead brother. The time and resources Onan must provide caring for them won't be part of his legacy. Some portion of his future earnings and estate will go to children who are legally and culturally considered someone else's sons.
In response, Onan deliberately avoids conceiving children with Tamar. If that meant avoiding intercourse with her, his choice would merely have been callous. The later, formal version of "levirate marriage" would include a way for the surviving brother to avoid taking on the new wife ( Deuteronomy 25:7-10). Instead, Onan takes advantage of both the situation and of Tamar. He uses her for sex but interrupts the act at the very end to prevent conception. This is not a single event, but a pattern: it was Onan's choice "whenever" he had sex with Tamar. For that, God will strike Onan dead ( Genesis 38:10).
This sin and its dire consequences inspired the term "Onanism." This word is most often applied to what modern people label as "masturbation." A common assumption is that God punished Onan for self-gratification, or for having sex simply for pleasure. Strictly speaking, however, Onan's sin was how he used Tamar for sex while deliberately avoiding taking the responsibilities
The Bible says that Mary, the mother of Jesus was overshadowed by the Holy Ghost. It would be correct to say that The Holy Spirit of God fathered the child Jesus. The first commandment Moses delivered reveals that it is paramount we know that our God is ONE. The OT says quoting THE ALMIGHTY. "I AM THE LORD, BESIDE ME, THEIR IS NO SAVIOUR" Yet the book of John says, In the begining was the Word. And the Word was made flesh. It goes on to say He created the worlds. In Paul's letters to various churches, he writes, speaking of Jesus. "For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily" Colossians 2:9
When we baptize in the name of Jesus as instructed in Acts 2:38, we indeed are using the name of The Father, The Son, The Spirit as commanded by Jesus in Mathew 28:19. Multiple countless Bible entries clearly show the Oneness nature of our Jealous God who refuses to share His Glory. Make sure to follow up with the promise in the book of Acts chapter 2 and receive the PROFOUND baptism by fire. It is essential for everyone who seeks the power to know God on a very personal level.

I recommend reading the Bible & prayer, the movies aren't fully accurate, they seem to focus on the art, not Truth
Don't worry, no matter what I face, GOD ALMIGHTY is faithful, mercy everlasting, compassionate & is my very present help!
