Matter of fact, I'm pretty sure that I have offended someone here.Or I have used a scripture out of context or made some mistakes. Im still very fallible. I have just come back to the Lord with my WHOLE heart about 7 months ago. By His grace! So i ask for mercy and forgiveness. I ask for grace and pardon. And I'm also willing to grant the same.

I am the least of all the brethren but I say please let's love one another. That Doesn't mean we have to compromise our beliefs. Everyone has to work out their own salvation with fear and trembling .But I can tell you all right now even though I haven't seen your faces , I want to spend eternity with you! In The new Jerusalem.

That is enlightening so see that you have thought out this issue. It is certainly plausible that there are TWO seven year periods; and that the Antichrist may appear to be Christ to the world solving their problems after that event with the time period stated to clean up. The problem with this is that there are too many parallels between Armageddon and this event (hail; fire and the realization that the God of the Bible is truly Lord to Israel and the world). There are notable differences; mainly the lack of mention of the Antichrist with these warring nations. The best response is that this is two different campaigns going on; the setup is the "rumors from the North and East" mentioned in Daniel 11:44. Thus; the final battle starts with a conflict between these nations and the armies fighting with Antichrist that move across the Euphrates and consolidate in Mediggo where so many past conflicts have raged; and I believe Napolean himself predicted would indeed be the place of the ideal geography for a major war in the future. As in the past; however after the encroachment from the north in Ezekiel 48; those who consolidate in Armageddon will attempt to fight Jerusalem where "half the city will be taken" according to Zechariah. THEN they will start fighting each other and ultimately as they see Christ returning each other. The final phase therefore will be all those who the 3 angels deceive to fight Christ Himself who have taken the mark. Antichrist may rule the whole world; but surely some will attempt to resist; and the fact that one sixth survive from the Northern army ( Ezekiel 39:2) shows that they indeed DIDN'T take the mark of the Beast; or they would have also fought Christ at Armageddon. Some will in fact return the prisoners as other verses indicate; this makes the Battle not the same as AFTER the 1000 years with Gog and Magog. I could be wrong-it is clear that Israel is NOT living securely with unwalled villages yet. It may after Daniel 9:27.

The scary thought is that apart from being saved; anything we perceive as "spiritual" truly is in some form representative of Satan. For those who He has called and chosen; insight is often given of God through the Creation and in the process involved until the actual time on earth when one is saved. Even if we are saved; there is scriptural mandate to NOT create any image of God; represented by creatures in heaven above or the earth below.

It should be fairly clear that Satan himself is not going to readily appear as to how he actually is; that is coming to "steal, kill and destroy." ( John 10:10). Whatever Hollywood has represented or other entertainment venues is merely man's representation. He is certainly NOT currently in hell; and when he is cast there it will be endless torment so he isn't there with a pitchfork enjoying some sort of authority. The confusion over this is perhaps over the verse mentioning that he used to have but no longer has any control over those who have passed. Hades USED to have a place of comfort and a place of torment; Christ was said to have declared his victory and took captivity captive (i.e. the saints were taken to heaven from the paradise section ( Ephesians 4:7-10). God is the creator of all souls; and hence God Himself was the one who couldn't allow access to the Father until in time and space the sacrifice was complete of His Son for our propitiation. Satan just acts as the "accuser of the saints" and will until he is cast to earth ( Rev. 12:10). He has gone from an anointed Cherub (who it would seem was a creature without wings) to having access but not rule to heavenly places and transiting through the 2nd heaven; to the Tribulation when he is cast to the earth with his angels. As with anyone in authority; he rules over all the "powers and principalities" mentioned in Ephesians 6. To the world and lost he appears as an "angel of light" ( 2 Cor. 11:14). He is limited in time and space; his minions act as emissaries

I believe they were literal 24 hr days. "scientists" who claim this or that does not convince me and I do not find atheist's claims credible. Many of their claims of the past have been reversed when they learn something new about the earth, such as, yes, the flood did indeed happen, like seashells being found on mountain tops today, which they previously assumed was impossible, etc.

I'm aware of 2 Peter 3:82, but I don't think it necessarily applies to everything. I think it means God not bound by time dimension- He created time. Some believe this verse ONLY applies to creation and somehow not for the rest of scripture about God's days and activities. Further, it doesn't just mean it could have taken God 1000 years for each human day, but is just as likely that 1 day for God is 1000 years for man, so 1 day of creation in man's terms could have been 1/1000 of a day for God.

    God bless...

God's ways are higher than man's ways. - Isaiah 55:9

    There are God's days. - 2 Peter 3:8

There are Creations days. - Genesis 1:5

God who created all things by JESUS CHRIST ( Ephesians 3:9)

Gave all his creation the same time in days which are, "The Evening and the Morning" light and darkness.

And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

    Gen 1:5 (KJV)

The evening and the morning are all creation's days. (From Heaven and Earth to Angels and Men).

God's day is as a Thousand years.

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

    2 Pet 3:8 (KJV)

When God told Adam, The day you eat thereof you shall surely die. - Genesis 2:17

The day God told Adam was in God's day.

    How do we know?

Because Adam lived to be nine hundred and thirty years old and he died.

    That's not a Thousand years.

And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

    Gen 5:5 (KJV)

    The Lord JESUS bless you.

The outward man is the flesh:

For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

    Rom 2:28 (KJV)

But the inward man is the Spirit:

But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

    Rom 2:29 (KJV)

We perfect holiness in the fear of God (Afraid to Sin) by cleansing ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit:

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

    2 Cor 7:1 (KJV)

This cleansing is done with washing by the word of God:

That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

    Eph 5:26 (KJV)

Man is spirit, soul and body which must be blameless when JESUS CHRIST comes back:

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

    1 Ths 5:23 (KJV)

The Spirit of man is the Candle of the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly - Proverbs 20:27

The washing of the regeneration is with the renewing of the Holy Ghost - Titus 3:5

Building up your most holy faith praying in the holy ghost - Jude 1:20

This way the inward man is renewed day by day.

For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

    2 Cor 4:16 (KJV)

    JESUS CHRIST bless you.

    Amen Gigi.

    God bless you.

Prayer is something I need to be better at, Shame on me!

I have been blessed through my prayers, We need to continue in prayer often.

We need to pray for our country and the Church within to serve the purpose God reared us up to do.

Teach us to stay vigilant on what's going on as Russia makes its moves. Pray for wisdom and peace amongst the Brothern so we can remain effective in baring the light we're supposed to. these are dark times and only going to get worse especially with covid and war always a step away amongst the nations. There's quarreling amongst the Church over non virtuous things. We can't influence when the word by which we our faith stands goes out in error.

Let's take heed of Revelation ch 1,2 and 3. and also 1 Peter 4:17. For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

God bless you and all you do.

Keep on with your exaltation .

  • The Result From Walking Away From God - In Reply - 3 years ago
While Josiah was reconstructing the outward form of Judah's religion, Jeremiah was searching into the deeply rooted attitudes of the people and trying to bring about a truly spiritual change. He contrasts the nation's present sad condition with its devotion to God in former days. Israel once loved God, as a bride loves her husband. She was like the firstfruits of the harvest that belonged to God, and those who plundered her were punished (2:1-3).

God now challenges the nation to produce proof that her turning away from God has resulted from any failure on God's part. He brought his people out of Egypt, cared for them on their long journey through harsh dry country, and gave them a pleasant fertile land to live in. But they polluted the land by their wickedness. Under the leadership of ungodly priests, ignorant teachers, corrupt rulers and worthless prophets, they turned away from God and followed the religious practices of their heathen neighbours (4-8).

Therefore, God lays a charge of unfaithfulness against his people, and calls upon the sun, moon and stars that shine upon them to be his witnesses. Heathen nations remain true to their gods, even though those gods may be lifeless and useless. Israel and Judah, by contrast, exchanged the true and living God for useless idols (9-12). They acted like people who turned away from the natural spring that gave them a permanent supply of pure water, and trusted for their water supply in a cracked cistern they had made themselves (13).

Israel and Judah boasted that they were God's children, but now they are becoming slaves of other nations. A century earlier Assyria had invaded the northern kingdom, destroyed its cities and taken its people into captivity (14-15).

Last Days Wars against Israel will serve to drive them to God for help. Religion must become relationship.

There has been so much misunderstanding when it comes to the heaven ages. There are no three different heavens or earth, it is the ages. The first heaven age was during Satan's rebellion. We second heaven and earth age is now in which we live at the same time . The third heaven and earth age is to come when Christ return.

There is only one heaven, but three heaven ages. The book of 2 Peter3:4-13 describes the earth and heaven ages.

Obviously, with the Holy Spirit empowering us as a member of the Godhead that is the only way to cast out demons. That being said; several factors need to be present for this to occur; and for a person to remain free. As Christ said; when a wicked spirit is cast out and finds where it came from clean; it brings 7 spirits more wicked than itself. ( Matthew 12:38-39). This should be a warning not to think in our own efforts we can "clean house" as it were.

Therefore; we have several things that need to occur. First of all; the Lord works where and when He chooses. There is no limit to what He can do; but He chooses where and when to act. A Damascus road experience can occur; but usually when someone is determined to live in rebellion and deliberately worship the powers of darkness God often will leave them to hit rock bottom; and for Satan to rend them so that they realize that they indeed are slaves to the Devil rather than having any benefit to supernatural powers he offers. Repentance needs to be present for a deliverance to be effective; or clearly the person can have worse things happen later. The Word of God and those filled with the Spirit are often enough for someone to be delivered who are seeking it. Those who do this shouldn't be as the magicians and be lovers of money rather than a willing vessel for His Work. Prayer and deliverance surely is important in the right manner; and with the correct gospel. It is the power of sin to have a legal hold on someone that causes even believers to be compromised. We are all lost in sin; but Satan has no power over our eternal destiny. To be worthy of being His children is more important than the fact that demons are subject to Him ( Luke 10:20). The Holiness of God is abhorred by all fallen angels and demons who are permanently removed from His presence without hope of restoration. Truly God rules over all of His Creation and His authority and power are unequalled. Agape. Rich P

It is important to remember the admonition in Luke "help me with my unbelief" ( Mark 9:24). There is too much emphasis these days as I am sure you are aware of emotion in regard to worship. That being said; there needs at some point in are walk a recognition that the Spirit is living inside us. Hebrews 12:6 indicates that "He chastises all He loves". Recognition of the BENEFITS of this makes us live as Peter did rather than Judas Iscariot who Christ never took the time to rebuke. Iron sharpens iron ( Prov. 27:17). Exhortation; along with encouragement among the saints seems to be a forgotten trait; but nonetheless is helpful in building up the church.

It is certain from the Prophets and their encounters with the Living God that when we stand before our judge; there is no lack of sensing His Holiness. Another problem today is the lack of fear of God. Numerous verses indicate that the "fear of God is the beginning of understanding ( Prov. 9:10).

Clearly there are two things that stand in the way of sensing the Spirit of God if we are truly saved. Before this; the "god of this world" has blinded man to the truth. ( 2 Cor. 4:4). The first issue is the old nature; which is continually contending with the Spirit; and vice versa. Our minds are saturated with all sorts of imaginations due to our fallen nature; and the way it has been marred with past patterns of sin. In tandem with this; of course is Satan and his minions which work with the world system to keep men in subjection. There is certainly the issue of spiritual oppression even if a believer can't be possessed directly (a debatable issue). We need to evaluate if there is any wicked way in us; and realize that "obedience is better than sacrifice". ( 1 Samuel 15:22). Other N.T. verses indicate that before offering a sacrifice; forgiveness with an estranged brother is needed. We are also commanded to love the brethren; and esteem others as higher than ourselves. I hope this helps somewhat.
