I believe in God The Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

I believe that God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be crucified, dead and buried and on the third day, rose to sit on the right hand of GOD.

I BELIEVE THAT ACCEPTING Jesus into my heart, I will be Eternally with the Lord.

I will do my best with pray, live and show God's Love to all I meet.

Thank you God for accepting me as I am into Your Loving Arms.

    Amen

This kind of speculation has no support in the text. As I have mentioned the text clearly states that Adam knew his wife and Eve conceived Cain, but it omits both of these facts in the case of Able. There is no language saying Satan knew Eve or that Eve conceived by Satan in the case of Cain and what is said logically excludes that possibility. Cain is definitely the product of natural impregnation by Adam and normal conception by Eve. Able, however isn't.

If anthing, the more logical conclusion is to say that Able is an identical twin of Cain, since in that situation literally there would have been no second impregnation by Adam nor would Eve have conceived a second time in order to bare Able. Instead God by the Holy Spirit mysteriously intervened by creating a division and second birth in what otherwise would have been a single individual. A creative act akin to the divisions in the first three days of creation. The idea that they are identical twins in outward appearance would also fit the fact that by outward appearance no one can distinguish those born of the flesh from those born of the spirit, only from their fruits. The difference between them would have been purely the work of the Spirit in dividing and separating Able from Cain to become the second birth.

If Satan is the father of Cain and Adam is the father of Able we quickly fall to heresy in multiple ways. It says that evil like Cains requires special actions by Satan that anyone can deny applies to themselves, rather than that Cain is humanity in its natural state after the fall by normal birth from Adam. It compounds that by implying that anyone naturally born of Adam is actually good like Able and in that state is fully capable of fulfilling God's requirements and perhaps even guaranteed to have the Spirit work in them unless they do a new evil. In effect they don't need Christ to save them, they can do it themselves. Both are heresies unsupported by the text the church rejected

Everytime Jesus refered to himself as the Son of Man he was trying to tell them something about Salvation via a New Birth via his seed the word...If there were a bank in heaven the secret passwords wd be the SON OF MAN...That originated from the very Father when he swore about multiplication of Christ Jesus...Thus mankind is gonna have a baby Christ...Thats what the H.G. is mankinds fruit unto God via the seed of Christ...As Romans 7 : 4...Says we must be married to Christ and bring forth fruit unto God...and that fruit unto God is the H.G. the Child of Promise...Why is the H.G. the Child of Promise ? Simply b/c the H.G. is the multiplication of Christ, our 1st born our only son as says Zech 12 : 10...Whosoever receiveth one such child in My name receiveth ME...Jesus is not impotent he has a seed to sow in humanity..As Peter says we must be bornagain of an incorruptible Seed...Everytime he refered to himself as the SON OF MAN...He was trying to tell us there is a baby Christ in our future...a kingdom Child...As we have borne the image of the earthy we must also bear ( birth ) the image of the heavenly...Which is the H.G. that Child of Promise..Another Christ born in us via his seed...thus the Child of Promise...as the Promise was multiplication of his seed...Thus the H.G. is truly the Child of PROMISE..Mans fruit unto God...mankind's only Son our only 1st born in the Spirit...That Woman in Rev 12 : 5 proves this as she is giving birth to a Baby Christ...She is mankind thus her Child is truly the SON OF MAN...That was the great Promise...i will multiply thy seed as the stars of heaven...Thats y Jeremiah saw ALL MEN in travail and birth pains...This lil doctrine of Multiplication IS the Fathers Idea...God wants every man to birth a Baby Christ the H.G...Mankinds fruit unto God,..The SON OF MAN.. The name of the H.G. is Emanuel God with us...Thats y Jesus is saying to whom the WORD came it made them Gods...Again this was the Fathers idea when HE swore by his very self.

Hi Denise. Yes, we are all allowed to eat meat, as we desire, or even just be vegetarian. The Genesis 1:29,30 references to "meat", is actually "oklah" in Hebrew. And this word is translated as 'food, or, for the eating'. So when you see, "the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat", you can read it as, 'to you it shall be for your food'.

We generally take Genesis 9:3 as the Scripture that authorizes man to start eating meat (as in the flesh of animals). This God spoke about to Noah after the Ark had landed on dry ground after the flood. However, there could have been meat eating before this time, but this verse gives us a point to work from.

Whether one holds the pre, mid or post tribulation rapture viewpoint, almost all agree on one thing: there are "seven years set aside by God" for prophetic events. These "last seven years of this age" are commonly called "the tribulation" or "seven years of tribulation." This concept is derived from a prophecy in the book of Daniel. The angel Gabriel came to Daniel and gave him the prophecy.

First, the verses from which the prophecy comes. Daniel 9:22b-23 "O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand. 23 At the beginning of your supplications the command went out, and I have come to tell you, for you are greatly beloved; therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision:" and read Daniel 9:24-27 Understanding of the prophecy.

We all need to be ready

If he was so easy to recognise we would all find it much easier to avoid him , temptation , if we succumb to it , leads us into sin , and each of us has our own personal weekness that we find hard to resist . That's what being human is , being weak . That's why we needed Christ , to come and do what we can't do and to willingly offer himself in order to save us from our own sinful selves . If we could be sinless we wouldn't have needed Christ . God knows we can't do it . That's why He prepared His plan of salvation for us in His Son . We are our own worst enemy . We sin and often we try to justify our own sinfulness to ourselves and even others , it wasn't our fault , it was just one time , we didn't realise what was happening etc etc etc . We need forgiveness . We have that when we accept Christ as our Saviour . He is the propitiation for our sins . This is the Love of God and the love of Christ that they have toward each other and toward us . Grab it and hold on tight and rejoice in the Grace of God through Christ our Saviour .

Dear "ButtersxChan". Amos 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Acts 2:17-21 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

The only thing you can do dear friend is trust in Jesus Christ. He is the same today as before. He will never leave you or let you go. His blood at Calvary made us clean once and for all. And rest in the Lord that He teaches you so that you will understand. No one puts a small child in the middle of the road and expects it to fend for itself.

Therefore when you wake up sweaty and paralyzed by dreams so horrible. Thank Jesus Christ for the dreams. Know that Jesus' blood will wash them away for you. He Is and knows of everything. Forgive and confess your sins to some Christians you trust. There may be revealed or hidden things that the Lord knows about, let Him guide you beloved. Love u in Christ

I believe that satan ,as he is so called , is just a word for temptation . Temptation to sin , to do something that you know is wrong in God's eyes comes in many forms and is different for everyone according to our own personal weakness . That's what I think , I also think that in the Bible , satan and his many aliases , can refer to actual people as in the case of Lucifer who was a really the king of Babylon and also the Roman authorities in one of Paul's letters but I can't remember which one at the moment . I know from reading this site for a long time now ,that there are people on here who believe very differently to me which is fine by me . Maybe one of them will come on this thread and tell you exactly what he looks like .

Good morning. I am currently not in church but I know God and Jesus are real and sent to save us from our sin. I don't have a heavy heart asking this but I feel a need to know what I am to look for and if truly from God. Here goes.. I was awaken at 240am Tuesday March 1st from hearing a voice telling me to read Jeremiah chapter 6 verse 26. I did read the verse but didn't understand so I read several verses which made more sense. We'd I heard the voice again telling me to read Nehemiah chapter 5 verse 10. Again on Thursday to read acts 25 verse 5 then Ezekiel 10 v4. I have read and in the process of reading from where I was told to the end. Do you think God is trying to talk to me and how do I know what he wants me to do?

    The Results of His Work:

    (1) He ascended to His Father ( Luke 24:49-53; Acts 1:6-11).

    (2) He is our eternal Mediator ( 1 Timothy 2:5; Hebrews 8:6; 1 John 2:1.

    (3) He is our Savior: "Thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins" ( Matthew 1:21, KJV). "Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Savior, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins" ( Acts 5:31, KJV).

He is the only Savior. "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved" ( Acts 4:12, NIV).

He is a complete Savior. "Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them" ( Hebrews 7:25, KJV).

He is a personal Savior. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness: and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" ( Romans 10:9, 10, KJV).

    The Consummation of His Work:

    (1) He shall return again to this earth ( Acts 1:11; Hebrews 10:37; John 14:3).

    (2) Believers in Christ shall be bodily resurrected to begin a new, undying life ( 1 Thessalonians 4:17-18; 1 Corinthians 15:51-58).

    (3) He will reign as King of kings and Lord of lords over His new creation ( 2 Peter 3:10-13; Revelation 22:3-5).

    God Bless

    (1) His miraculous birth was prophesied 800 years before His coming: "Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Emmanuel" ( Isaiah 7:14, KJV).

    (2) The prophecy was fulfilled to the letter. "Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus" ( Luke 1:30, 31, KJV).

    (3) Jesus demonstrated human characteristics: He became tired ( John 4:6). He thirsted ( John 19:28), He ate food ( Luke 24:40-43), He showed feelings ( Mark 6:34), He wept ( John 11:35), He knew temptation ( Hebrews 4:15), and He died ( John 19:30).

Jesus Christ Accomplished the Works of His Father:

    (1) He died on the Cross. This is the fundamental theme of the Gospel.

The fact of His death-One-fourth of the Gospels are dedicated to His Passion and Resurrection. (a) For this purpose He came into the world ( John 12:27). (b) His death was prophesied hundreds of years before He came ( Isaiah 53:3-8).

The meaning of His death. (a) It was a ransom for sin ( Matthew 20:28; Romans 3:24; 1 Peter 1:18). (b) It was to pay the penalty for sin ( Romans 3:24; 1 John 2:2; 4:10). Man is the object of God's wrath because of rebellion and sin, but God took the initiative in satisfying His wrath by sending His own Son to Calvary. (c) It is a reconciliation. The enmity between us and God has ended ( Romans 5:10), and we are restored to God ( 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19). (d) It is a substitution: He died in our place ( 1 Peter 3:18; 2 Corinthians 5:21). (e) In summary, the matter of sin has been completely dealt with ( 1 Peter 2:24; Hebrews 9:26; Hebrews 10:12).

    (2) He was resurrected from the dead: This is unique and fundamental to Christianity.

The reality of the Resurrection ( John 20:1-10; 1 Corinthians 15:4).

The credibility of the Resurrection: (a) Jesus predicted it: Matthew 13:39-41; Luke 24:1-7. (b) The tomb was empty: John 20:11-13. (c) Many witnesses saw Him alive: the women ( Luke 23:55, 56); Mary Magdalene

    Jesus Christ is God:

Deity is the only explanation for all that He was and all that He did.

    (1) He was pre-existent with the Father. "The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made" ( John 1:2, 3, KJV). (Also see John 17:5 and Colossians 1:17.)

    (2) He is the Son of God.

His enemies admitted: "He...said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God" ( John 5:18, KJV).

Peter confessed: "And we believe and are sure that thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God" ( John 6:69, KJV).

Jesus affirmed: "I and my Father are one" ( John 10:30, NIV).

    (3) He was sinless, as only God can be.

Jesus challenged His enemies: "Which of you convinceth me of sin?" ( John 8:46, KJV).

Peter testified: "...Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example that ye should follow his steps: who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth" ( 1 Peter 2:21, 22, KJV).

Paul stated: "For he...made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" ( 2 Corinthians 5:21, KJV).

    (4) He forgives sin, as only God can.

The Scribes said: "Who can forgive sins but God only?" ( Mark 2:7, KJV).

Jesus said: "But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins..." ( Matthew 9:6, KJV). (Also see John 8:11.)

Peter wrote: "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed" ( 1 Peter 2:24, KJV).

    (5) He performed miraculous works.

He healed the sick: Matthew 8:9-13; Luke 4:31-44; 5:12-15; John 4:43 to 5:16; and other references.

He fed the hungry: John 6; Mark 8, etc.

He raised the dead: Luke 7:11-18; John 11:1-46.

    Jesus Christ Became Man:

"And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us...full of grace and truth" ( John 1:14, KJV). (See also Philippians 2:7, 8.)

In Genesis, Chapter 1, Verse 29 & 30 in a more modern interpretation of the bible .. It says that humans were only allowed to eat plants & seeds of the earth, & fruit of the trees. We are, per Gods command, supposed to be vegan?

I was raised that God stated that we could eat meat. We didn't have to be vegan.

We, my family, were very devote Christians. The preacher often ate at our table.

He ate both meat, vegetables, & fruit as we did.

I am very confused ... so I referred to the St. James Bible that I was raised

    to study & read.

I read the same verses in question .. It mentions meat.

So, I would like to know which is correct. Are we, as Christians , allowed to eat meat?

    Thank you .. Sincerely

Dear Suze If you search here on this web site, you might find a thread about "satan's many names and titles". Among many names you have: the enemy, the evil one, the angel of the light, a roaring lion, and so on and mm.

A correct picture of him is probably impossible, but when you see all the names you will be able to form an opinion. But look at it, for fine you, he can come in Many Shapes.

I'm not saying this to make you afraid of anything and everyone. For it is only the holy Blood of Jesus Christ who can help you in your terrible times. Therefore, you become familiar with all life forms if you read in God's word, He has created everything you know.

A demon, on the other hand, can be a picture of what it represents, a spirit of disease is green full of pain and fever. Completely crippled. These demons often manifest themselves as self-abrogation, ones that will make us believe that the wrongdoing is the right thing to do.

Seek the Lord Jesus Christ dear, when He still are to and find on our planet. Be sure of the Lord and you will throw away all other evil things and spirits from you in His Holy Name Jesus Christ the Name above all other Names. He will have the glory of eternity, Amen

Hebrew 6:1-14 Love u in Christ and lock for Jesus and His Spirit, and be aware of the dark side that can look cheerful and happy.

    Only the Holy Bible Amen.

Our great and gracious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ rewards as described in His Holy Word. Saints are entered into heaven because of their "faith" in the gospel of the Lord God Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2: 8-10.

The rewarding of the Saint is according to the work done in the name of the Lord.

1 Corinthians 3:11-15. If any works done is deemed to be "wood, hay, stubble" or the works performed did not praise the Lord, the works will be burned, and he will suffer loss. But here's the best part- v15b "but he himself shall be saved"

However the "reward" for the unsaved, lost, or dead is entirely different. As rightly stated by many on this forum, the "wages of sin is death." Romans 6:23. That is the key.

The lost or unsaved will appear at the great white throne to be "judged every man according to their works." Revelation 20:13b

"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:15.

The Lord God is true and just in all His dealings with us.

The key to all of this is simply the Salvation of the Lord Jesus Christ. Even if we do not understand it, God does. He does not ask for our understanding; just our obedience and trust. God bless all on this forum. March 4, 2022
