Hi Ankah. Further to GiGi's accurate comment on the eternality of God, I'm suspecting your question might be prompted because of some who deny God the Father's existence now, saying that Jesus His Son has assumed God's position in Heaven, i.e. there is only Jesus in Heaven now.

Well, if we take the first & last instance of the mention of God in the Book of the Revelation, we do see God mentioned & that Jesus is with Him. You may consider Revelation 1:1,6 and Revelation 22:1-6. And in this last chapter which details the New Jerusalem, we see that as God & His Son continue forever, so will this holy city continue, without end.

As a saint of the Lord Jesus Christ I must recognize the current state of affairs our country and the world is in. I must be praying for the leadership of our country, President Biden as well as the leadership of Russia, China, North Korea, Iran. We have a Powerful and all wise God.

We need to trust in Him and His promises. As Saints we have a guaranteed home in eternity with the Lord Jesus Christ. Unfortunately the unsaved is guaranteed eternity without Christ Jesus in the Lake of Fire.

May we be not willing that anyone perish without the Lord God. 2 Peter 3:9

Please help Nanma tonight Lord. I pray that Your Spirit would be so present in her room that Someone would lead Nanma into a relationship with You. Give Alisa the right words to speak whether in person, or on the phone, or by proxy. Please make a way through the waters for them to get to Nanma. Also comfort her and save her soul Jesus. Please. And let her passing be blessed and peaceful. In Jesus name we pray Amen.

Dear Karen, You have a Father in Heaven who loves you dearly! He created you in His own image. Those voices are the devil talking. I pray voices go! In Jesus name! I command it!

God loves YOU so much He sent His only Son to die on a cross specifically for YOU! So that you would not be lost but so you can live in Heaven with Him eternally.

    Do you believe in God?

    Believe in Jesus also.

I too suffered a lot of rejection. Grew up being called names.

    Abusive do's functional parents.

Rejected by men. False friends. Abused. Unwanted. Used.

Jesus loves us. Now I have Jesus in my heart and now I pray for them. And I forgive them. All that matters now is that Jesus loves me and that I please my Lord.

Would you ask Jesus into your heart right now? If you have not done so already. And turn away from your sin? And be born again in your spirit? Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God? And that He died on a cross for YOUR sin? To give you the free gift of salvation? Are you willing to accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour? And let Him help you stop sinning? The Bible says everyone has sin. I'd like to pray for you right now.

Dear God, would you please help Karen tonight to know how much You love her? And bind every evil spirit that speaks these mean hateful things to her. Put people in her life that will help her know You Lord. Save her Jesus, she's hurting tonight. Please Help her to feel Your love. In Jesus name.

Karen I am praying for you tonight. Please come back and visit us here. We care about you! Jesus loves You! You ARE good enough!

Can someone post the salvation link please - I don't know how. Thank you.

The Bible has a number of places that speak of animals in glory.

    1. Isaiah 11:6-9

The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.

7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.

8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.

9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

    2. Isaiah 65:24-25

And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.

    3. Revelation 19:13-14

And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

There are other things that could be added to this short list. But this is a good place to start.

    Hi Alisa,

You posted that your grandma is in pallitive care now. Ii hope you will get to see her soon and share Jesus with her.

Dear Lord Jesus, Your will is being done in Nanma's life. We ask that You bring her to salvation at this time. We ask that You cause the flood water to drain away so Alisa, her mom and other family can get to see this grandma very soon. Lord, Namna needs a miracle of salvation more than anything else. Bring this to her promptly, we ask.

Jesus, in Your name we pray for these things, for You alone can save and help in our darkest hour. Amen.

Hello Ankah, Good to meet you here.

God can never cease to exist. He is eternal, existing eternally before time began at creation, existing now during the history of time and space and creatures, and will exist forever when time ends.

    Isaiah 63:16

...You, O LORD, are our Father, Our Redeemer from Everlasting is Your name."

To expand on your point, Eli's sons definitely appear to me to be examples of Phillipians 3:18-19 with their insistence on taking the best parts of the Lord's offerings for themselves and after resisting rebuke even creating a cult of temple prostitutes leading the Lord to give them over to destruction. The loss of the Arc of the Covenant in addition to their deaths shows that their corruption of the Lord's worship brought guilt upon many more in Israel than just themselves.

    18. (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

    .....continued.

The pillar kept the two peoples apart all night. God stood between His chosen and the enemy. He does this for us. He's "got our back", He is at our sides, and goes before us. He is above us covering us with His protection in every way. The next time I am in a fix I will remember what the Angel of the LORD and the pillar did here.

That night, Moses stretched out his rod and hands over the sea. God brought forth and strong wind from the east that caused the sea to stack up on two sides, exposing a land bridge for them to walk across. The wind was extremely strong and the land became dry for them to walk on. So, no mucking through mud or going down to the depths, but over a land bridge conveniently created by God in the past to be used at this specific time. The water was like tall walls on either side of the Israelites. God made a way where there seemed to be no way!

But there is more! In the early morning watch (2:00-6:00 a.m.) God looked out from the pillar and "troubled" the Egyptians, by making the wheels of their chariots fall off. The Egyptians were fearful, admitting the God of the Israelites fought for them. Ol' Zephon-god of the sea and storm was no match for YHWH! The Egyptians turned around to run back to the west shore from where they came. By now all of the Israelites had crossed onto the other shore. God told Moses to stretch out his hand over the sea once more so that the waters would return to its place and drown the Egyptians. The text says that the waters were returned to their normal depths from west to east, causing the Egyptians to flee right into it! Not east to west to push them back to the western shore, but from west to east to engulf them as they ran away from what God was doing with Moses.

It does not say that Pharaoh tried to cross after the Egyptians. Most likely he commanded from the shore. Every Egyptian that pursued them into the sea were drowned. The Israelites saw their dead bodies as they were washed ashore. Yeah!

    ..., continued

God told Moses that Pharoh's heart will be hardened once more and that he will come to pursue them in order to recapture them. But God says that He will gain honor over Pharaoh. Perhaps meaning that he will humble Pharaoh and glorify Himself to the Egyptians and the Israelites.

Pharaoh commented, "Why did we let them go?" He was not wanting to lose these people as servants so he got in his chariot and many went with him plus 600 choice chariots with the top soldiers and captains. They overtook the Israelites in their camp by the sea, striking fear in the Israelites. They cried out to YHWH and they complained to Moses saying that it would be better to stay in Egypt as slaves than to die in the wilderness. They had very little faith in Moses or God. They even said that they had told Moses to leave them alone so they can serve their Egyptian masters when Moses first came for them.

But despite their unbelief and fear, Moses stood up and boldy proclaimed that YHWH will save them so do not be afraid. He proclaimed that they will never see the Egyptians again after they experience what YHWH will do for them that day. And in an admonition he said, "The LORD will fight for you, so hold your peace. Up until now God had not told Moses how He would save the Israelites, but Moses knew that God would indeed save them.

God now instructs Moses on how He will deliver the Israelites from the Egyptians. He tells Moses to stretch out his rod over the sea and divide it. God says that the Israelites will cross the sea on dry land, but the Egyptians' hearts will be hardened and pursue the Israelites through the divide. I guess the Egyptians did not consider that the God of the Israelites had made the sea divide for the Israelites, not for them.

At this point the Angel of the LORD and the pillar moved from the front of the Israelites to the back, between them and the Egyptians. The pillar made it dark upon the Egyptians and light upon the Israelites.

Baal Zephon is on an island in the Straits of Tiran. It is a mountain worship center for Baal Zephon-the god of sea and storms. Migdol is a mountain watchtower west of these straits where Egyptians scouted out the land below. Along the western shore of the Sinai peninsula is a wide sandy shoreline that was used as a highway.

So, the archeological sites I googled think that Pi Hahiroth was between the Migdol tower and the Straits of Tiran (Southeast tip of Sinai peninsula). They think that Etham a plain was north of Pi Hahiroth that dead ended with mountains all around and to the shoreline. the only way out was to retrace their steps south. The Red Sea has 2 arms. The western arm is the Gulf of Suez and the eastern arm is the Gulf of Aqaba. The sea around the southern tip of the peninsula is also called the Red Sea. So, these two archeological sites came to the same conclusion about the location of these named places and the most plausible place for the Red Sea crossing.

The Israelites traveled day and night, God knew what Pharaoh would be thinking. It seems that spies must have sent back word of the Israelites meeting up with a dead end at Etham.

The Israelites had backtracked to the mouth of a bay at the southern tip of Mt. Sinai facing the island where Baal Zephon was. The other side of the strait was Midian. There is a natural raised land bridge at this strait crossing from one side to the other coastline. There are other theories about the route and location of this point. One could read up on it to see what has been researched on this topic.

Pharaoh heard that the Israelites were hemmed in. He thought that they must have been traveling without knowledge of the land and so got in a place where he could overtake them.

The Israelites did not know about this peninsula, but Moses did. More than that, God knew every hill, valley, stream, etc. He directed them with the pillar of cloud by day and pillar of fire by night. When the pillar stopped, they camped.

Hello Harold, Glad to meet you.

In the NT Jesus healed countless people with a variety of ailments and disabilities. When John the Baptist was in prison and asking about Jesus, Jesus' message to him was: the lame walk, the blind see, etc. He healed the blind man in John 9 and the man lowered from the roof who was lame since birth. He brought the girl back to life saying Tabitha come forth as well as Lazarus.

So, I think that anyone should pray for healing in any situation, because in Jesus actions in the NT He healed people gladly with compassion and love. He is the same yesterday, today, and always. In Paul's case, Jesus thought it best for Paul to not be healed. He may still will that some not to be healed. But, I think Paul set a good example of asking again and again.

    1Thessalonians 4:17,

Please read: Daniel 7, Zephaniah 1:15, Zephaniah 1,

    * Matthew 24:29-30, "After the tribulation" Matthew 24:3-51, Matthew 24:21,22, Matthew 26:64, Mark 13:5-37, * note Mark 13:23-27, Mark 13:19 first, Mark 14:62, Revelation 1:5-8, these all seem to be the same event; 1Corinthians 15:52, context: 1Corinthians 15:20-58, Revelation 9, has the six prior trumpet blasts then Revelation 10, also lining up with prior noted scripture of the last trumpet: Revelation 10:7, & Revelation 10:6, Revelation 10:1, Matthew 25:31-46, seems to be the end, beginning of judgement. Psalms 9:7,

    2Timothy 4:3,

    2Timothy 2:3, Matthew 24:13, Mark 13:13,

    Hope this is helpful

Please consider my Nanma Margaret in your prayers who is now in palliative care. Please pray for the flood waters to go down quickly so we can go see her. Please pray that God grants her more time, and that she cries out to God for forgiveness and salvation in Christ.

Please also pray for my mother, who is being so brave and looking after Nanma's affairs, and contacting family.

Thank you for considering us. May God bless you all.

    To God be the glory.

    Leviticus 14,

The Books of Exodus,- Leviticus, Deuteronomy & Numbers, cover very specific Laws about the appointed Priesthood only being able to receive & make the offering to GOD ALMIGHTY.

    Hopefully this is helpful
