PRAY FOR GILDA!
Take good care, you are not alone...there is a remnant!
James 5
"14Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."
I do want to point out that only men can be elders, so if your church has women in position of leadership, they need to be rebuked, and if they will not hear the Word of God, you need to sanctify yourself because they are leavened ( 1 Corinthians 5:6-8):
1 Timothy 2
"11Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
15Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety."
1 Corinthians 14
34Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
35And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
36What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?
1 Corinthians 11
3But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

1 Timothy 3 (which says If a "man" desire the office of a bishop..., and the "husband" of one wife)
Titus 1:5-7 (uses elder and bishop interchangeable incase you were wondering what a bishop was - and reiterates the "husband" of one wife)
God be with you and take good care,
Marie
Today meeting we sang a verse: Purified in the Blood of Jesus, the Holy Blood. The only sacrificial blood that can cleanse us from all sin. And we can live in Freedom, cleansed and pure in His Blood that flowed at Calvary, i said if we hunger for righteousness and confess our sins! Good news? YES!
Gen.3 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes,
it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired t.
Genesis 6:6 And it repented unto the LORD that he had made man upon the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
First the Lord creates man and woman and afterwards He repented.
Tree of Life: Is a symbol of Eternal Life. How should we humans get it? We already have eaten from the Tree of Knowledge? Because with that, we would understand everything eventually. In the last days, and we do the knowledge will be great among many. But human knowledge is foolishness to God.
That is why He repented.
1 Chorintians 3: 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
But if you Donkor Makini are in the spiritual world, we will be able to see parallels to this in the earthlyto. Please share Holy Bible words.
You can prophesy but never be afraid to share it. All we have is the work of the Lord, not our own. For us, it is impossible to do something ourselves really, because it becomes very earthly. We want to live in the Spirit, even though we are in the flesh. Dear friends we reach for what lies ahead. We have got something that is so much bigger than what is on earth. Love you in Christ.
God bless you in the Holy Name above all other Names Jesus Christ our Lord.
The written word answers to the lesser light a nite light but Jesus said if aman walks in the nite he is gona stumble....But the living word answers to a greater light a day star our son/sun...the living word....As it was only Jesus that is the light of the world....But if we walk in the nite ( bible only ) the written word only we will stumble as there is no eternal life in the scriptures only....Remember David says thy word is a light unto my feet and alamp unto my path but David stumbled ( bathsheba ) ...David was still under the law the lesser light.....But God forgave David and Bathsheba.....1 st child died but 2 nd Child was the great King Solomon...but she had to travail again...My lil CHILDREN of whom i travail in birth AGAIN . Gal 4
You don't need to look far to see disregard for life of babies, abortion kills millions & who spares a single child from it? Spade & nueter goes on constantly of animals destroying seed before reproduction. Crimes, injustice, lies, greed etc. If it was so wicked & coucorrupt then? I don't want to imagine. )=
Psalms 139, Psalms 111, Matthew 9:26, Matthew 14:14, Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24, Revelation 7:16-17,
Trust him to resolve any problem. Psalms 56:3 - Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.
Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
2 Timothy 1:12 - for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
Hope this helps.
I myself have had many beautiful discussions with Mormons & Jehovah Witnesses. I'm sorry if I mix up the teachings. 1st I want to say many of both, are very kind, I liked just about everyone I encountered. With few exceptions. However, many scriptural discussions seemed to point to teaching that was not in-line with JKV HOLY Bible.
1st important 1= Galatians 1:3-10, 2 Corinthians 11:3-4, teach don't believe another gospel even if an Angel brings, Mormons have a "new" teaching brought from "An Angel".
2nd Book of Mormon, addition to Bible? Psalms 89:34, Rev. 22:18, Deuteronomy 12:32,
3rd Mormons teach that Women can't be prophets untrue : Judges 4:4, Luke 2:36, Joel 2:28.
4th & maybe most important Mormons don't believe CHRIST Jesus is who HE says HE is. : Isaiah 53, Psalms 22, John 19, John 1,
Why do you ask?
Baptist are supposed to believe in Scripture.
I myself like to stick to the WORD of GOD. Those two are not your only choices. The choices really come down to the WORD itself here's some : John 3:15-16, Matthew 25:31-46, James 1:26-27, John 14:16,
Hopefully this is helpful.
Ya gota realize he neva refers to himself as any other name then the SON OF MAN....Which means mankind is gona birth a Baby Christ via his death...smite the shepard and the sheep will be scattered, then i will turn my hand to the LITTLE ONES....Thus the woman and her Baby which is the H.G. that Child of PROMISE.....This Woman is fulfilling that great Promise that Christ wd be multiplied as the stars of heaven...The WOMAN is the world and her Child is gonna be as the stars of heaven.....which is our new innerman the H.G. the Children of Promise....Even in the natural a birth always implies a Child.....no Child no new birth.....But he will not have a crop failure....Simply b/c his seed which is his Word cannot return unto him void...k mi voy
Is there much more knowledge we're supposed to get from this?
Luke 22:36, Luke 22:38, 2 swords enough? Do you think Jesus was being literal or testing them? Do you feel the act of aggregation saved the Disciples? John 18:8-9, ( I've thought that) but look at: John 18:10. "Then._." it seems to be after Jesus had already set their pardon.
Luke 22:40,42, Luke 22:43-46, Matthew 26:36-44, Mark 14:33-39, Zechariah 13:7, ( Mark 14:27 , Matthew 26:56 )
Matthew 16:15-27,
* Mark 14:27, offended? Matthew 26:33-35,
Mark 14:42-50, Luke 22:47-51, John 18:10-11, Matthew 26:50-52, Were they offended because Jesus didn't fight, nor let them? after He had said to get swords? Would we be offended if Jesus healed our enemy, we thought we were defending Him from? Then rebuke them/Peter or us openly? John 18:6, Matthew 26:53,
Luke 22:54, John 18:15, Why did Peter follow? Luke 22:33, Where is our strength? In our flesh & resolve, or GOD & HIS will?
Mark 14:29-31,
Luke 22:55-62,
Matthew 10:17-22, Matthew 10:28-34,
Acts 12:1-12,
Romans 8:34-39,
Ephesians 6:10-18,
Do you think it was much easier to fight? Matthew 26:41, Luke 22:32,
Isaiah 55:8-9,
It seems that it would be easier & more understandable to all if we spoke of the Law given as the Ten Commandments & the Other Laws. To introduce the wording: 'Old Testament' into this seems misleading as the Testament is the Covenant which must also include all the Laws applicable to it. And a Testament must of necessity include the death of the Testator to come into effect; to which the Old (Mosaic) Testament included the shedding of blood as dedication or consecration of that Promise ( Hebrews 9:16-22). Since God cannot die, it clearly looked ahead when He would do, in His Son, Who became the "Mediator of the New Testament" (the better Covenant: Hebrews 8:6). And the Old (Mosaic) Covenant simply being those Laws which God had given, to which both parties were to fully comply with (Deuteronomy chapter 28).
I realize that this is different to what you've stated, but as I've considered the Scriptures you've given, I can't see the need to differentiate the Old Covenant & the Old Testament in the way you suggest. Have you given it merely to create a difference between the two (sets) of Laws, or is there a specific Scripture you see to denote that the Old Testament applies to the other Laws?
Sometimes we have to work at "unlearning" what someone tells us the Bible says. GOD's WORD is a "living Word" it teaches, corrects, edifies._.. 2 Timothy 3:16, & gives us wisdom. James 1:5,
Genesis 34, is the account. Notice : Genesis 34:2, they were Hivite
Exodus 23:28, Exodus 34:11, Exodus 33:2, Genesis 10:15-19, Joshua 9,
Hopefully this is all helpful.
Thank you "GiGi" for pointing out her approximate age through scriptural knowledge. Genesis 30:19-31, Genesis 31:38-41,
Genesis 33:13-17, it says after they met Esau, they built a house & booths for cattle it doesn't say exactly how long they were there. It appears they may have left when Joseph was about 6 yrs. old because Genesis 31:41, But it was before Joseph was 17, Dinah seems to be older sister, they then pitched a tent._ Genesis 33:18-20 The only accounts of age we're given is Joseph was born & Genesis 30:25, Genesis 37:1-2, yet Joseph went to find his brethren in (Shechem) so was this timing, a historical account putting both situations about the same time? Genesis 37:11-14, because later Israel/Jacob tells Joseph about his mother's death & burial, that happened on Journey Genesis 35:1, Genesis 35:15-20, Genesis 35:27-29, Genesis 48:1-7, Genesis 45:25, Genesis 46:6,
