  • Adam on Revelation 21:4 - 6 years ago
I can't wait to be in this paradise. I can't imagine the love, the powerful bonds. Words probably can't adequately describe it.
  • Adam on Proverbs 3:5 - 6 years ago
This takes faith indeed to trust God completely. To go all in. To be dependent like a child.
  • Adam on Proverbs 13:11 - 6 years ago
Wise words. Look at the ant, they work with purpose, diligence, teamwork, goals, and don't give up until the job is done.
  • Why does God not care Part 6 original Part 6 that wouldnt post on Psalms 1 - 6 years ago
But these TARES, having God's power-but NOT FROM God, directly-but INSTEAD by-way-of devils, DO great works ( Matthew 24:24-25; Exodus 7:8-12; Exodus 7:15-22; Exodus 8:5-7; BUT God may limit them as in Exodus 8:16-19; Exodus 9:8-11), and fool men into becoming ensnared by Satan (which is MY assumption, not direct witnessing). AND these, as now BONDED to the Devil, DO the Devil's desire-destroying ALL which is in the eye of their scope. Destroying both air, land, AND sea. Both insect, plant, man AND beast. As they LIE as they worship said VERY THINGS! Praying to the heavens-moon, sun, AND trees! And they HATE with an CRUEL hate, with a fiery INTENSITY, all those, whose right-ways, shine the
  • Why does God not care Part 5 on Matthew 24:39 - 6 years ago
Tried to post this a few minutes after I'd posted the rest, but the system wouldn't let me. Here's the rest though (p.s., the poem is not very good, at all, but it was from the heart. I only am attempting to post it now, because it shows, like some of the Psalmists (according to some preachers I've heard in the past), the change from despair to hope, or well, more like the change of despair, to showing the acknowledgement of God's gloriousness. I wanted folk to know that I was just sad. Nothing's changed, well, maybe a little (internally, some hope returned, with a better perspective). So anyway, if allowed, I'll post the original part 5-whatever, now:
  • Adam on John 1:3 - 6 years ago
He made all things, even the little details we don't know about yet. Such micro detail and macro detail at every scale. Ever look at a snowflake closeup? Or a butterfly's wing? Amazing how this spectacular design is being written off by non-believers as being caused by a random explosion from nothing. God could have used an explosion in creation, but the design is obviously intentional.
  • Adam on Genesis 8:22 - 6 years ago
God put everything on a cycle, a calendar, with seasons, to give us variety and a way to mark time. What a great God we have.
  • Brenda moore - In Reply on Revelation 8 - 6 years ago
    Amen!!!
  • Adam on 2 Timothy 3:16 - 6 years ago
Yes, it's powerful and valuable for correction. Some use this as a reason to beat others over the head, however. That is not what it means. Still need to follow the other scriptures like being respectful, kindness, patience, fruit of spirit, etc.
  • Adam on Job 12:9 - 6 years ago
God created everything with his hand. Each living thing is a testimony to God existing. Feel your heart beating right now- there's no reason it's beating. It's a muscle and it doesn't have to beat- it can stop at any time. We take our lives for granted sometimes. God is in control.
  • Adam on John 13:34 - 6 years ago
This isn't easy to do, but is a good challenge for everyone- to love others that much. Jesus loved us enough to die for us so that sets the bar pretty high- how can we possibly love others that much? Takes much practice I'm sure.
  • Josetta davis on 2 Chronicles 7:14 - 6 years ago
God is awesome without him where would we be I give him all the praise and glory!!
  • Adam on Acts 2:38 - 6 years ago
Amen! This tells people exactly what they need to do to follow Jesus Christ.
  • Adam on Psalms 23:4 - 6 years ago
Staff and rod to fight off the wolves I assume?
  • Adam on 2 Timothy 1:12 - 6 years ago
In this world of PC and political shaming and relentless attacks of Christians while somehow being respectful of non-Christian religions, it's not easy to apply this verse. It takes faith.

Hi Curtis, rnrnThe skin color of Jesus and Jews seems really important to you, why is that? Does it change anything whether they were light, dark, medium? People walked a lot in the sun then and were likely quite dark from the sun, but that's different than race. If you look at the Israelites today they are olive skin (medium) middle-Eastern, likely the same as in Jesus's time. You said Jesus is black Rev 1, but I read it and I don't see any verse talking about skin color. So, what verse exactly do you say proves your claim? Secondly, have you prayed to God about this to know the truth?
  • Asibi on 1 Corinthians 7 - 6 years ago
1 Corinthian chapter 7:15 "But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or sister is not under bondage in such cases: But God has called us to peace"
Does it mean that a brother or sister can remarry if their unbelieving wife or husbands departs?

The messianic Jews knows that the real "Jesus" whose Hebrew name is Yahawashi, is a black man. Else, HOW could He be hid IN EGYPT, form King Herod? Christ was dark skinned, ( Revelation 1,) Moses and Paul were BOTH mistaken for Egyptians..and both of them were not( Acts 21:28-41)..they were calling Jews "Niger" in the Bible. ( Acts 13:1).
The conclusion to the matter is this, EVERY nation of people, yes, including the Amalekites living in Israel today, have had The Most High's Chosen ppl, as slaves ..in Captivity all over the world..Egypt, Persia, Rome, Babylon, USA, the Caribbean, etc. So, What a man sow, that shall he ALSO reap. Revelation 13:10 and Isaiah 14 sums up what goin to happen soon

Galatians 3:29 "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."rnThe promises were made ONLY to Abrahams SEED, therefore those "Greeks" had to be Israelites!! No other way around it.rnProof: Romans 9:3 " For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my BRETHREN, my KINSMEN according to the FLESH:rnrn4 Who are ISRAELITES; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the PROMISES;"rnTHE PROMISES WAS MADE TO THE DESCENDANTS OF ABRAHAM ONLY..AND EVERYTHING ELSE PERTAINS TO REAL ISRAELITES..NOT THOSE IN ISRAEL TODAY. Christ said His ppl would go into slavery. Luke 21:24

Did you guys even realize that those GREEKS mentioned in scriptures, were indeed ISRAELITES?
The scripture said there is NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN JEW NOR GREEK!! So WHY would it make a comparison between ONLY those TWO nation of people..and didnt even mention the other nations of the world?
Do you even understand WHY there were Israelites LIVING in Greece? Here is why, Joel 3:6 "The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye SOLD UNTO THE GRECIANS, that ye might remove them far from their border."
CLEARLY, THIS is how these Israelites ended up in Greece.
Galatians 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's SEED, and heirs according to the PROMISE."
    Promis made to israel

Who are the gentiles and Samaritans that Jesus instructs his disciples not to go near? and why does he instruct them to not go near them? When he himself spoke to a Samaritan woman and said if you know who this was, you would ask for living water?
  • Adam on Jeremiah 32 - 6 years ago
Amen. God is all powerful, all loving. People get weird ideas in their head about expecting God to do this or that otherwise... but God isn't a genie in a lamp. People make up random expectations of what they think he should be like or do or not do and it's mostly logical fallacies. God loved us enough to give us life, air in our lungs, a place to life, family, friends, and we will be tested and have trials while here, which tests our character. That is guaranteed. People seem to expect everything to go perfect in their life for some unknown reason, but there's nowhere in the Bible saying we're guaranteed a flawless life, the opposite in fact. We can have joy regardless. Philippians 4:10-13

Satan is the father of lies and he likes to deceive Christians into thinking they don't have to stop sinning, that they can stay in the world and partake of its evil without consequence, because, hey, 'once saved, always saved'. But is that true? Which circumstance is satan more likely behind: that he deceives Christians into avoiding sin and being stronger followers of Jesus than they need to be, or that he deceives Christians into believing their sin doesn't matter and they can enjoy unlimited sinning without consequence? Obviously the latter is the one satan uses to deceive and we hear this even preached in churches. Jesus himself said otherwise: John 14:15
