Remember Satan that old serpent, he is still at large and has blinded the world with his doctrines and this can be seen in many religions. As well as the churches that have given in to the culture and government which has forced rules over the church.

God has given us victory at the cross and we are set free form his chains that had bound us and we have liberty. Therefore, the Scriptures which cannot be broken has warned us not to use our freedom for the Flesh.

1. But this is the thing, there are millions of Christians who don't know Jesus Christ the son of God and their have never repented of their sins. Neither do they know what was done for us at the cross. for the preachers Left their mandate. and false preacher have risen and running churches with doctrines and traditions of men inspired by demons.

There are places where the gospel has not yet been preached therefore it is our responsibility to go minister to them in the ends of the world. do not be shocked we might even begin in our own houses then proceed to our Neighbour hoods for the sharped have perverted the gospel of God and have accepted sins, abominations in the churches.

We go from grace to grace as the Spirit of truth sees fit, I am constantly repenting of what I believe; as more light is given, sometime in a short period of time, sometime in longer lengths of time, there is a TIME for every purpose under heaven.

I once believed the prince in Daniel referred to the antichrist, but the Spirit of Truth CAUSED me to repent of my belief.

We agree on Daniel 9:25-27 is a prophecy about the Messiah/Christ, the temple, Jerusalem, and Daniel's people, but the rest of your reply, our understandings are different, and I would not know how to reply, but to say a prayer for all of us. We don't know why God does what he does, what we do know is when he has put ALL THINGS under Christ:

1 Kings 9:16 gives the answer; as to how they obtained the land; the king of Egypt conquered it and gave it as a present to his daughter; Solomon's wife. Verses 20 and 21 show how they were bondservants instead. In the case of the Gibeonites; Israel had to protect them because they didn't seek God first and made a covenant with them.

There may be other scriptures indicating specifics here; my point is that there were exceptions; even in the lineage of David leading to Christ (such as Ruth; Rahab and other descendants from Gentile origin.) There were rules as to how many generations had to pass before Temple worship; etc. but there was always a contingency of those who would follow the God of Israel (such as the multitude in the Exodus).

I would also say that God devoted destruction to the descendants of Nephilim (which were wiped out in the time of David with the last remaining one: Goliath and earlier his 4 brothers). This was a big reason for what seems like wholesale cruel destruction of everyone; namely they were not fully human. The nations which would cause their own children to be sacrificed to idols were also the recipients of God's wrath; such as the Amorites in Genesis 15:16. There was a set time for destruction when iniquity is at the full; and such was the case with Nineveh; but was granted a reprieve after repentance for a couple hundred years or so; eventually fulfilled as the book of Nahum explained.

In some ways as well; the Caananites served as an object lesson to Israel. ( 1 Samuel 4:3-5 and later verses show how the fear of the Lord came on the Caananites and they made sacrifice.) Whether they repented after being plagued by God; or healed of the ailments is unclear; but they at least knew what they had to do and that they were under God's wrath and displeasure.

The Caananites were under a curse in general since Genesis 9 (the details have been debated). Judges 2:21-23 gives a further clue; disobedience of Israel stopped it.

Yes Ronald , if sin were so easy to identify we would see it coming a mile away , but it's a cunning serpent , Luke 16 V 15 , if we think about this , deeply and honestly , we can see that everything that most human societies put value upon , God finds to be abominable , that's a big and serious word that we need to take notice of .

This is just my opinion; when Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil the knowledge of imagination entered, and we see how imagination of thoughts became the desires of the flesh. Imagination makes it possible to experience a whole world inside the mind. One can imagine a sound, taste, smell, physical sensation, feeling, emotion. Fantasy becomes reality in our mind.

We see in scripture its effects Genesis 6:5 Proverbs 6:18 Jeremiah 13:10 it battles against our conscience, and it suckers us into the belief it is a secret in our minds, it's ok because no one knows. But as David told Solomon God knows the hearts of all, 1 Chronicles 28:9.

Technology is good and beneficial to man but in our imagination, it is intoxicating and addictive, it can create a world with no limits and Satan uses it for his evil and it may be a key to the seduction of the beast and false prophet who are coming. Deceived has a scary and deceptive description, to be taken out of the way, the sad thing someone may not even know it. Galatians 6:7-10

It is like the poem the spider to the fly. "Will you walk into my parlour said the spider to the fly; Tis the prettiest little parlour that ever you did spy". A temptation that looks innocent, but death lurks hidden inside.

I look around me every day and see people worshipping and putting all their faith and trust in.....technology . They walk and even drive whilst staring at their phones , they give their phones so much power over their lives , they bank on it , put all their personal info on it , look at vile things on it , trust anything and everything that it tells them . If someone tells me some info from the internet and I happen to know that the info is actually incorrect , when I tell that person they look at me as if I'm crazy ! These are people who know me and they trust the internet more than they trust me , a person whom they have know to be sane and reasonably clever , for years and years . People trust technology and the people who make technology . That's where the faith of an enormous number of people , from all walks of life and countries and cultures and religions across the board , the whole world is staring at their phones and i pads and are believing what the internet says and trusting in it, more than they trust in any actual flesh and blood human who might tell them something . How many times have you told somebody something and the first thing they do is check the internet to see if you are correct or not ? How many times have you read something on the internet that you know for sure isn't true ? It doesn't matter if it's true or not , to a lot of people it must be true cos it says so on the internet . The temple of technology is all around us , lets make sure that we walk circumspect and remember Who is really in charge . Our Dear Heavenly Father , Thy Kingdom Come .

Hi Jimbob. To your last question first (from Revelation 12:9), I understand that Satan & his angels are cast upon the Earth AT the revelation of the Anti-Christ, when Satan stealthily begins to fulfil his power & will against Israel & upon Earth's inhabitants through the Anti-Christ.

"Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. When we look at the Matthew 24:21 reference you gave: "For then shall be great tribulation", this verse comes immediately after vv 15 onwards: the appearing of the abomination of desolation. When Israel sees the Anti-Christ, they ought to flee, for the Great Tribulation is upon them. I read that the Great Tribulation starts with the revelation of the Anti-Christ & his revelation can only occur when the Restrainer is removed. Is it God Who removes the Restrainer? I believe so, which means that God has now declared that He is done with this unbelieving world, taken His saints in the Rapture, with Satan now exercising his full control & rule through his puppet & all this will climax at Christ's Second Coming & the final battle. So when I read "the Great Tribulation", I read it as "the Great Tribulation of God's Wrath", not just more suffering to all.

I am unable to find a detailed commentry on Joshua 16:10.... on your website. I shall be grateful for an answer. Joshua was a man who served God faithfully and did as he was told. So Why were the canaanites not fully destroyed. It does mention the Tribute factor ?

I read the question? about our meeting with Jesus outside the City. What I find feasible is where the mention of the Jews which went to Jesus, left the city for Him outside. I find this is referring to our Salvation is by leaving the "Law" which was in effect in the time before Jesus resurrected to defeat Death. But, once He overcame Death by fulfilling the Law, as Paul has said before, The Law was written for man, by man. so it is not effective upon us. Now we have the New Laws which Jesus presented.

Hello Michaelantoni. The Hebrew word given for 'witty inventions', is as you've shown, 'mezzimah'. In your study, you would have also found out how that word is used in the other verses. In Proverbs 8:12 that you shared, this Hebrew word implies 'one's power to devise or show discretion'. Hence, the verse could read, 'I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge through the use of discretion.' Or further with that verse, 'I wisdom enjoy good sense, acquiring knowledge by the use of discretion'. And we see the same word, 'mezzimah', with its specific meaning used in Proverbs 1:4, Proverbs 2:11, Proverbs 3:21 & Proverbs 5:2.

And yes, we can see that word being applied towards 'thoughts' ( Jeremiah 23:20); 'intents' ( Jeremiah 30:24); 'device/plan' ( Jeremiah 51:11). And then we see it in 'evil thoughts' ( Psalm 10:4); 'evil schemes' ( Job 21:27); 'lewd/wicked acts' ( Jeremiah 11:15); wicked speech ( Psalm 139:20).

So to understand 'mezzimah', which meaning can be quite diverse, we need to read it as the verse gives it, in its correct context. So 'discretion or one's power to devise' appears to be the primary meaning of 'mezzimah', but how that word is used will give other associated meanings, i.e. whether one's mind works for that which is good & wholesome, or towards evil thoughts & acts. So, I believe we find an agreement here.
