Hi to everyone

I am new Christian, started to read Bible around one year ago, attended some Bible lessons and discussions and pray daily. Sometimes it is harder than other times, sometimes I get absent mind but on other occasions I manage to put myself fully into prayer. My issue is that I don't fell Holy Spirit or when I ask God for guidance or advice I fell only silence. Can someone give me some guidance or perhaps tell me more from personal experience please?

18 year old gran daughter keeps getting infections due to vegen diet...she is living away from home in Qld...doing volunteer work on a boat at see...I am concerned about her diet and is alone with strangers...I would like some counselling

The search engine will bring up all scriptures with that word in it. Click on either Old Testament only or New Testament only. It will pare down your list.

After you find your scripture, click on it and it is highlighted yellow.

Scroll down to the Commentary Box and click on that. Reading that is helpful.

It takes a little use to get used to it. It's helpful to read all scriptures written on a certain subject, such as baptism or the "caught up" (rapture) event, or the Bema Seat Judgement of Christ.

To a hurting spirit, one thing we as believe much realize that many are call few or choose. It does hurt a member when a man of god, put a sheep down, but to you these of the time you seek God not man, why because they will deceive you. There nothing so powerful than having a relationship with God. be anxious for nothing (this may be the time that God is call you to himself) so wait and here God for your next family church. Sat a time each day to go before the Lord, and start ask God to heal that wound and He will put it in the sea are forgetfulness' and erase it out of your life. If you draw near to God He will draw near to you.

When you are denied your expected grade in school for instance instead of credit you were given pass is it right for you to add the grade up using computer since you can defend it?

I have been doing my best to keep silent as I read some of the comments where "Christians?" makes the statement that they do not vote. They are not political. Some attempt to state in so many words that it is not Christian to get involved in politics and/or vote. Do you people realize that the Democrat party is 100 per cent for killing babies, and even after they are born? Your tax dollars that you pay gladly are helping and will be helping Planned Parenthood kill more babies if the Democrats gain power over our country. God HATES the shedding of innocent blood, yet you people say you do not vote? You can not get involved... I pray God will open your eyes to the world all around you where they are calling good evil and evil good.The Washington D.C. swamp hates our President Donald J. Trump because he is exposing their corruption. He is pro life and pro Israel! I pray you will open your eyes and fight this evil Democrat party. Don't be complacent by doing nothing, which is only condoning their evil plans. Again, I pray God will open your eyes, but it really is up to us, as God has given us free will. In Song of Solomon chapter 2 verse 7 it reads in the 1611 KJV,"I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till she please." In the 1769 revision, it reads,"till he please." Why the difference? Which is more accurate?

Why so hung up on King James? It was the 8th English translation (not the first as is often taught) and the translators had no access to much older, and obviously more accurate manuscripts, which are available today and have been incorporated into more modern translations. I am curious why KJV is considered by many to be the only valid translation. And even more curious about what missionaries do with non-English speaking peoples. And don't tell me that you translate the KJV into their language because that's impossible. The word SNOW is found in the KJV but equatorial tribes don't have any concept of snow or even cold. I see this as a problem that KJV worshipers have. A Baptist friend of mine - whose church has NIV's for pew Bibles, once said that those who hold only to the KJV are worshiping the book rather than the author. I'd be interested in your answer. The Lord of the heavenly forces needs no human assistance, but he does use human beings to spread the Good News of Christ Jesus.

With the international bankers financing all aspects of the anti-Christ movement was Solomon full of the Holy Spirit of God and asking believers to stand up for true believers today? One Christian commentator stated that we need, today, a John Knox or Martin Luther type of individual's to stand up for the Christian family and our national moral values that our nation had until about 1963, when the Bible was taken out of our schools.

I'm still a democrat because there are ten of millions of Christian democrats. The anti-Christ people who control the party absolutely abhors us, especially candidates like me who don't change their Christian values for political position, money, favors, etc.

At times I've though of running for president as a write in candidate and do everything possible to get rid of the international bankers political party system; as that system is unconstitutional, and they are not mentioned in our Constitution. Our USA was founded without political parties, and did very well.

The only way, speaking economically, to take control of a country's treasury is through the political party system invented by the European bankers around 14th century. With the big money they make they easily have motivated candidates accept their donations thus becoming their minions. Today, the have trillions of dollars to continue to get into office anyone they want, and who will insure that their interest is dealt with effectively. They pass any laws they want and insured, today, that their banks, military industrial factories can give any amount of money to any candidate.

So, the Presidents, the Congress, and the Supreme Court justices are their minions. They put in their president, he appoints Wall Street types as Secretary of the Treasury, and appoints Judges to the Supreme Court who will pass laws such as the same sex marriage. IHS.

On a cold November evening in 1960, I had walked approximately 1 mile in 30 degree temperature to check out what the weekly movie schedule looked like.

There was a rescue mission, an old converted beer bar, about 6 doors downs from the movie.

As I approached, I could hear singing from the mission. It was a song that my Dad had sang many times. It stirred my inwards that night and I stood outside looking into the dimly lighted building.

About that time, the singing ceased and the "pastor" begin praying.

Th wind had picked up and I was cold. I quietly opened the door and took a seat just inside.

After the pastor's prayer, he asked my name and invited me to join the rest of the congregation, approximately 15-18 persons.

I remember everyone was praying over me, and I remembered the most calm feeling I ever had.

These were "strange people" to me, but I felt they all liked me very much.

I remember kneeling at the "alter", I remember crying until I was so weak my legs weren't holding me.

In an instant, I knew I had been "touched by God's Son". I knew by the changes in my life over the next few weeks. Jesus had been there that night.

As time went on, HIS Spirit led my entire life.

Now, at age 84, I still cherish those few moments at the rescue mission.

I love the Lord Jesus with all my heart, but have not really been an"on fire follower."

I pray that all who reads this will pray for me and most of all:

I pray that each of you will have that one special moment in you life where you can be certain you were spiritually and physically touched by our Lord and Savior.

Thank you for your constant prayers for my sons James and John. I am certain that they are being heard, and that God is working in my boys. Addiction is a tool the devil uses to pull people away from God. It's always awful, but when he grabs kids, it's especially evil. God is the only cure. The only one who can save them. Thank you all for helping them fight.

I would like to help a friend who is involved in disciplinary action against a member of a (very) large organization whose members all love the game of duplicate bridge. There are all levels of proficiency among the membership from professional (all levels again) to rank beginners. The activity the cheater engaged in had not been even possible before the virus and all sanctioned play is online, and this outed and confessed cheater is a professional. My friend is asking for advice and I turned to thinking of Solomon, wondering if I could find some wisdom there to pass on to my friend. I am thinking perhaps the cheater herself should be involved in her judgment.......I feel it is very important for the future of this organization that is truly very important in MANY peoples' lives.

I am a firm and stalwart supporter of your website. The only issue that I would have with your website is the name of it, - "KJV 1611". I, like yourselves, do not believe that the King James Bible is a version of what Almighty God said, rather, it is a God preserved translation of what He said. I believe that we fall into a trap laid by the enemies of God's truth, when we allow the King James Bible to be incorrectly called a version, and thereby resulting in the relegation and downgrade of the truth of it, to be classed and listed among all of the perverted versions of His truth. I believe that your website should be called - "King James Bible 1611", or for short, - "KJB 1611", - thereby sending out a clear and clarion call that it is a God preserved translation of what our Almighty God said, and not a version of what He said.
