Most problem is they think man has to be saved in this age of grace, when scripture teaches most will be saved in the age of judgement.

Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth (in the grave) for the manifestation of the sons of God.

Romans 8:21 For the creature itself SHALL BE DELIVERED into the glorious liberty of the CHILDREN OF GOD.

This happens when Christ has gathered his elect in this age of grace and returns, in the age of judgement, to judge the world.

Coming across the word, "Jehovah," in KJV version, somewhat bothers me; particularly, when I saw the verse Isaiah 26:4 today, on Saturday, March 19.

Is there anyone else who feel the same way or feel strange about this? Just seeing the word reminds me of Jehovah's witnesses. Honestly, I have taken it into practice to not be a part of a denominational group.

If you notice in Exodus 6:3, it's perfect how it explains HE appeared to Abraham, Isaac & Jacob as GOD ALMIGHTY, but JEHOVAH that name was not known to them. It's very interesting the way the Bible has the names of GOD, especially old testament. In Psalms 83:18, Most High over all the earth.

Verses 17 through 21 give a clear indication of the rapture/resurrection of the righteous; and the burden of those left behind who themselves weren't delivered. There is a personalized assurance of resurrection for the prophet (verse 19); and this is similar to the verse in Job which states something similar in the last days. The birth pangs in verse 16 and 17 show how the nation cries out to God in that period of time; which makes the most sense after the rapture of the church and Resurrection of O.T. saints. Interestingly the increase of the nation is indicated twice in verse 15 after an earlier diaspora; which could show that a second phase of that is yet to come (perhaps after defeat of the armies in the Psalm 83 war). Going back to verse 10 and 11 we see a Millennium reference to when God's majesty even in a land of "uprightness" and destruction either at Armageddon or the end of the Millennial period is indicated with fire devouring them (also of course indicative of eternal destruction in hellfire). The chapter begins with the edifice of what no doubt will constitute the heavenly city or Jerusalem during the Millennium; when the hope waited for in verse 8 is finally realized for His people. Those who tread down the lofty city in verse 6 sound similar to the verse about trodding on the ashes of the wicked in Malachi 4:3.

Years ago I was going through heavy loss & I looked up the deeper the meaning of "HE binds up their wounds" & realized in life when we've gone through a surgical procedure or similar the bandages are wrapped around & tended to, sometimes removed & rebound. In the healing process. The more serious, bigger etc. The more to the process & longer to heal. It was comforting to me & I hopefully to you. That it seems to be written in the present tense, meaning HE's actively binding up our wounds. Psalms 147:3, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18,

Hello Charles, The key is to trust in the Lord Jesus, and that may seem obvious, and easier said then done, but my encouragement is to pray fervently throughout each day, that the Lord God would help you trust in him with all your heart as He instructed:

Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding."

We can't simply will ourselves into no longer having fear under our own power; because without Christ we can do nothing (even simple things like trusting Him) - therefore, we need to pray that He will be the one that makes the change in us.

John 15:5

"I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing."

The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 - "Pray without ceasing." so keep praying day after day without ceasing until He gives you that trust and answers your prayers and cry for help.

The Bible shows us fear is a sin ( Revelation 21:8), so it's something we all should be on guard against, and it's good you are confessing it, because James 5:16 makes it sound like that's part of how we are healed from such a fault:

James 5:16 "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

And like any other sin, God promises to give us a way to escape it:

The favor of God can be described as "tangible evidence that a person has the approval of the Lord." When we favor someone, we want to be with him or her. We delight in him/her. We connect with him/her in a way we don't connect with everyone else. We usually favor people who also favor us. What happens when Christ, through judgements, convinces them that they are ungodly:

This is hard to wrap our minds around, Christ has a body that can exist IN MAN, or stand in the presents of man.

It's even harder to wrap our minds around the fact that we ALSO are going to have this SAME BODY.

This is what the thousand year reign with Christ is all about. The thousand years are not LITERALLY ONE THOUSAND YEARS, but one day (DAY OF THE LORD which has been happening now for two thousand years) is as a thousand years and a thousand years as on day ( 2 Peter 3:8).

Matthew 20:1-16 Christ went out at the first of the day (of the Lord) to call workers to his vineyard.

This would apply to all those that were apostles and received the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

When they departed their terrestrial bodies they were given celestial bodies and they are still working in God's vineyard ( Revelation 10:11)( John 1:51)( Genesis 28:12).
