Revelation was written around year 95AD, but the fulfilment of the apocaliptical prophecy would begin after the death of the fifth king (Paulus V) and the sixth king be elected- Paulus VI. Here goes:
Paulus V-( Paulus Quintus) 16 May 1605-28 Jan 1621 (15 years, 257 days)
Paulus VI-(Paulus Sextus) 21 June 1963-6 Aug 1978 (15 years, 46 days)
NOTE:
We are in the year 2.021 in accord Christian calendar. The fulfilment of prophecy of Revelation is very advanced in the time, today we can and MUST say that the above 6 of the 7 "kings" have fallen, it means, they already died.
Paulus VII-(Paulus Septimus) This seventh"king"and LAST POPE is not yet come; and when he cometh, he MUST continue for a short space, i.e. 42 months or 1,260 days, no more, as it is determined by the Word of God, the Word is God. It is he who will rule the FIRST HALF of the last week of Daniel 9:v.27- Revelation 13:v.5.
We are speaking of the book of Revelation, a former sealed book that was with God and He gave it to JESUS, for only He could break the seals. About the book of Revelation, the angel of the Lord said and John did write, as follow:
18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book the seven seals.

You are right. Associate America to Babylon, as the mother of the earth's prostitution and abominations of the earth - Rev.17:v.5 - and as the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus - Rev.17:v.6- and that America sits upon a scarlet coloured Beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns; - OH this theory is deceptive, a diabolical fantasy, it is a satanic theory, it is a false interpretation of the Scriptures, it is the Devil's tares.
Revelation 17:v.1 and 7 and 15-18
1 - Come hither; I will shew unto thee the Judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the Beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
15 The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
16 And the ten horns (10 KINGS) which thou sawest upon the Beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the Beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
The revelations above that JESUS delivered to his angel for revealing them to John in Patmos, they have nothing to do with America. To preach the contrary saying Babylon is America it is doctrine of demons, the Christians which believe in that doctrine believe in demons, MINISTERS of Satan as is written in 2 Corinthians 11:v.15. Check it out.
Please, I do not want to cause or start a debate because similar has been taught for many years, this is just to point out a few things you may look at in your study.
The seven years come from Daniel 9:27, if that prophecy has been fulfilled what does that change?
In Revelation 12:17 the original text, the dragon (Satan) is standing on the sands of the sea after he is cast down permanently to earth with no more access to heaven. Revelation 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. Does that change the scene? Peaceful it will not be.
In Revelation mainly there are Satan, the beast, and a false prophet. From long ago there were angels that left their estate and were locked in chains of darkness in the bottomless pit. We are told in ( Revelation 9:11) the king of the bottomless pit is in Hebrew Abaddon, in Greek Apollyon both meaning destruction the same meaning as perdition like son of.
In Revelation the beast comes from the bottomless pit, ( Revelation 11:7) ( Revelation 17:8) With this in mind, do these verses imply this beast being a man?
The word sea can symbolize peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues, it can also refer to the Mediterranean Sea, also the abyss, and the bottomless pit.
I hope you take this well, it is just something you may look at in your studies. If you still feel confident in your interpretation that's ok. There are things we will not know until they happen and as long as we are watching, we are ready, our faith is strong, we walk in the Spirit of truth, we stand for Jesus, and we are prepared for what we may have to face, even if it is death.

The war in heaven took place before the book of Genesis.
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; the dragon fought and his(evil) angels,
8 And prevailed not;neither was their place found any more in heaven. Regarding the verse 7 above, the angels(messengers) of the current time or time of Apocalypse, actually followers of the Dragon-Satan- are not those which GOD "hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the Judgment of this Great Day - the Lord's Day - but the fallen angels(messengers) of the Churches, MINISTERS of Satan - 2 Cor.11: v.13-15:
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his MINISTERS also be transformed as the MINISTERS of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
---> The Dragon-Satan- has 7 heads and 10 horns, and 7 crowns upon his heads.
The battle is against this SATANIC RELIGIOUS MONSTER, the 7 heads are 7 mountains, and the 7 crowns refers to 7 kings( Revelation 17:v.9-10, right?).
The 10 HORNS are more 10 KINGS ( Revelation 17:v.10), which have received no kingdom as yet; but will receive power as KINGS one hour with the Beast (the Beast of sea-Rev.13:v.1-10).
13 These (10 KINGS) have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the Beast.(to the Beast of sea)
14 These (the Dragon, the Beast of sea, the 10 KINGS) shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them.

THREE UNCLEAN SPIRITS LIKE FROGS
Revelation 16:v.13-16
13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the Dragon, and out of the mouth of the Beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14 For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that Great Day of God Almighty. - The Lord's Day -
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
Why do Scriptures highlight these spirits as frogs? Why frogs? This is an interesting mystery. Here goes what was revealed unto me about this deep mystery.
You all know that, in general, frogs are amphibians vertebrate animals that live between the aquatic environment and the terrestrial environment.
THE AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT OF EVIL SPIRITS LIKE FROGS
Bringing the true assertions above to the spiritual side and for our understanding according Scriptures, we need to quote first Revelation 17:v.15, that says:
15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
As we can see, the verse 15 above shows us, or rather, reveals us the AQUATIC ENVIRONMENT of these spirits of demons like frogs which guide the peoples or rule nations of all tongues in whole earth, through all kind of devilish systems, as religious systems(catholicism, and spiritism, budhism, islamism, among others), and political systems, and military systems, and social and cultural systems, among others systems. In fact, Satan goes to and fro and from walking up and down among them.
The biblical interpretation above is about spirit like frog that infested waters according Revelation 17:v.15.
What is THE TERRESTRIAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE EVIL SPIRITS LIKE FROGS?
And waters mean; peoples, and nations, and multitudes, and tongues
Revelation 17:v.15 - 15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
No sea;
Revelation 21:v.8 - 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
On the other hand: Luke 20:v.35-36
35 But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: (no sea)
36 Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
May CHRIST IN US grace us with HIS wisdom and HIS understanding.
Revelation 17:16 And the ten horns (sons of God) which thou saweth upon the beast (mount of Esau) these (sons of God) shall hate the WHORE (those raised back into SINFUL FLESH), and shall make her desolate, and naked, and shall eat her flesh and, and burn her with (spiritual) FIRE.
Revelation 17:17 For God hath put in their (new) hearts to fulfil his will (all men will be save), and to agree (with his will), and to GIVE THEIR KINGDOM (Christ in you) unto the beast (those resurrected back into sinful flesh), until the words of God be fulfilled (ALL WE WORSHIP, OBEY, AND SERVE GOD).
Jude 1:19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, not having the Spirit.
1 Peter 2:8 ...even to them that stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto they were APPOINTED.
God is assembling a specific group of people in this age. The Priest that are going to rule, reign and judge the rest of the world in the ages to come. If you weren't CALLED (my sheep here my voice) to this glory then you were appointed to wait till the manifestion of the Sons of God. Since it is God's choice and not ours, God want condemn those for eternity that were not chosen to be Priest. They will be judged latter in US and CHRIST.
Jude 1:20 But ye, beloved, building you yourselves on you most holy faith (Christ is our faith), praying in the Holy Ghost,
Jude 1:21 Keeping yourselves (by Christ) in the love of God, looking for MERCY of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life (I am the life).
Jude 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
Jude 1:23 And others save (teaching truth) with fear (respect unto God), pulling them out of the fire (Christ judgement in spiritual fire, just as effective as literal fire)(teaching them knowledge of God's plan), hating even the garment spotted with flesh.
Revelation 17:16 And the ten horns (Sons of God, power through Christ) which though saw on the beast, these shall hate the whore (unfaithfulness), and make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with FIRE,
Revelation 17:17 For God hath put it in their hearts to fulfil HIS WILL (all men will be saved), and give their kingdom (Christ in you) unto the beast, until the words of God (all will worship God) shall be fulfilled.

EVERYTHING from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21 has HIDDEN in it TRUTH of SPIRIT.
The Spirit of God wrote these words; therefore, the WORDS ARE SPIRIT.
MOST only see them as thing that are natural, never growing to maturity in God's word.
YES, definitely Genesis 1:6-8 has a hidden meaning that is SPIRIT.

These are the waters above the heaven.
1 Corinthians 15:38 But God hath given it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.
1 Corinthians 15:40 There are also celestial bodies (above heaven), and bodies terrestrial (below heaven, earth): but the GLORY of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
The old heaven and the old earth are symbols of the Old Covenant. The new heavens and new earth are symbols of the NEW COVENANT. The sea is also symbolic of:
Revelation 17:15 .... The waters (seas) which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea (remember Abraham was told the people would be as the sand of the sea), and I saw a beast rise out of the sea (multitude of peoples).....
WE all start our lives under the power of the prince of the air (Satan; serpent of the sea).
Isaiah 27:1 ....even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.
Revelation 21:1 ...and there was no more sea (Satan was defeated at Christ resurrection ,the NEW Covenant.

We are in the DAY OF THE LORD. One day; that hasn't been completed YET.
The US = Mystery Babylon: No other country is close to Sodom and Gomorrah than America.
The Beast = Russia: No other country fits the description like Russia. The characteristics of the beast shouts Russia:
1) "More stout than his fellows". Russia has 11 time zones ( Daniel 7:20).
2) He is the 8th and is of the 7. Russia is, was the 8th G8 member and is of the G7 ( Revelation 17:20).
3) In 1991 the USSR suffered a "deadly wound", which has been healed into the Russian Federation. The people will marvel at Russia ( Revelation 13:3).
4) Even though God has always held back Esau (Russia), he will now bring Esau forth with his northern army to destroy Jacob (US/NATO/Israel) ( Ezekiel 38:4).
5) Obadiah states Esau (Russia) annihilated Jacob (US/Israel) then engaged in destruction beyond Babylon with an "evil thought" ( Ezekiel 38:10), by taking 3 allies from his own camp.
6) Esau pounds Jacob so badly that the earth is knocked off its axis and wobbles back and forth like a drunkard ( Isaiah 24:20).
7) The last time Esau and Jacob met up was on the trail, Genesis 33. Jacob was afraid Esau would kill him for stealing his birthright, but instead they exchanged gifts and parted ways.
8) Esau will make Jacob lean this time around ( Isaiah 24:1-16).
CHRIST'S rule upon earth is not done from the natural Jerusalem existing in Israel east of the Mediterranean Sea; it is done through NEW JERUSALEM described in Revelation 21.
Revelation 21:22 And I saw NO TEMPLE therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the LAMB are THE TEMPLE OF IT.
Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was offered ONCE to BEAR THE SINS of many; and unto them that (the SPIRIT causes) to look for him shall he APPEAR THE SECOND TIME (second coming) WITHOUT SIN UNTO SALVATION.
NEW JERUSALEM is ruling NOW. You can live in NEW JERUSALEM NOW.
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a NEW HEAVEN and NEW EARTH (born of the SPIRIT): for the First heaven and the first earth were passed away (died on the cross with CHRIST);and there was no more sea (that the beast came out of). Revelation 13:1
Revelation 21:2 And I John saw (in vision) the holy city, New Jerusalem, COMING DOWN FROM GOD (SPIRIT) out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
John 3:13 No man has ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is IN HEAVEN (CHRIST IN YOU Colossians 1:27)

While there is no direct evidence of this, there are many compelling theories.
I hold no ill will towards the RCC followers, however I will say that the RCC as an establishment has a questionable and dark past.
For an entity that is supposed to represent G_D's will on earth, I can't quite see how a history of oppression and systematic destruction of all who question or have a difference of opinion can be reconciled with his will.
I am not an expert on the subject, by any stretch of the imagination but even I can see they are at odds with G_D's true word.
Then again I have issues with organized religion as a whole. Anytime you take something pure and add human nature and money into the equation it gets corrupted.
Religion is no exception, Over the centuries it has been twisted and bastardized to fit whatever narrative man has needed it to in order to get other men to follow the "rules".
Whatever those "rules" were at that particular time period.
Fear has always been a great motivator, and there is no greater fear then going to hell for some people.
The RCC has the "Hell and damnation" market cornered, over the years they have become de-facto experts on using the fear of those to keep their followers in line.
Inventing a "devil" in order to do that wouldn't be out of line for them, but then again they are the only ones with the evidence and they aren't talking.
I digress, this is just my $0.02 so take it for what it's worth....or maybe we could ask Dan Brown for his expert opinion. (

Also as you basically condemn "if you add to Jesus Christ". What happens if you take away from Him?

If you add to who Jesus is then you create another Jesus and another gospel , another Spirit .
Jesus is the Son of God as declared so many times in the bible by God and Jesus and many others .
Without God dwelling in the believer, it's impossible to understand just how deep being the Son of God Is .
Therefore a new doctrine is made by men and false .
The RCC is the mother and the harlots are other false churches that hold to her doctrines .
It's only mystery to those in it , and it's world wide .
The true believer is called to come out of her .
The primary doctrine is the Trinity doctrine that is totally not found in the bible and has no basis for evaluating a persons relationship with God .
The true believer believes that Jesus is the Son of God .
The Antichrist churches can not except this as true doctrine but add to it in many ways and corrupt themselves in do doing .
( Ezekiel 21:12) Cry and howl, son of man: for it shall be upon my people,...smite therefore upon thy thigh. "smite therefore upon thy thigh" is reference to Jacob wrestling an angel for the birthright he obtained from a hungry Esau, for a bowl of lentil soup. Wrestling the angel permanently injured Jacob's thigh ( Genesis 32:24-25). Seen as our "Jacob's time of trouble"; the great tribulation.
God made both Gog and Esau "small" and "despised "( Obadiah 1:2) Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen: thou art greatly despised.
( Daniel 11:23) And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.

The three evil spirits that God had stricken us with, to prove us, are gone. ( Revelation 16:13) ( Revelation 19:20) ( Revelation 20:10). It is the dragon (satan) the boss that gets locked up for 1,000 years..
Below is conclusive "mirroring" evidence of the spirit world hierarchy:
( Daniel 8:24) And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
"but not by his own power" as that power comes from the dragon, given from God.
( Revelation 13:2) And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
"the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority". satan gives power to antichrist, antichrist is the son of satan, but antichrist is not satan. antichrist is under the possession of satan.
( Titus 2:13) Many scriptures point to Jesus being God, but this hierarchy evidence can't be overlooked. Jesus told his adversaries all along who he was, but they didn't have the wherewithal to grasp it, Jesus continually said His power was not of His own, but of the Father. The theologians argue this paradox out to contention.
( John 5:19) ...The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do....
( John 12:49) For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me....
When Christ returns with his saints to rule and judge this world then we will see:
Isaiah 26:9 With my soul I have desired in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I speak early: for when thy JUDGEMENTS are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world WILL LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Revelation 17:16-17 And the ten horns (overcomers, judges) which thou saw on the beast (man who does not have the name of their Father written in their forehead) shall hate the whore (those unfaithful to Christ their husband) and shall make her desolate and naked (judgement), and shall eat her flesh (judgement), and shall burn her with fire (judgement).
(vs 17) For God has put in their hearts to fulfil his will (turn the other cheek, love your enemies), and to AGREE (with him), and give THEIR KINGDOM unto the beast, until the words of God be fulfilled.
Revelations 15:4 ..... for ALL NATIONS shall come and worship before thee; for thy JUDGEMENTS are made manifest.
Psalms 67:7 God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
Isaiah 52:10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of the God.
As this has been discussed before I will put my portion. I do not say Jesus Christ is God the Father. He is the only begotten Son of God. Though He was more than just a "sinless" man. He was part man part God. Born of a virgin who was conceived by the Holy Ghost ( Matthew 1:20, Luke 1:30-35. Even at age twelve He astonished people who heard Him. He knew God was His Father then Luke 2:47-49. To me showing He did not just receive the Holy Ghost(Spirit of God) at His water baptism in the Jordan. If the sign of the Spirit descending from Heaven like a dove was for just a sign for John or for His supernatural powers only God knows. John 1:32-34.
If some think that believing Jesus Christ is more that just a man is taking something away from the Father. God wants us to honor His Son as He is the only way to the Father. Scriptures pointing to Him being more than "just" a man John 3:12-13, John 3:33-35, John 3:38, John 8:54-58, John 17:3-5, Colossians 1:12-20, Hebrews 1:1-4.
Also titles Jesus Christ, the Son of God, uses like Alpha and Omega(first and last) in the beginning of Revelation. The Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, being King of kings and Lord of Lords Revelation 17:14. Also the Word of God and King of kings and Lord of lords given to the man riding the white horse out of Heaven. I believe is Jesus Christ.
Besides all of the miracles He performed. Him being transfigured on the mountain Matthew 17:2.
There is one True Holy Living Almighty God. Saying the Father, Word, and Holy Ghost are one. Also as how many verses I have that state the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of God, and the Holy Ghost are in us after being saved. To me showing Jesus Christ is the Word of God and one with God and the Holy Ghost.

This chapter is a vision of the finished work of the cross.
Revelation 15:1 ....having the seven last plagues, in them (plagues) is filled up the wrath of God.
These plagues had to be fulfilled before the kingdom of heaven is possible.
(vs 2) The sea is symbolic of people ( Revelation 17:15) the fire is symbolic of Christ ( Hebrews 12:29) these have become one with Christ ( John 17:21)( Ephesians 2:15).
(vs 3-4) The praises to God for their salvation.
(vs 5) Access to the temple is near. The temple is symbolic of Christ. Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up ( John 2:19)
(vs 6-7) The wrath of God is now ready to be poured out.
(vs 8) .....no man is able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels be fulfilled.
Isaiah 53:10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him...
THE WRATH OF GOD WAS POURED OUT ON CHRIST, the last plague being death; now we can enter the temple (CHRIST IN YOU AND YOU IN CHRIST) Christ has become our PASSOVER LAMB, death has passed over us.

Forty two months is the three and one half years of Christs ministry. John the Baptist to Jesus crucifixion.

Did you notice that the abomination that MAKETH desolate was set up at the same time the daily sacrifice was taken away and replaced by the ONCE FOR ALL sacrifice of Christ.
After Christ resurrection the treading under foot or the (spiritual) holy city (new Jerusalem) by the Gentiles became a lost cause.

Perhaps these horn parallel or are a shadow of the horns of the alter in the old testament.
