Let each one of us judge for ourselves if we are in faith as the scriptures say then we will be able to avoid the mark of the beast.
May our Creator YAH bless and keep us for His kingdom
1. There is no letter J in Hebrew.
2. The pronouncing of our Creator's name can be found in the word HalleluYah found in the book of Psalms and the book of Revelation.
3. The name Jehovah does not carry the meaning that is in our Creator's name
This is the battle we all face in life as Christians & the word to us is always to persevere in our faith & not lose heart. Satan will always be at our door to force us or trap us into some sin - we will be victorious over some - we might fail in others. But I see a couple of key things here for you (& each of us): when our spirits are affected because of some act of sin, we know that it is God's Spirit within us Who is reminding us of our slip up & He is there to help you find forgiveness & restoration: God's Presence. The other thing is that through such failure, we are being taught & strengthened in being more watchful for the next time & in better dealing with it: God's Power. In other words, even though we might not see it, as we gain victories over sin, however small, we are learning to be fully cast upon the Lord & we are becoming more like Him.
If there's a particular area of your life that you know that Satan is attacking you in & causing you to sin, then it is something that needs to be brought before the Lord & your special attention through prayer, reading the Word & using it in those times of temptation. For some, it may be, being given to anger easily, or impatience, or careless thoughts, or many other areas of weakness. All these areas, God is able to help you, strengthen & guide you through, as you look to Him & rest in Him. 1 Corinthians 10:13; James 1:2,3.
These verses from verse 1 to 7, is a discourse to Cyrus, the Persian King, revealing Who this God is, Who will use the king as His instrument. So verse 7 comes as a further reminder to Cyrus that this God is unlike anyone else: He creates Light & He has the power to remove it (once Light from a source is removed, darkness prevails - it's the default with light's absence). He can bring about peace (or, happiness, prosperity) & also can remove that (thereby evil will become present & rampant, as a default state, with Satan's affectation upon man & the world). The Lord has the power to do all things, which the Persian gods could never do.
To be able to correctly understand the 'behaviour' of a Holy God Who can do no evil, for evil is never present within Him, the only way that I can read this verse, is to know that the God Who creates, can also remove (i.e. the opposite is 'created') & not that God has any unjustified evil planned that He wants to create. However, it is true, God does bring on 'evil', as in consigning men to hell, but that comes as a justified punishment for man's disobedience & rejection of Him.
With Jesus, He generally referred Himself as the Son of Man & yet we know that He was also the Son of God. The Son of God title was to acknowledge His Deity (i.e. His indivisible relationship with His Father) & the Son of Man title, associated with His Humanity, coming into the World in a human body.
Matthew 26:63-65: "And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God. Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses?" Here we see an example of where Caiaphas the High Priest asked about Jesus's Sonship & Jesus affirmed that He was the Son of God but that he (the priest), & all others, would see the "Son of Man" seated in Heaven & returning one day to Earth. And to this Caiaphas accused Jesus of blasphemy as Jesus claimed to be God. So this Son of God by Divine right to the Father was also the Son of Man on Earth & is so presently in Heaven, i.e. God in the Flesh seated at the right Hand of God.
So, if even Jesus doesn't know, why would you think you can? It already says in the Bible no one knows. So, when someone claims they know or thinks they can know, the Bible already debunked that. I trust God's word over what man says.
There is no Ecclesiastes 32. Maybe you mean 12
But bear in mind that the fire & the dove that describes the Spirit's anointing should not be seen as actual fire or an actual dove, but merely a description of God's presentation to people there. In fact, a dove could not be used by God, as that would depict God in animal form, which amounts to idolatry & breaking of the second commandment.
Another trinity doctrine , proof of error .
Isaiah 14:12 "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nation
Revelation Chapter 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Who spoke it God or Jesus ?
The answer is so obvious.
I dont understand is he saying the poor be under his footstool is the poor less than a man in gay clothing . I think I am missing something .
Darkness = evil = trials, tribulations and all sorts of problems encountered by Christians = use by God to test our faith in God
If & when Christians chose not to rely on own understanding, seek God's wisdom, able to go through trials/problems, by faith able to solve problems. During the process - made mistakes but learned new things - what works, what doesn't work gained wisdom, leads to success
Prosperity - successful life on earth while having intimate fellowship with God.
Disaster - however, if and when Christians because of prideful desires, chose not to seek God's guidance, continue to struggle, makes mistakes after mistakes, discouraged, get addicted into something - bring disaster to self - broken relationships.
God created all these things for our common good. God loves us, gave us freedom to see the light, darkness, prosperity and disaster to teach us lessons, to purge and cleanse us from our self-centered free will walking in the flesh versus walking in the spirit.
