You stated, "If you don't receive salvation until final judgment, how can you say we can lose our salvation?" I should have said "expected salvation", my apologies, I believe we have an "expectation of salvation" after being Born Again.
I believe you seem to be saying you have guaranteed salvation now! Please correct me if I'm misinterpreting you on this. I said that when we are born again we must work out our salvation with fear and trembling as expressed by apostle Paul and by becoming obedient to God including following his commandments, while following Christ's examples for living a good productive Christian life.
It is my belief that we can lose "our expected salvation" come judgement day if Jesus makes this determination per his scripture. Please Reread: Revelation 22:12-14 Jesus will be the Judge regarding everyones salvation.
Does Jesus make the final call? I believe he does!
God Bless.
I'm a little confused here. You said "I believe that we can actually lose our salvation - because I believe we do not receive it until our final judgement."
If you don't receive salvation until final judgment, how can you say we can lose our salvation? How can you lose something you don't presently have?
You mention being born again? For me it means that I have been born of God's Spirit. My salvation is present tense, not something I receive after death and judgement.
You say that the problem lies where Paul says that if we are not fearful, we can slip back into our sinful worldly ways and lose our salvation. I'm assuming you are referring to Philippians 2:12 where Paul says to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling?
But Paul does not say anything about losing salvation. Why would Paul say to work out our own salvation if we're not saved now? If we're not saved now, then there's no salvation to work out!
I agree that we still have free will after being born again. We have free will to be disobedient to the Lord. But if we choose to be disobedient, He's going to deal with us. When Satan tempts you to be disobedient to the Lord, what are you going to do? Jonah exercised his free will when God told him to go to Ninevah. That didn't work out to well for Jonah.
Do you honestly believe that in Revelation 22:12-14 that "Jesus is telling us what He will be expecting from us to receive our salvation and enter into the City?" We should already know what He expects. Why would He tell us at that time what He expects from us? I already know what He expects from me. He expects obedience and faithfulness. These verses are referring to the time where we as believers will stand at the judgement seat of Christ. This judgement is not to determine salvation, but what reward/s we will receive. We're saved now. We as believers will all pass through the fire, and whatever is not of Christ will burn, but we ourselves will be saved ( 1 Corinthians 3:11-17).
Thanks for your well written response.
I'm in agreement with you in that we are dependent on Jesus for Salvation. He will be our Judge.
Where I believe we have a difference in opinion, is after we have been Born Again, God still gives us a free will to do good or bad. Herein lies the the problem. If we are not fearful, as Paul states, we can slip back into our sinful worldly ways and based on much scripture, I believe that we can actually lose our salvation - because I believe we do not receive it until our final judgement.
Here is Jesus telling us what he will be expecting from us to receive our salvation and enter into the City.
Revelation 22:12-14
I do agree with you that God will work in us Through his Holy Spirit, but since we still have a free will, and the devil will continue to try his best to tempt us, (as the devil tempted Jesus) we will need to continue to strive, to become obedient, and work out our salvation as Paul stated.
In other words, we should work toward our own salvation with fear and trembling, as Paul described. This mindset can only help to humble us and hopefully keep us on track! I really think that Paul meant what he said regarding this recommendation to us. (The Church)
God Bless.
Luke 16:26 The gulf that can't be passed over is death and the grave, locked in prison.
Matthew 5:25-26 In this scripture our (flesh) is the adversary to God (Spirit) if we don't agree with Him, he delivers us to the judge (Christ, the words and chastisement), if we still don't agree, he delivers us to the officer (death) and cast us into prison (grave).
Revelation 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan (flesh) shall be loosed out of prison (death and the grave), the gulf that couldn't be crossed.
Christ has the keys to death and the grave. His resurrection unlocked and destroyed death and the grave, we are restored to Sons of God. ( Job 38:7)( Revelation 22:16)
Job 17:13-16
Chris, for fifty plus years, I was taught and BELIEVED in a Literal place called heaven and a Literal place called hell.
God stopped me dead in my tracks and isolated me for five plus years with his word and his Spirit, and taught me what the Kingdom of God actually is. It not a place, it's a person, Sons of God, like Christ himself.
All of creation are brothers and sisters, of an in CHRIST, and at God's appointed time, each and everyone with be delivered, By CHRIST, into the Kingdom of God.
It is the only book that gives the truth about heaven, the world to come and the spiritual battle that is Going on between God and the devil or Satan. It is the only book that gives the truth on the supernatural the spiritual
operation of God and satan. It is the only book that when you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart Romans 10:9+10 that you receive the spirit of God and get Born again. It Is Perfect and no other book in the world can make that claim, it is written by men that were told what to write by the Spirit of God 2 peter 1:20+21. It is perfect scientifically
laws of physics mathematically all of creation is answered and penned by Gods Hand. If you choose to believe you can't really live without it!
Romans 8:11 For the children being not yet born, neither having done any GOOD or EVIL, that the PURPOSE OF GOD according to election might stand, not of works, but if him that calleth;
Ephesian 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundations of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.
Hebrews 4:3 .... the WORKS were finished before the foundation of the word.
Abel was chose, Cain was not, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, all the prophets, etc., etc. were CHOSEN for the PURPOSE of GOD, all others were not CHOSEN during their first life in the flesh, but will be resurrected back to their flesh, and then be save, but according to the purpose and election of GOD, at each ones appointed time.
Those chosen in this age, are chosen for a PURPOSE OF GOD, to be PRIEST in the KINGDOM OF GOD, on this earth.
All others will have a different office in God's kingdom, but eventually brought into the priesthood.
Ezekiel 20:37 And I WILL CAUSE YOU to pass under the rod, and will bring you into the covenant of God.
In the OLD testament, every tenth one that passed under the ROD was and offering unto the LORD.
Malachi 3:3 ... that they may offer to the Lord an OFFERING in RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Isaiah 6:13 But yet in the land shall be a TENTH, and it (the tenth) shall return, and shall be eaten: as a teil tree, and as an oak, whose substance (the HOLY SEED, CHRIST IN YOU) is in them, when they (the trees) cast their leaves: so the HOLY SEED shall be the substance thereof.
Revelation 22:2 And in the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the TREE(S) OF LIFE which bear twelve manner of fruit every month: and the LEAVES OF THE TREE(S) was for the healing of the nations.
This is the purpose of those CHOSEN by election, in this AGE.
We are in agreement with the promise of the gift/favor that God gave us, it is "THE WAY" for us to have salvation. I believe based on the scripture that if we except the gift/favor, our current worldly life should die, and we will live a "New Life" as a Christ follower. Following Christ we will become obedient, and in doing so follow God's Commandments, and produce good fruits and good works.
If we just say "we believe", and then continue to live our current worldly sinful lives, we will not receive salvation, this based entirely on my reading/understanding of the bible scripture.
Jesus Christ/God is consistent throughout the bible that we must become obedient. He is consistent in the OT, NT, and even after he died on the cross he is consistent with instructing us to be obedient if we want our salvation. Here is Jesus (40-50 years after his death) revealing to apostle John in Revelation, what he will expect from each of us if we hope to enter into the city/heaven.
Revelation 22:12-14
12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
In summary, Jesus is telling us that we will be rewarded for our works, and if we want to enter into salvation we will do his commandments. So, Jesus is the Judge, telling us what he will want from us to enter Salvation! He is not saying "all we have to do is believe". Jesus is always consistent, and we must be obedient - according to Jesus.
Jesus words last forever:
Matthew 24:35
"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away."
As Christians, if we are sincere about achieving salvation - are we to just disregard all of this scripture spoken by Jesus?
God Bless.
Then we get Saul coming out of nowhere & never numbered with the twelve apostles. We know the difficulty he had with that, in spite of him believing what the Lord Jesus Who appeared to him from Heaven, declared ( Acts 26:13-18, before King Agrippa). Even when the Corinthians began to doubt his apostleship, Paul had to declare that he was called by the Lord to this work ( 1 Corinthians 15:7-9, the least of the apostles & one born out of due time). And there are many other references where Paul had to prove his calling & apostleship. Yet, he was a chosen vessel having seen the risen Christ just as the other twelve did. So we get a clear idea of what the position of an apostle is. If we then attempt to bring that into the post-apostolic period, then the closest we can equate that to, is the Missionary, who does the work of the apostle, especially if he has had that heavenly vision.
In relation to prophets, this seems clearer. You know what the prophetical utterances & writings are, as seen in the Word. And you also know, the Book of the Revelation given to John with the stern warning in Revelation 22:18,19. In my understanding, what could a supposed prophet of God reveal to us that is more than what we find in the OT & NT till the final revelation? No one has yet declared a prophetical event in the future with any certainty. Many have tried & their prophecies have failed. And to overcome this problem of the end of the prophetical voice, some believe that a so-called prophet who brings any message, becomes a prophetical word. I think a preacher/teacher does that quite well.
Many claim the apocrypha should never have been included in the first place, raising doubt about its validity and believing it was not God-inspired (for instance, a reference about magic seems inconsistent with the rest of the Bible: Tobit chapter 6, verses 5-8). Others believe it is valid and that it should never have been removed- that it was considered part of the Bible for nearly 2,000 years before it was recently removed a little more than 100 years ago. Some say it was removed because of not finding the books in the original Hebrew manuscripts. Others claim it wasn't removed by the church, but by printers to cut costs in distributing Bibles in the United States. Both sides tend to cite the same verses that warn against adding or subtracting from the Bible: Revelation 22:18. The word 'apocrypha' means 'hidden.' Fragments of Dead Sea Scrolls dating back to before 70 A.D. contained parts of the apocrypha books in Hebrew, including Sirach and Tobit [source].
Keep this in mind when reading the following apocryphal books. Martin Luther said, "Apocrypha--that is, books which are not regarded as equal to the holy Scriptures, and yet are profitable and good to read." (King James Version Defended page 98.)

You seem to be accepting only scripture that assures you - that no matter what you do - you will go to heaven! Sounds a lot like the false doctrine being preached in many of the mega churches today. People love it, look at the size of the congregations. Sure, you can keep your worldly life, sin at will, and low and behold - you have been told if you just believe - you will have ever lasting life - in Heaven.
Any chance all these crowds of people might be mistaken, and could they be overlooking simple bible scripture right in front of them:
Matthew 7:13-15
13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
We can't just ignore ton's of scripture, including much of the gospel of Jesus Christ, as well as his teachings while on this earth.
Here's just one scripture spoken by Jesus, that deals directly with salvation, specifically telling us what Jesus will be expecting from us - if we wish to enter into the city. (Heaven) Jesus gave these words in Revelation from his place in heaven to apostle John, 40-50 years after his death.
Revelation 22:12-14
12 And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city
Jesus is telling us that he is the Judge. He tells us he will reward us according to our work. He also says, blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates of the city.(Heaven)
Something to really think about.
God Bless.
So you want us to disregard all of this scripture?
Isaiah 44:6
"Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God."
Isaiah 48:12
"Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last."
Revelation 1:8
"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."
Revelation 1:17-18
17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
Revelation 21:6-7
6 "And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely."
7 "He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son"
Revelation 22:12-17 12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. 16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
Based on Scripture - Jesus is God.
God Bless.
It's wonderful that you want to be in the House of the Lord. Here are the keys to the Kingdom - per Jesus!
Believe!
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Be baptized in water and receive God's Holy Spirit!
John 3:5
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."
Repent from your sin!
Revelation 3:19
"As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent."
Strive to keep God's 10 Commandments.
John 14:15
"If ye love me, keep my commandments."
Come judgement day, Jesus will be our Judge, he tells us here in scripture below what will he will want from us to enter into his Kingdom.
Keep your bible close to you, read it and Believe!
God Bless.
1) Since God Said 'Eternal' Life, then God's Eternal Salvation is Biblically Correct; IF man is able to Change it to 'temporary/conditional' life, then it is incorrect
2) Since Christ's Blood Is ALL-Sufficient, then God's Eternal Salvation is Biblically Correct; IF man 'needs to ADD' Any conditions to "The Already COMPLETE 'Payment'," then it is incorrect
3) Since God Is 100% Correct, then men's "Changes And Additions" are ZERO percent correct Deuteronomy 4:2, Deuteronomy 12:32; Revelation 22:18,19
4) "good works" are Not for life, But are for reward, once we, The Body Of Christ, have "entered into God's Guaranteed 'Eternal' Life" at our Glorification, and "stand At The Judgment Seat Of Christ!" 1 Corinthians 3:6-15 cp "carnal saint" in 1 Corinthians 5:1-5
God's 'Simple' Will: Link
And let's face it, the Revelation is generally acknowledged as the final set of prophecies for the close of this age & ushering in of the new. I'm unsure which 'prophet', since John's prophetical vision, can add to that Book - some of course have tried, whether prophesying events, dates, etc., & all have proved false. At most, self-acclaimed prophets can make a hit-and-miss forecast, a little like clairvoyants of today. A prophecy from God must be true in every respect, or else it's false. If a brother brings forth a prophecy that is already declared in God's Word, it's not prophetical, but instructional, whether as a warning or an exhortation. We must not convert prophetical utterances found in the Scriptures to mean something else today - this is false & misleading.
You state: "I don't believe there's any special formula for salvation other than surrendering to Christ and receiving His Spirit."
Respectfully, I think there is more to it than you expressed, and I believe Jesus does have "a special formula", and it is outlined throughout the bible. I say this so others will not take lightly their salvation, and hopefully they will study the scriptures on their own, to satisfy themselves that they are really following God's requirements "per the bible scripture."
John 3:5
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
1 John 5:3
"For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous."
John 14:15
"If ye love me, keep my commandments."
John 14:21
"He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him."
Jesus tells us that he will be our Judge, and he tells us what he will be looking for in us in order to enter into the Kingdom: Revelation 22:12-14
God Bless.
Day and night, light and darkness have other meanings other than we think of in this physical world. John 1:4-5 Romans 13:12. In day three, grass, herbs, fruit trees came forth growing and full of life in preparation of the other life that was to come for to be food. God is light as we see in Revelation 21:23-25 and Revelation 22:5 when all is new there will be no night, no moon, or sun, the glory of God will be the lighten and Jesus will be the light.
The sun and moon and the stars were placed in the firmament (heaven) on day four after the plants on this earth were thriving in day three so, what we hear things cannot grow without the sun or the earth would be a ball of ice, leave out the glory of God and His only begotten Son, the light that darkness/unbelievers comprehend not.
God bless,
RLW
Amen! (I like your name!)
I also believe John 14:6 is paramount to our salvation, but do you think we can disregard any other scripture from Jesus? Can we just pick and choose scripture that we like, or that suits our lifestyle? (Is it that Easy) How about the following scripture?
John 3:5
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."
John 14:15
"If ye love me, keep my commandments."
Revelation 22:12-14
12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Matthew 7:21-23
21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
So, are we to believe in John 14:6 and then be of no concern with Christ's gospel and other scripture that instructs us on how we must live our lives in order to enter into the Kingdom of God?
God Bless.
We have different word in translations on Revelation 22:9 co-servant is not a human. fellowservant is not necessary a human.
U know we have Only One God an He is God and Him we shall worship. Not anybody else. I reed this today:
Colossians 2:6 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
18Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
I'll hope this will help u Love u in Christ.
Regarding the thief on the cross, I will reiterate previous responses directed at this issue. God can have mercy on whomever he pleases, please see the scripture below:
Romans 9:18 "Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth."
It sounds like you have an issue with God choosing who he wants to have mercy on? If so, your argument is not with me, it is with God!
When Jesus forgave the thief on the cross it was "a special act of mercy" for the thief, and NOT a message "to all mankind" to go ahead and keep sinning and as long as you believe in Christ you will be saved. That is a FALSE MESSAGE with a cult like following. The devil and his demons believe, based on your doctrine "of believe only" they go to heaven too!!
In addition to Believing, we must be baptized in water, receive the Holy Spirit, also REPENT, and lead a good christian life following the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is Jesus/God stating all of this throughout the bible, and in the following scripture:
John 3:5
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Do you believe the above scripture? If you believe the above scripture, and if you love Jesus you will follow HIS advice! If you turn your back on the above scripture, Jesus has already said that he will be our JUDGE, and he will judge us according to HIS WORD!
If you can't believe the above scripture from Jesus/God, your disagreement is not with me, it's with God!
God Bless.
This Book is what the risen Jesus, the Son of God, wanted to show to John & then John to deliver the message to us. Jesus did by passing His Message (i.e. the whole Book of the Revelation) via His angel (we're not told his name). So when you read Revelation 22:8,9, you can well imagine the state of ecstasy that John was already in because of the volume & intensity of those visions, which he could barely comprehend & even make sense of. Therefore, I see John as almost losing his self-awareness because of being in rapture, that he fell to the ground to pay homage to the deliverer of those visions, rather than to the Author of them. But the angel quickly retorts, 'Don't be foolish & do such a thing, rather worship & thank God; for I am only the messenger, as the prophets of old were, doing the Will & Work of God.' My apologies for this rendering; just wanted to share how I understand this passage whenever I come to it. Yes, I believe the angel was a 'heavenly being', of similar state as the other angels, & as the others from Earth in their glorified state.
To me, Revelation 22:9 reads that John was interacting with a (resurrected human) fellow servant, a brethren of the other prophets and a Christ/God follower on a level consistent with the Apostle John himself. So, essentially asking John to not worship him, but to worship God.
God Bless.
Here's what I can share with you. Hopefully this helps.
Revelation 22:8 was probably a natural response by John. After going through all of this, and getting to see and experience all these things in the spirit, John falls down to worship at the feet of the angel.
Revelation 22:9: Then he (the angel) says unto me, See thou do it not: for I am your fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book:
And then the angel gives a command: Worship God. Why would an angel say this?
At the end of Hebrews chapter 1, it says the angels are ministering spirits to those who belong to Christ, to those who are saved. So the angels see themselves as part of God's work among us. And so this angel says "Don't worship me. I'm just a messenger like you are. But rather, worship God."
It's kind of interesting because even from the Old Testament, you cannot worship anybody but God. But yet, after the resurrection of Christ in John chapter 20, when Jesus appeared to the disciples behind closed doors, and Thomas was with them, Thomas sees Him and says "My Lord, and my God."
Well, if He's not Lord and God, then that's blasphemy. But Jesus didn't tell Thomas "Hey, you shouldn't say that Thomas. I'm just the Son. I'm not God." No, Jesus received Thomas' worship because He is God. Worship Him!
Again, I hope this helps!
I believe that your message is incorrect, and it conflicts with God's true message.
God can have mercy on whomever he pleases.
Romans 9:18
"Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth."
The example that you stated of Jesus forgiving the thief on the cross was "a special act of mercy" for the thief, NOT a message to "all mankind" to go ahead and keep sinning and just say that you believe in Christ and you will be saved. That message of just believing is a FALSE MESSAGE! Even the devil and his demons believe, are they going to heaven too?
We must not only believe, we must be baptized in water, receive the Holy Spirit, also REPENT, and lead a good christian life following the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Jesus/God's message is plain for all to see. We can't just ignore what Jesus instructs us to do. There is so much scripture of Jesus telling us what we need to do, to enter into the kingdom.
Do you believe the above scripture? If you believe the above scripture, and if you love Jesus you will follow HIS advice! If you turn your back on the above scripture, Jesus has already said that he will be our JUDGE, and he will judge us according to HIS WORD!
God Bless.
Fear not! Walk with Jesus Christ, read and believe His Gospel. Follow HIS commandments and he will guide you to everlasting life!
None of us will ever be perfect. We must try to follow in Christs footsteps, and when we fall short, we must pray for forgiveness.
Jesus will be our JUDGE and he tells us in scripture what he will look for in us:
John 3:5
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."
We must believe, and be baptized in Water and the Holy Spirit!
Above, Jesus tells us that we need to follow God's 10 commandments, hopefully in doing so, we will be producing the good works/good fruit as required by Jesus above, in order to enter in though the gates of the city.
God Bless
Yes, you are correct about water baptism according to Jesus.
We should believe in what Jesus states in scripture below:
John 3:5
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God."
Note: Don't let men confuse you, always test the scripture by comparing what Jesus tells us. The only way to God is through Jesus.
John 14:6
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
Many today will turn their back on Jesus, and preach another Gospel that differs from what Jesus taught. They will say many things to try to convince you to turn your back on Jesus and God.
If the gospel or scripture, or man's word's don't match what Jesus says in scripture, it really means nothing. Jesus will be our Judge and he will make the decision on whom enters the Kingdom.
God Bless.
Brother, on part one, this is something I will have to study more, I agree with what you are saying but it seems empty, if you know what I mean. Because the first Adam, before he sinned is unlike any mortal man since he sinned, his body was not born in corruption like ours, sin was not in him. We know man cannot see Gods face and live, Exodus 33:20-23, until the new heaven and new earth, Revelation 22:3-4 in our glorified bodies.
Going by Exodus no man can see God's face, so is that after sin or does that include the first Adam? If so, how did God communicate with Adam? He communicates with us through His Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus that dwells in us like you said by the blood of Christ shed on the cross. We see that even after they were cast out of the garden they were still in the presence of God because Cain was the first to be driven from the presence of God, Genesis 4:13-16.
Are the cherubim and flaming swords a shadow of the ark where God sits between the cherubim? Is that why they were in the presence of God?
I feel the first Adam and the last Adam Jesus Christ is all part of Gods plan that was before this world and I feel it involves Satan because this plan, that was before this world, included the lake of fire that was prepared for the devil and his angels, Matthew 25:4. However God communed with the first Adam he was part of this plan that Satan could not see, up to the crucifying of the last Adam, the only begotten Son, Satan was blind to this because he did not try to stop it. Like what He tried to do with Job he thought he could get Job to curse God to His face, which he also failed.
The questions here is more for me to study not to you.

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the Tree of Life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
I found this when I was searching for the Ark of the Covenant. I'm not sure the Ark of the Covenant being in heaven as the scriptures show. I think it will be at the Battle of Armageddon. Guess I'll have to wait and see.
Neither has been found. Archaeologists have nothing. They think they found the location of Eden, but cannot find any proof of human remains or relics. Interesting
