King James Bible
King James Version (KJV)

Note: this list of names and titles of Jesus may not be exhaustive. Some terms describing Jesus in the Bible are adjectives and not necessarily titles; some are not simple to disginguish. Some use capitalized titles in the KJV text, like Alpha and Omega, but some are not capitalized indicating an informal name or description. The list is summarized for simplicity and does not necessarily capture all variations of a name. For example, the word 'the' could be added in front of some of these names and be Biblically accurate. John 11:25 uses the phrase "...I am the resurrection, and the life..." The word "resurrection" and "life" could be added as separate names, but is currently listed on this page as "Resurrection, and the Life." In 1 John 2:2, Jesus is referred to as the "propitiation for our sins", but in Romans 3:25 it lists the word in a different way; not every variation is listed. The verse references to the right of the name lists only one example usage per name, but clicking the name on the left (or searching) may yield more occurrences of each name.
